So, rolling back the clock a little bit, Garr fires his arrow and it lands a clean headshot, impacting the goblin in the forehead as a small flame licks out of the wound.
Both goblins now killed, no need to roll initiative. (My bad, I should have caught the unseen attacker advantage thing)
You all push forward and come upon the cave entrance, as you do please make Stealth checks if you're being quiet.
Just inside the cave mouth to the right, a few uneven stone steps lead up to a small, dank chamber on the east side of the passage. The cave narrows to a steep fissure at the far end, and is filled with the unmistakable stench of animals. Savage snarls and the sounds of rattling chains greet your ears where three wolves are chained up toward the back of the room. Each wolf's chain leads to an iron rod driven into the base of a stalagmite. You also hear a deep and graveled voice, more defined and commanding than the goblins, echoing down the wolves kennel.
“Eat up doggie dogs.”
Afterwards some clunks can be heard and the chains pull again in a different direction, towards the noise. There is also a chimney-like structure at the back of the room and at the bottom you see some leftover food recently thrown down, more bone than meat. The wolves tear at it, then wait at the chimney for more.
The main passage from the cave mouth climbs steeply upward, the stream plunging and splashing down its west side. In the shadows, a side passage leads west across the other side of the stream.
As you all try to slowly move past the den of wolves one of them turns their heads towards the group. The other one picks up and turns as well and in unison they begin to bark howl. Soon after they charge towards you guys but the chains keep them in the room about 10ft from you guys. They look to be pulling hard at the chains but cannot reach you from their current position. A different, more higher pitched voice can be heard from the chute at the back. "Klarg, the wolves are fighting again."
And the deeper voice responds. "Ugh. Let them fight it out."
Auspex casts minor illusion creating the image of a 5ft wide, 5ft tall boulder right in front of the wolves, between them and the group. Hoping the wolves might forget about eating the party if they can't see them. Then he turns and whispers to the group, "Do we kill the wolves, or let them howl? I'd rather whoever's at the top of the chute doesn't hear us down here..."
The image of the boulder mostly blocks the doorway, maybe about 2ft of open space on each side. The chains stop rattling with the intensity of before, and the barking comes to a minimum. Though you can't see them, the wolves seem confused and seemingly have given up for now, but some of them still bark.
"I'm... not an expert of Wolves. if they're not trying to attack us now I think we should move on but if you guys think it's best to take them out I can help with that."
Darrell shrugs before whispering. "Whoever's up there thinks the barking is normal. If they hear the wolves start howling when we kill them, they might get suspicious. I'd rather get the drop on whoever's up ahead. Let's just move on and deal with this later."

Karleck will nod approvingly, “Good start, lets go.”
Darrell gives Karleck a fist bump and claps each of his teammates on the back as they head towards the cavern, Darrell bringing up the rear.

Auspex blinks twice, Cayce flitting about his head. "I see you all mean business!" Cocking his head to one side, "Does anyone else hear growling?"

(omg, how did we all get 8 or 9 for stealth? This is nutty!)
(Oof, no one over 10.)
