Moving back along the same tunnels, you make good time and are soon back to the spot where the dead goblins and bugbears remain. Nothing looks to have changed here since you left a few hours earlier. A quick look down the southern tunnel from here, you find a dirty and dingy room, clearly used as the goblin's sleeping chamber. Teh only other way out of here is further East, so you continue in that direction.
After a couple more miles of tunnel, you come to a place with halls and rooms running in multiple directions. It takes you some time to map this all out, though you find nothing dangerous in the area, and it looks as if the bugbears and goblins traveled through here often.
It is getting fairly late in the day by this point, so you find a room here to rest for the night.
Barinthus takes the offered bar and places it in his pack for later. When the group settles down he speaks up saying, “I will prepare an alarm so we can rest more soundly, as I only need four hours of sleep you all only need to arrange for watches that fill that length.” After saying so he begins to take the time to cast the spell as a ritual, using his crystal to help provide the energy that would normally take components. Taking a little over 20 minutes he covers the area by the entrance placing an audible and mental alarm.
When he finishes he finds a place to enter his trance, summoning a gray little owl before doing so. The owl gives a cute little hoot while settling on his shoulder and seeming to take watch over its master.
“Well that was a fun filled day. Poor things didn’t know what hit em. If we’re puttin down for the night, anyone wanna y’all about this franchise? As in what we intend to do with it? “
Ellya places the piece of jerky saved from Walt, puts it on the honey bar offered by Donkee and ingests the conglomeration in three bites.
"I guess I can take first watch." She sets up ball bearings on the outer perimeter of the room and then sets up a makeshift tent with two sticks and a piece of burlap from her duffel.
"There's a bucket in here as well," she remarks as she finishes setting up the tent. "Donna be wanderin round to relieve yerselves." She sits down and starts sharpening her various blades one by one.
Walt would settle down for long rest, trying his best to pretend that the smell didn't bother him. "Make some money is what I wanna do with the franchise..." Walt would reply looking up to the ceiling with his hands behind his back. "Gotta have something to do now that i'm not a member of the watch anymore. Once ya stop working.. that is when ya start dying..." He would say as he closes his eyes. The bullseye lantern from his belt would rest just next to his head, somewhat shuttered so that it doesn't cast quite as much light but still allowing him to see a lot of the surrounding area.
“Sounds good to me. Good is good. And I need some plate armor so the sooner I can get that the better. I wonder how long this map will take. I can’t remember. We’re we suppose to get a full map or just a clear map to the other side? Are we gonna backtrack to get these other other areas we haven’t visited yet? Think a fuller map would yield more gold?”
Rurik lays back putting his head on his bedroll, shield and sword at his side.
" and dont forget the most important purpose of all...Become the most world famous adventure crew in existence. We will put all the other branches to shame, ain't that right Grunt? "
Donkee will let Grunt use his blanket as he lays out on his bed roll. He makes a few annotations on his map notes, does a quick sketch of grunt holding a huge trophy for world best adventurer helper and shows it to him. Inside the trophy cup he draws a brain puppy and some skulls and lots of loot overflowing the edges. He gives Grunt a piece of paper and some charcoal to draw with if he wants to.
Watches are fine this time... You encounter nothing during your uneventful night. (Sigh...)
As the next morning gets started in the world above, you head further into the Mad Mage's domain...
As you move along you come up to...
Pillars. Two stone pillars with a 10-foot-wide arch between them support the 20-foot-high ceiling.
Orc Bones. Near the base of each pillar are the skeletal remains of two orcs. (Adventurers killed and robbed these four orcs long ago, leaving nothing of value.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"I'll take watch while our elf friend is doing his nap thing" Walt would say glancing towards the others. "Then he can help whoever wants to keep watch while he is awake if anyone wants to keep him company. The old man would say before keeping watch or taking his rest.

Several of you look around the area, but nothing more interesting than what you have already seen is around. Anyone doing anything or should we continue?
Rurik will move on, grabbing a bone to toss in his pack. “Come in Shadowlight, ya can bring the darn bone if ya want.” Shadowlight give a small gruff as he keeps pace with Rurik, bone in mouth.

When Barinthus comes out of his trance he takes a look around and lets those who were awake know they could sleep soundly with him and Tymora on watch. When the morning hours arrive and everyone is busy packing up he quickly casts prestidigitation on himself to clean his clothing and make his hair stay in it's neatly combed style. As others put away their tents he checks on his sword and bow to make sure no signs of rust or other wear and tear might cause problems. As the group leaves the rooms he sends Tymora back into the pocket dimension he tends to keep her in when exploring enclosed areas.
Barinthus does a quick study of the pillars to see if there are any markings, carvings, or any thing of note on them. As he moves around he keeps an eye out for any hidden dangers and has his bow out in his left hand for easy access should an any appear in the distance. "You should mark the finding on the map, it will alert any buyers to the presence of Orcs and things that kill orcs in this tunnel and will increase the value of it," Barinthus says in his mellow and calm voice.

Let me know who is doing which watches then.
