As you enter the cavern where Tamoda fell, you are hit by a sense of dread, and what feels like a little light inside you is shivering.
The ante-chamber is filled with refuse and corpse matter, the room stinks of death and rot.
Grim, you hear sounds coming from deeper down the tunnel on the right, the scraping of claws, the sounds of a great weight being dragged along the floor. You perhaps a minute before it reaches you.
The room is filled with the waste of the beast and its brood, as well as the scraps from their previous hunts, piles of carrion and bone litter the floor. This is a place of death, not by the metric of arcane means or demonic, but by the sheer metric of suffering, fear, and death that has permeated the air here. A small piece of you is merely reacting to the horrors that have transpired here.
(I didn't want to go into details due me not knowing how squeamish any of you are, but the beast you hunt is known to regurgitate its prey to feed its brood. Ostensibly, some of the humanoid corpses in the room seem to have died by self inflicted wounds, because being covered in acid burns from the belly of the beast before being devoured alive by its children is NOT a fun way to go.)
Tamoda burbles, quite happy his companions are still together to face the Big Momma Lizard with him...:) and heads down the tunnel leading off to the right with his hand axe and light hammer at the ready.
Sihnion will cast shillelagh then, whispering to the others "Let's see if I can distract her - just be sure you know which lizard you are hitting", wild shape into a giant lizard himself.
Coming up from the left tunnel you hear the scraping getting louder and louder, until at last in the darkness you see a great reptilian face, with a jaw just over 4 wide on the horizontal.
It lets out a terrible screech, before lunging and snapping it's way towards you, as it wriggles and writhes in the tight space of the cavern.

He sets forth with confidence, hand axe & sickle at the ready. Not sneaking, but still on the alert for trouble.

As for character locations, Thasla just entered the ante-chamber at the end of the left tunnel, and is there with Tamoda.
Grim is back at the intersection where the tunnels diverge.
As for the others, I assume they are still with Grim, but to say they followed you wouldn't be a stretch.

This is true. It should also be noted that you don't use your modifier for the second attack when two weapon fighting.
