 Yes, her attacks have disadvantage due to being restrained, but advantage due to being an 'unseen' opponent (as Kaylyn isn't looking at her). So they cancel out.

Rhayna CON Save: 6

A dust cloud showers Rhayna, and some of it get into her eyes. She removed her spectacles to clean her face.

(Since this is her turn, can she roll another CON Save?)

Kaylyn is then knocked unconscious by the medusa's attacks.

Rhayna: The saving throw (DC 10 DEX) can be repeated at the end of Rhayna's turn to end the blinded effect.

Kastix: Could you please indicate roughly which direction Kastix runs to escape from the ooze.

Kastix moves northwest? away from most of the enemies he can see.

Rhayna DEX Save: 19

Rhayna is able to clean the dust off her face, and puts her spectacles back on. She holds on to her staff keeping her eyes on the gargoyle.

(If G2 attacks Rhayna she will AoO it, otherwise she will use her Halo of Spore on it. If the gargolyle goes for another target, it will take 4 necrotic damage.)

W1/W2 Initiative: 2

Sekkar manages to avoid the dust, but Rhayna takes a little longer to clear away the obstruction to her vision, doing her best to continue dodging the gargoyle's swooping attacks and retaliate in kind. Sekkar also manages to also twist out of the worst of the imp fire breath, although Pax is too busy tangling with the elemental to avoid one of them. Meanwhile Kastix manages to escape the ooze's hunger with the help of his magic and put some distance between himself and the predator, but sees Kaylyn fall to the medusa's strikes. All the while the cloud hovering above the menhir throbs with malevolent energy, and Kastix gets the impression that this otherworldly force is the true master of puppets, pulling the strings of the elemental creatures for its own purposes, driving them toward those that threaten its dominance of this stony world.

(Technically Rhayna still has an action, so let's say she is Dodging)

Pax/Sekkar/Kaylyn next, and Rhayna's OA against the as-yet-undamaged gargoyle

Pax looks around at the miriad of opponents that remain, hearing another ally drop to the ground...and still keeping her eyes firmly averted from the queen.  She swears beneath her breath, and says to Sekkar, "How we feeling my lizard friend?"   

She decides it's time to get a bit more defensive, and casts Blur on herself.  "If you can take out those magma things first, that'll give us a tiny bit of an edge...."

The lonely gargoyle swoops down again, and strikes the cleric, leaving her bloodied now. Her body is telling her to give up, and flee, but she believes that her Goddess brought here for a reason. She will keep fighting until the very end. (Taking the Dodge action again.)

Staff Attack Gargoyle (OA): 21 Damage: 12 + (3 necrotic)

To be honest, "Friend lizard" personally was not doing that hot (actually, he was doing way too hot - a few drops of lava that he managed to avoid did not do much for his already thoroughly cut and burned hide). But Kastix left the spot with Healing Spirit and Sekkar summoned the snake back - more of a symbol than real help but better than nothing.

"I'm on it" The lava-thingies had to go, he just hoped he had enough strength left to do it.

(Since no-one is doing anything to awaken Kaylyn, then she is probably just making a death save, so I'll go on with the order. Let me know if I've missed anything.)

Rhayna's relatiatory swing is wide as the gargoyle flies above again, Pax forgoes her attack to cast a new defensive spell and suddenly loses focus - in a good way, and Sekkar racks up another kill to his tally as he makes short work on the lava-imp. The elemental seems a bit confused with the sudden change in Pax's form, and swings just one of its pillar-sized arms at the wizard, and the other at Sekkar instead. Meanwhile the ooze loses track of its tiefling prey and instead moves slowly closer to the last thud that it heard hit the ground - Kaylyn.

The mephit seems to take little notice of its downed companion, and is instead fixated on Pax and the icy effect she had on the elemental's last attack. It mutters some unintelligible words and suddenly the piecemeal chain mail that Pax is wearing begins to heat until it is glowing red!

Pensive flies up from Kaylyn's fallen body and tries to sting the medusa

Sting. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 11 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 hour. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the target falls unconscious for the same duration, or until it takes damage or another creature uses an action to shake it awake.

At the same time he flashes images of Kaylyn fallen to the other party members.

"Kaylyn is down and needs help! Sekkar, can you protect the gem? I will try to help her." Rhayna is trying to find the best way to get to the other side of the menhir.

(OOC: Is Rhayna able to squeeze between the stubby elemental next to her and the menhir in order to get to Kaylyn?)

Yes the Galeb Duhr is considered a friendly creature and you can move through its space. 

Pax : Con save against heat metal : 23.  Concentration Check for Blur: 17 vs DC 10. 

Pax manages to stay focused despite her metal heating up....she glares up at the mephit as she deflects a blow from the elemental easily off her shield. 

Kastix?

Fire seems inffective so Kastix is left with Toll the Dead on the Ooze that downed him before moving farther away.
