Erro vainly positions his shield between the undead and himself, but the monster’s unholy strength is too much to handle and Erro buckles beneath the flurry of blows as his shield is knocked out of the way like some plaything. Erro struggles to keep his face away from the hideous shadow bile coming his way:
((Yikes, the RNG gods really have it in for Erro. It's down to Tempest and Rawk to save the party, save the villagers and perhaps even save the world. No pressure.))
Spider Tempest will pickup Erro's body and skitter towards Ellis and the cliff. (Hopefully bonus action & some movement since I have eight legs.)
Once he reaches Ellis he'll pick him up and walk over to the side of the cliff holding Erro and Ellis with one arm each while the other 6 grip the shear surface as only a spider can.
(If I can only take Erro I'll still go to the cliff edge and motion to Rawk to pickup Ellis and airlift him to safety.)

Okay, very clever plan! Normally I would say that would be just a little to much - Ellis would be just out of range, and you would need an action to pick up both him and Erro... however, I was going to give inspiration for the plan, so I'll say you can do it, but essentially you use the inspiration immediately on that (as per my house rule that inspiration can be used to do something cool and dramatic that would normally fit a bit outside what a character could do). You do get attacks of opportunity by all three zombies though, so lets see how it goes.
Phew I will take that maths!!! You grab Erro and leg it away from the zombies as they flail at you. Shooting past the zombie leaning over Ellis you take a nasty blow but are able to make it over the ledge and down the cliff, scooping Ellis up too. The zombie turns to follow, confused apparently as you disappear over the cliff. You can make it about 10 ft down. Even with your sticky feet, you can feel how precarious it is, especially holding your two allies over the treacherous rocks below.
Rawk will fly over towards the edge of the cliff, 15ft away from Tempest and the others then squawk and chirp at the zombies to draw there attention. When they get close she'll fly back and pull them over the edge.
Rawk, there is the zombie that was attacking Ellis which is near the edge - the others are a way back, only just beginning to move so its on its own if you would like to attempt the throw this turn?

Rawk rushes over and grabs the zombie, trying to pull it over the edge, however whether by luck or some small vestige of skill it uses a rock to steady itself, easily resisting Rawk's attempts to pull it off.
Shadow Zombie Turn
The zombie returns the favour by punching out at Rawk

(Ellis? You mean Erro for the crit? Ellis is still down now.)
Ellis is unable to avoid the zombie, gasping as he is hit by it and feeling his body go weak, eyes closing as he goes unconscious on the ground now.
Death Save: 17

(If I did my math right the spider has taken 40 damage and has 44 HP. Still in spider form. *finger's crossed i did math right*)
