When Rollo runs towards the door V8 makes an opportunity attack as he passes by. The blade misses thankfully and Rollo has a clear path to the door, able to make it just to the door.
V2, Still under Narzs spell, reloads his crossbow and looks around at all the enemies surrounding him. He turns his crossbow at one of the closer enemies, targeting V7. The bolt just barely breaks through the man's armor causing him to curse loudly. V4 turns to fire at Rollo seeing he made it in, his bolt landing in the door.
Narz leaves the raven to continue mocking and causing general havoc among the guards. But the hawk is given the mental command to go after an archer 'threatening' to claw out their eyes. That one, Narz tries soon pay for it with a crossbow bolt to whatever bodily part is visible.

Unfortunately despite the aidnfrim the hawk distracting the archer, his cover behind the stone walls protects him from what would be an otherwise accurate hit. Narz's bolt breaks against the stone wall protecting the man as he tries to protect his eyes from sharp talons. Further back along the wall the last remaining guard moves up a little towards the stairs leading to the courtyard before firing at Rollo. Luckily for the party the bolt misses him yet again.
Claire dashes through the gate, following the others and making it to the door. She prepares to block the entrance with her Wind Wall on her next turn.

"Mulkrip" -Hobgoblin Barbarian, Path of the Totem Warrior -Libertalia
Nadia, seeing how quickly the two took down the gate, mentally cheers, but quickly she falls back into focus as she makes for the entrance behind the others.
(Double Dash to get to the gate entrance, or however close I can get!)
Claire makes it to the keeps Main door while Nadia charges up to the gate behind cover. Up above the three guards on the wall turn to fire at Rollo and Claire.
One of the bolts crashes against the stone wall while another two hit Claire in the back (12 total damage).
Zack waits at the door, about fifteen feet out for Narz and Nadia to make it in, readying to block for either of them that gets attacked on their way to the door.
Not sure what this would be but i'm trying to intercept attacks coming towards them when they get semi close to the door, i will go as far as 25 feet from the door (so I can enter it when they do) so I suppose this would give the enemy attacks DIS? I will be using my sword, not my body :x

V8 meanwhile changes position from the gate to the keep door, charging Zack and making two swings with his long sword. The first is easily blocked but the second breaks through Zacks defense.
Rollo charges back towards the guard attacking Zack, axe held high. Unfortunately it seems luck is not with him as as he gets close the cleric trips on his own feet and falls to the dirt. The guard snickers and Rollos rage starts to build. He swings the axe st the guards legs and cuts deep into his tendon. The guards laughs turn to cries of pain as he is struck.
Back up top the entranced Guard struggles with his friend turned foe above as he tries to headbutt him to no avail. Meanwhile other guards press the attack, a bolt flies towards Nadia grazing her arm.

Narz knew he wasn't going to make it any time soon. He saw as much from the Raven's eyes.The miststep of not staying on the move as he fired was coming back to haunt him. So, rather than "waste" time running ahead, he marched forth while having his raven change it tune. This time he it says, "Delayed. Delayed. Go without. Go without. Join Soon. Outside kept busy. My eyes will stay with you." in the goblin's voice.
Meanwhile, the hawk is sent off to harass the guard Rolo's attacking. So that whoever gets the next shot would have an easier time. By the time all that's happening, the hobgoblin has marched his way a good distance forward, a translucent blue magic circle ensircling his hand as deadly bolts of force is conjured and sent flying at a former ARcher.
Action: Cast Magic Missile at 1st level on V3, inflicting 9 Force damage. [or V4, if V3 no longer visible].

Narz's spell strikes V4 in the back (as V3 is on the ground and thus not visable) while V10 drops his crossbow and draws his long and short swords before charging Zack and Rollo. Taking advantage of Rollos prone position the soldier makes two attacks against the cleric but Rollow manages to block both incoming blows. Thinking the man was to continue to attack Rollo and that the cleric could defend himself Zack took his eyes off the soldier for just a second to focus in the one in front of him when a sudden pain wrecks his body. The soldiers shortsword planted deep into the fighters ribs causing him to cough blood as a lung is punctured and causing Zack to loose his breath. (Zack can only use half his movement speed on his next turn unless healed with magic prior to that.)
Claire yells angrily. "Get back to the door you idiots! I can't block the way when you're out that far. Stick to the plan!" Claire holds her action to cast Wind Wall when the others get closer and she can loop the wind around the entrance. She ducks around the corner of the doorframe to avoid ranged attacks.

Though the bolt didn't do much damage to her, Nadia half wanted to retaliate against the guard who shot at her. She quickly wipes the thought away and moves to where she was relatively safe in cover and where Claire could easily wrap the wind wall around them. Prior to that though, she does take a shot at the guard attacking Zack and Rollo, also sending over her spirit to give them some immediate healing when they dipped into it.
Action 1 - On V10 (not sure if V10 was the one Narz's hawk was helping with so I'll just roll another d20 in case it is?) - Attack: 26 Damage: 11 or 14 to hit Action 2 - On V10 - Attack: 27 Damage: 11 BA - Moving Healing Spirit to the fighty boiz - Dip into it's space for 2 hp!
Zack couldn't agree more with Claire, he looked simultaneously pissed, and in pain. His eye closed on the side where he had been stabbed closest to as he seemed to be ragged with the pain. He managed to dip his chest in swiftly to the spirit to heal the wound that had made his breathing more difficult, and felt the minor surge of vitality as it patched him up just enough to shout at Narz and Nadia What the HELL were you two doing? I said, run together not trickle in! This only exposes us LONGER! his teeth seemed to be clenched between words. All you've done is give themMORE chances to hit everyone!!! get inside NOW!
Without missing a beat, even as he shouts, he attempts to knock the man who had hit him prone so that he wouldn't be an issue for anyone running by him before Zack moved to the door itself, or wherever Claire needed him to be to be covered as he watched the N's make their way here.

I believe since Zack is setting the DC and the soldier is saving then the tie goes to the defender here. In which case he remains standing. If anyone as an issue with that call or can correct me on the tie resolution for this scenario ill gladly retcon

Zack shoves one of the soldiers around him in an attempt to knock the man prone but the soldier remains on his feet albeit with great effort. As Zack retreats he provides attacks from the soldiers around him. He feels a sword glance off his armor shortly before the pain of another sword cutting through it like butter. Zack is sent stumbling the rest of the way towards the door before falling into the stone wall by the door having to lean against it to keep himself from falling from the pain. (16 damage. Standard crit, Zack is still standing to leaning against the wall for flavor.)
Up top the two soldiers continue to fight amongst themselves, the grappling soldier headbutting his charmed friend. There's a loud crack of bone against bone and the charmed soldiers head starts to bleed. The soldier shakes his head and looks around a little confused before coming to his senses and asking whats happening, the spell it seems has worn off and Narz can sense this.
With Zack gone and Claire shouting that there is at least a plan to block the soldiers from the party V8 elects to ignore the easy target that is a prone Rollo and closes the space between him and the rest of the party. He reaches Nadias location and takes a swing as he comes to a stop. Luckily Nadias is quick and agile enough to step to the side in time to avoid the blow.
(Rollo is up. You can make an AOO against V8 if you'd like. V10 is still next to you, he's the dual wielder. Half movement to get up so you won't be able to get to the door this turn without dashing. V10 has no reactions left)

Rollo misses the guard as he rushes the group. Standing Rollo himself pushes back to the door. V8 is now surrounded by the party more or less.
V2 gets up once released from his spell. He wanders around until he finds his crossbow and clears his head before looking out to the treeline and calling something out to his allies. V4 was focusing on the fleeing Rollo but missed his shot as the cleric dashes towards the door.
Narz, from this distance you can't quite see where the party is but your familiar are relaying the info as best they can, you can tell its not going well. You hear a few steps behind you and turning you see the Lizardfolk shaman with a small group of warriors bearing sheilds and one large looking beast of a Lizardfolk. The shaman says in draconic These ones repay their debt. Did not want to get involved with the affairs of softskins, but cannot let those who helped my people die without a fight. The shaman nods and the other Lizardfolk charge forward, dashing to the broken gate. The Sheild bearers push fast with their sheilds razed anticipating arrow fire while the large Lizardfolk simply charges in with a loud roar to announce its presence. The shaman says again We repay debt by taking courtyard. My warriors will keep tails secure. I shall join you inside to provide magics. With that the shaman taps his staff in the mud and you small spectral feathers seem to grow from his scales around the joints. He then darts off with great speed to join the other Lizardfolk.
Rollo moves forward and makes for the door to the inside that Zack had pointed out earlier.
