(Gnolls can even be raised! Demons - no, they are not truly here)
Dretches are probably the most stupid, slow and overall pathetic demons Abyss can offer. Even before they could turn and face the party most were slaughtered by group's range force - Fran's bolts and daggers, Polly's blasts and finally Choir's radiant light exterminated the pests, that left behind only puddles of ichor and clouds of disgusting green gas (you learned by now, that it's not wise to walk into such clouds). However, the commotion attract attention of the demon near the Temple. Through the gas cloud you can see the massive figure turning and moving in your direction. In the same time, behind you a chorus of screams rises up as people, sheep, and pigs scamper through the town, chased by another demon with the lower body of a great serpent and the upper body of a six-armed gnoll clutching a wicked sword in each of its clawed hands.
People and animals passed and scattered between the houses, leaving you between two huge demons. (914 )

Adray has a 50 foot speed, is he outside of melee range? If he uses step of the wind to up it to 100 ft can he get in range?
Adray will call back, "cover me" to the others. He will then run at incredible speed and leap into a double knee drop. He will then follow up with another attack.

If he can make it to the snake gnoll in 50 feet he will attack twice and then use patient defense to cause snake gnoll to have disadvantage for all attacks against Adray.
If Adray can't make it in with 50 ft, he will use step of the wind to get there in 100 ft. Attack twice. Will also use stunning fist if a strike hits.

Fran would turn to face the slithering foe and take a few steps forward until she had him within accurate range. Focused, she’d release her first pair of bolts.
Attack 1: 20 Damage: 9 Attack 2: 29 Damage: 15
Brutus would be ready to dash, following Adray into the fray.
Better to focus on one flank at a time, Ordrag thinks. He turns and follows Adray, running as far as he can but unable to keep up with the speedy monk.

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Adray reached the demon but six-armed monster blocked every attack. It could not escape the bolt however, but either saw it as insignificant or preferred the target at hand - it attacked Adray (no Patient Defense, since Wind was used). Six swords formed a whirlwind of steel, all six agains one human, ending with a lash of a tail:
