@ Gimble, You make your way over to the Sleeping Giant Tap House. You find Mr. Chin at the same table in the corner. As you sit down at his table. Mr. Chin: (to Gimble) "I trust you have good news for me this time?"
@ Misty, Gerrack, (and who else goes with them), The group quickly makes their way to Orccheck Removals. Grumm perks up as soon as you all enter. Grumm: (to the party) "Ah, I new you all would come back! So how can i help you all today? Don't worry i didn't forget about the discount. Thats of course if someone is buying something."
@ Edmond, (OOC: i believe you wished to go to your temple of worship. [if i am mistaken, ignore this section]) You go over to the Temple of Tyr and are greeted. Mor Bunav: (to Edmond) "How can i help you today?"
(OOC: If someone wants to further split from the party/have their own section let me know what you are doing.)
When each group was going through the streets of Emberhorn City, the streets were busy and crowded. people going from one place to another. Mostly people bring goods to one place or another. Buying from one merchant. A traveling merchant from outside the city bringing things not made in the city to sell here. Sometimes you can see a big cart of mined materials being taken to be refined.

"Well, first we have a few items for selling." Misty speaks up. She has the items brought forward and shown to him. "Once that is done I am certain there will be some purchases to be made."
Gerrack hangs back, waiting for his turn to buy some more oil for his lamp. He also adds 80 arrows and 20 darts to the pile of things to be sold on the table as well.
Gimble smiles, “Well yes Mr. C I do. We were able to clear the cave entirely. Actually, I bring information along side the good news. If it pleases you enough, I’d hope you’d consider potential compensation for that information as well.”
Gimble pauses, to collect his thoughts and speak clearly.
”I assume you’re well informed already. But just to be sure, you should know they seemed organized. The group I was with found a hostage. He was with another, but he wasn’t in the cave network we cleared. There must still be more goblins out there elsewhere. There was also a stash of many things they have been raiding from passerbys. My group attempted to tell the Lionshield Coster last night. Ha, lets just say that conversation tanked quickly. But, in that, their supplies, as well as others, are still sitting in that cave. I’m sure you can benefit from that information, one way or another.”
I greet you, eminence. I am Edmond of Umark. I come in the name of Tyr seeking guidance. My comrades and I discovered a lair of Goblins waylaying travellers on the road to Umark, and cleared them out. There is much about these Goblins I find most curious. Their lair was inside a mountain cave larger than they required near the road with a stream running through it. Were it a day or two closer to Emberhorn the locale would make an excellent out post for the City Guard. As it is it makes an excellent stopping point for smugglers. We saw evidence they had raided 2 caravans recently. As it is the goblins appeared to be waylaying travellers, disposing the bodies, moving their cargoes to the cavern, but leaving the crates and such intact without looting them. Otherwise all the goblins had with them were their personal gear. I'm thinking they are part of a larger operation.
Also, we have met to very different gentlemen, one a dwarf merchant, the other a human man at arms. No obvious connection between them yet they are both missing their employer a dwarf named Gundren Rockseeker. Have you heard of him?
Once on our way to the Goblin Lair there and again on our way back we were ambuscaded by hooligans of the Red Brand. Have you heard anything about them? Their numbers, intentions, possible locations?
<ooc pardon the wall of text. These are questions Edmond and I have been pondering for some time. I inverted my normal colour coding this time to make it easier to read .>
@ Gimble, Mr. Chin: (to Gimble) "The information is worthless to me. I do appreciate the initiative so i will reward you despite the information being worthless to me." Mr. Chin tosses a small pouch (with gold coins in it) to Gimble, and then he digs in his pocket and seems to have taken random coins out of his pocket. "Here is the twenty eight gold pieces as promised. and five silvers for the useless information. The goblins are nothing more than pests... Pests that are a threat of course. I wasn't aware of the detail that they are organized. You mean they are more organized than usual? Goblins are tribal traditionally so they have a hierarchy and group together. Regardless i just need them out of the way. I'm sure most people can say the same." Mr. Chin is silent for a moment and then chuckles. "The Lionshield coster is an overpriced junk shop. You buy the shine there not the steel. If you need equipment i can always supply you... for a price. Moving on... I got another job for you if you want to take on more goblins."(OOC: i don't normally color Mr. Chin's dialogue but i figured i should since not everything in this big post was dialogue.)
@ Misty, Gerrack, (and who else goes with them), Grumm looks over the breastplates, plate armor, shortswords, and studded leather armors. Grumm: (to the party) "I'll give you one thousand two hundred and thirty five gold pieces for the two breastplate armors, one plate armor, seven shortswords, two studded leather armors, eighty arrows, and twenty darts. As for the pelt, i would recommend trying a general goods store, or maybe one of the craftsmen of this city who might make use of it. I don't sell lamp oil, thats also something you could get at a general goods store."
@ Edmond, (OOC: its Uwark, not Umark.) Mor Bunav: (to Edmond) "Can't say that i've met him before. A dwarf and a human is a usual sight in this city, so plenty would fit that description. As for the Red Brand Bandits, many paladins of our order have gone around the surrounding areas looking for them. Many protest that the red brands operate around here and the kings road so going to other cities and towns are a waste of time. Of course as loyal servants of Tyr they went even though they did not like the orders. No one has returned with information yet, but i would say its too early in their investigations to be worried. If anyone had an idea of where they are the kingdom or mercenaries would likely take them out. As for numbers..." He pauses and lets out a chuckle. "I'm not much of a numbers guy. But if they are threatening the capital i would place their numbers somewhere between fifty to one hundred members... You asked for my guidance, while i can't give you any useful information in your quests, i would say trust your instincts. You have slayed goblins and bandits, you are certainly being guided by Tyr. Have faith, the answers you seek will come. Should i gain any information i will be sure to tell you. Will you be staying here in the temple while you are in the city?"

Thank you, Mor Bunav. What you have told me is very helpful. The absence of information can ofttimes be as valuable as a plethora of information. As for lodgings I have secured quarters elsewhere. Until we meet again.
Edmond departs the temple, heading for Barthen's Provisions, keeping an eye out in case he is being followed.
Gniff speaks up, "Oh! I think Gimble said something about paying back a provision guy! Wow, this merchant was a lot nicer than the Lion people. City trading seems complicated but I can't deny how pretty these coins are!"

Before you go rushing off to your death. This is a castle, they got it fully occupied. So if you go, you better bring a crew with you. This is the part your gonna like. @ Gimble, Mr. Chin: (to Gimble) "Its a castle full of goblins, so a frontal assault would be ill advised unless you have a small army or you are a tactical genius. I would suggest the cover of darkness, but goblins can see well in the dark so you are going to have to rely on goblin laziness and your skill in stealthy activities. the approach isn't great, the castle is in the open so anyone paying attention will see you heading for the castle. Thats part of the reason the reward is so high, this isn't an easy job that all the people will get to walk away from." Mr. Chin stops talking after the red brand bandit comment. "The bandits. They are a thorn in the side, but i suspect they will be dealt with soon enough. They are fools. I'm sure any crook worth his salt will tell you, becoming that infamous where everyone in the city is after you is a big mistake. I don't usually talk this much in a single meeting. I can probably get you whatever you want, it might not come quick and its gonna cost a pretty copper or two. Here, i'll show you my personal favorite." He digs around in his robes and then slams a dagger into the table. (similarly to last time.) "I know what you are thinking, an ordinary dagger, no no no. This is very very special. If you love revenge, and i certainly do. You'll want to use this. or something very much like it. Tell me what is your favorite weapon for fighting or killing?" Looking closer at the dagger it looks like some sort of rusty iron. if you stare at it long enough it looks like fire or lava moving around inside it. staring at it longer you start to get an awful feeling in the pit of your stomach. While waiting for your response Mr. Chin finishes his drink.
@ Misty, Gerrack,Plaugg, Gniff, Branch, Grumm: (to the party) "9 silver pieces for the crossbow bolts." He goes to grab them from elsewhere in the store and then plops them on the counter.
@ Edmond, Ander: (to Edmond) "Ander is my name kind sir. Are you a regular by chance?" Ander goes to the shelves and collects up a few things. "Paper is a touch more expensive than parchment. A bottle of ink is 10 gold pieces, a writing quill will cost you 2 copper pieces. paper will cost you 2 silver pieces where as parchment is a single silver piece. The envelope will be another silver piece. I'm not sure if we have a wax seal in stock, but i can check if you need one."
“My favorite weapon of choice would be the dagger or my hand cross bow. And I appreciate your time Mr. C. I didn’t plan on discussing this long either.” Gimble responds obviously mesmerized by Chins dagger.
