Seeing the aft section fall Berrus curses loudly . then after taking stock of the contents he calls the other 2 crew members down.
"Look we are gonna have to get out of this tree sooner than later. I propose lowering one of ye down first then as many of these stores as we can. What d'ye say"
Flax and Nhar don't sound particulalry happy at the prospect of being lowered down, but also see the chances of staying up in the bow section as pretty bleak. Flax speaks up: "Shouldn't we try and get some of the supplies over to the main section, or get them to join us over here? If we lower people from multiple points, we'll just need more resources to do so. And with some of the carpentry tools in the supply stores, we might be able to help the Professor shore up the remaining sections, to last us for as long as necessary to get all the useful supplies down. I don't see what good we'll do down on the forest floor without any gear, me with my broken arm nonetheless." Nhar offered: "We could take some useful things down already and then get lowered, but that way we could at least start making preparations for the evening, because I don't know what creatures are going to make their way here at night, and I'd rather not be met unprepared. Luckily, we got plenty of weapons and armour in the cargo bay to defend us if necessary."

"Did I hear you say carpentry tools in the supply stores Flax? That's just what we need to get stable over here! I already have a plan. Please bring them on deck carefully and I will send my Unseen Servant over to get them," calls Professor S to the bow of the ship.
Assuming that works out, the Professor and his porters finally get started stabilizing the center section of the ship. With a decent view of the bow section, the Professor also attempts to give guidance on how to stabilize it using the available tools already over there.

Shae helps moving some much needed nails and saws over to the main section of the ship, and once given the necessary supplies, the Professor, Bertrand and Cliff go about stabilising as much of the section as possible. The plan is really rather elegant, with support beams and structures interlocking and preventing a sliding off of the branch. The only thing that could fail now was the tree itself, but apart from that possibility, the mid section can be stabilised. Given the current rate, the first stage until the section would truly be stable might take about an hour and a half. Once the work is underway, what does the Professor do?
20 to stabilise the ship
In the meantime, with Maxine's help, Zip manages to get the pulleys untangled from the branch and lower them down onto the deck. They still work, but would need a strong solid anchor point somewhere. Either of the two, give me an investigation check to figure out how much weight it can support. Flax is taking a rest, quite obviously in pain from his fractured arm, and Nhar is eagerly helping with the supplies, giving Shae some time to look after the wounded if she so wanted. Captain Bravewing is drawing up a plan of the ship's loading bay and supply storage, to provide a plan of what is available where, and how best to reach it.
What are Berrus and Faekin's plan for the time being?

Not seeing a good way to stabilize the bow of the ship right now, the Professor sends his Unseen Servant to help the porters with holding nails in place and such.
After taking a swig or 3 of wine to 'hydrate', the professor starts working on a schematic for the pulley system, working to Maxine and Zip to see what kind of support looks best for it (maybe give them advantage on their investigation roll?). Preferably, he would like to see it back on its place on the ship, but it's original mount may be too damaged to support it anymore.
Other than that, he is probably resting and trying to stay out of the way now that the work is proceeding. Looking at the bow, he doesn't see a good way of stabilizing it (assuming the roll of 8 means that), so he suggests getting the supplies from the bow stowed on the center section and have everyone move there to focus their efforts.

If the rope that was used was good, the pulley would be able to hold up around 300 pounds of weight. Inspecting the pulley, Zip is also pretty sure that the weight on the anchor point could be divided by splitting it between the tree trunk and a support beam on the ship, given that the cargo crane was busted. Only one problem remained- using the pulley they'd need at least one single unbroken piece of rope about 140 feet long in order to reach the bottom safely.

Shae would make some rounds, checking on those who are injured. Feeling herself getting patched, She would offer water from her waterskin to those who’d need it, and offer wine from the wineskin she snagged earlier while treating Brax’s leg below deck to those who’d prefer it. “Berrus, you had mentioned there was more water available in the other portion?” She’d look to the professor, “Is is possible for your helpful servant to refill water skins for us until we can find a better way to access water?” Shae would hold up her empty skin.
a sudden spark strikes Berrus and he edges out onto the branch holding the bow section-since it is part of the tree holding the main. moving slowly along the branch driving in a piton every 5-6 feet he moves to the bole of the tree
“Excellent idea, Shae,” replies Professor S. I will set him to that at once“. Snively redirects the Unseen Servant as required and continues to rest himself, being more battered and bruised than he realized.
(Perhaps Shae can do a medicine check and the Professor can spend a HD after about an hour’s worth of rest.)
"Zip",while working on pulley Maxine had plenty of time to introduce herself, learn the name of her college (in every meaning of the word, as she realized!) and get impressed by his skills, "ever tried to splice the rope? Might help now". If Zip was not familiar with the term she would explain.
”Thank you Professor.” Shae would finally make her way over to the professor now that he’s resting. She’d check him over for any injuries. “You did get a little banged up. How are you feeling?”
Medicine: 15
After she finishes with the Professor, she’d make another round to check on the others. She’d approach Zip when he’s not too busy, “How are you doing after your near death experience?” She’d give him another pat on the shoulder before moving on to the Captain.
”Hi captain, I’m glad to see Maxine was able to get you back here safely. I see she was also able to patch you up quickly.” Now that Shae has had some time to calm down and go over some of the events that happened earlier, she was appreciative and respected Maxine’s effort to assist the Captain. Shae will take a moment to see if she could give the Captain a full assessment to see if she did in fact suffer a severe concussion.
Medicine: 20
She would then move on to the remaining crew members to see If they require any additional attention before finally approaching Maxine.
”Thank you for taking care of the Captain.” Shae would offer her hand to shake for a gesture of apology and a proper introduction. “My name is Shae. How are you doing?” After introducing herself to Maxine, Shae would find a spot and plop down. She’d let out a long drawn out breath to decompress. Finally taking a moment to herself to rest, waiting for the unseen servant to return with her waterskin.
”Ey Berrus, How are you doing?” Shae would call out from the floor remembering she hasn’t checked on him yet.

"Thank you kindly, Shae," the Professor responds to the human healer as she tends to his wounds. Leaning in a bit closer, he asks, "Do you know if anyone else has some magical healing left? Flax is making a good show of it, but I'm sure that broken arm is really hindering him. I can help you set the break again, if you have need."
After the rest and the Medicine check from Shae, the Professor feels much better--or maybe it was the wine....who knows. If the Unseen Servant is still needed to ferry items from the bow, he will do the ritual again. If not, he will invoke the gust of wind cantrip in a general sense to help cool people off and get some air movement in the oppressive heat of the afternoon. Getting his Gazetteer out, he asks to anyone in general but to the captain in particular, "Did anyone get a good look at the landscape on the way down--any landmarks, how far we might be from the main port?"
