(Silas, I believe the additional 1d8 damage can only be had once per turn, not for both of your attacks.  I'll presume it was on the first attack in this case, even though that is to your disadvantage.) 

Silas leaps forward, his first fearsome strike glancing off the things bony shoulder blade, his second strike swinging around and hitting it directly in the neck, sending bone shards flying and the thing scrambling backwards. 

Then a giant dinosaur appears, rising up, its head smacking the ceiling above, and the creature makes an awkward whimper noise and back into one of the many corners in the room. Grenk looks up at the big thing, and lets out a heavy sigh.  

Grenk/Mal/Sickle, you're all up.

it's 1d8 when I hit the target, not just first attack. 

(I think the key phrase there is "Once on each of your turns". You can use Divine Strike for any hit, but only once per turn. That's how I understand it).

Grenk shakes his head at the lizard.  More so as it cowers.  Turning back towards the demon threat.  He fires two more arrows out.

(I agree with that. You can't declare it unless you score a hit, so DM can't apply it to the first attack if that attack missed)

(Quite right, so, i've applied the damage from the hit. I think we all agree, it applies on your first hit in a round.) 

Mal takes a few blows at the creature, only managing one good hit, though her nonmagical blade seems to do only partial damage. 

Two arrows from Grenk strike out, the first glancing off its bones, the second snapping hard into its mid section, sending bits flying. 

Sickle? 

Sickle will slip in and touch Silas's back, casting Protection from Poison on him, then backing out and away from the melee.

The demon turns away from Mal as she slips backwards, and turns its attention to Silas.  It growls at him and begins sweeping it's long claws at him, the tail darting in towards gaps in his defense. 

A claw clashes out, attack: 11 Damage: 7, then another, attack: 21 Damage: 9.  Followed by the tail stabbing towards him : Attack: 11 Damage: 11 + 21 poison (save CON DC 14 for half, or in this case, 1/4.)

Silas' mind becomes uncofused for a moment after the first blow misses but the second pieces him and he feels the blessing he cast fade away. He shouts at the accursed devil, "Go back to your hell!"He strikes and strikes with War Priest again.

The magical blade strikes the creature twice, the flames splashing off the creature with seemingly no effect, but the blade bites hard, it's magical edge tearing into bone.  The creature growls and lashes about at the blows. 

Grenk, sighs a little, completely out of harms way he continues to assault the creature with arrows.

Attack: 27 Damage: 9

One arrow bounces off, clattering against a wall.  Another jabs into the things wing, getting stuck in the weird translucent leather.  

Mal, Badger, Sickle. 

Mal moves back into melee range of the creature attacking it with her scimitars.

Then she will once again use a BA to disengage and move the rest of her movement way 10'.

Sickle will summon the two Dire Wolf ice creatures again.

(If you're using the ring to summon creatures, you can only summon 1 per action.  You fooled me the first time, but you won't fool me a second time!!!)

(either way, your wolf seems to be suffering from summoning sickness...and misses.)

Badger?  You still cowering in the corner? 

The dinosaur sees the threat in the room and wants it to go away, but doesn't want to risk getting too close. It swings its tail around rather half-heartedly trying to hit the spiky creature.

Tail attack: 11, Damage: 22 bludgeoning.

The tail swings wide of the flapping, boney, evil creature that jumps about, all claws, spikes, and evil intent.

The creature seems entirely focused on Silas, the one person doing serious damage to it. 

A claw clashes out, attack: 15 Damage: 7, then another, attack: 25 Damage: 6.  Followed by the tail stabbing towards him : Attack: 10 Damage: 13 + 13 poison (save CON DC 14 for half, or in this case, 1/4.)

 It manages to tag him with a claw, but otherwise it's swings are wild and slam off of the well armored Silas.
