"Not a problem."  Buppito says with a shrug.  "It was Sarith there who told us it was south here and then around to Neverlight..."  he turns to the other tunnel and again takes the lead.

Egret feels like Buppido's sincere about that being the path to Gracklestugh, and just really wants to go there. 

Manju, you don't hear anything from the tunnel except for the steady drip from stalactites.

You set back out, heading down the path towards the kuo-toa. Other than the occasional patch of fungi, the uneven and rocky terrain, and the incessant darkness that seems to press in against your light, you don't come across anything else. Rest time: Watch order/perception rolls.

"I know we're looking out for drow and whatever else might creep and crawl down here, but I keep getting images of giants and orcs and dragon-gods flitting through my head. As if we didn't have enough to worry about..." Don muses.

“Hmm, what was that?” As Egret snaps out of the daydream he’d been in.

On his watch Manju will quietly play his bongo while he thinks about what is to come.

Luckily, nothing comes along while you're resting. Once everyone's up, a meager breakfast of some of the fungi you've found is passed around. Cold, tired, hungry, and pressed upon by darkness, the group gets up and starts off again towards Sloobludop.

(I'm assuming a fast pace again, let me get a marching order)

I think Buppido likes to be in the first rank, and Gadvelt will join him. Ront prefers the middle.

Egret will be near or at the back, guarding the rear.

Shuushar will also head near the front, traveling behind you to guide through the labyrinthine passages. 

Tempest will be towards the back, trying her best to keep up, but near the end of her strength.

Buppito would be up front, leading the way if possible.

Egret will maintain pace with Tempest, encouraging her along, "Don't worry, not much farther now and we should be able to rest and recuperate for a while."

"Not much further?"  Tempest hisses out, her red hair all tangled and her dress more torn rag than anything by this point.  "It best not be, or the drow will find us all laying dead, just from having pushed ourselves." She grunts in annoyance.  "That would make their day I just bet, what a laugh they would get that we were so scared of them we ran ourselves to death."  She slams her hand into the wall of the tunnel, cursing like a sailor as she holds her hand to her chest and stumbles forward.

You travel down the twisting passageways, Shuushar telling Buppido and Gad which way to turn. You emerge from a tunnel into a larger cave, lined with rocks on each side. He barely has the words We're almost there out, when a cry comes up from the middle of the group. Manju and a Don were able to spot the ambush and warn the others before it happened: 9 kuo-toa descend from the rocks on either side, spears raised.

She will walk right up to be as close to as many as she can of them, then cast thunderwave

Gad moves towards the kuo-toa on the (coin flip) left with arms spread saying out loud Whoa whoa easy and thinking to Shuushar but hearable by all can we diffuse this?

He wants to get between the fishboys and his friends but not attack until attacked - so he'll get ready to attack with his shovel, if the ambushers attack any of the party

Ront, seeing Gadvelt with arms out, takes a step back and gets ready to throw his javelin at whoever moves or is closest to him, if the fight starts but not starting the fight. Both out loud and over the sporenet: These are your bros en't they peacy boy? Can'ya make 'em chill?
