Ok, so the Dwal's concentration on the Cloud of Fog Fails miserably. With that Dwal will launch a Fire Bolt at one of the Gnolls, pre-fur-ablely one that one of the party has already hit. Hit: 12 Damage: 9

Kei
(Con save 20)
The pain is excruciating. If it weren't for the adrenaline pumping through his body he might have just collapsed. But, the fight wasn't over. He looks at the gnoll who had struck him. Kei doesn't lash out with his weapon, but instead begins to hum. A deep haunting melody escapees his lips as he states directly at the hyena headed warrior.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The fog lifts as quickly as it arrived.
Kei produces a weak melody that nevertheless captivates the wounded, still-baned gnoll (#4) who just stuck a spear deep into his side. The foul creature considers it a moment: Gnoll #4 Wisdom Save: 8 (Roll resolved next post!)
As the fog lifts, Peri strikes his attacker (#7) with a spear and his foot, connecting with both. The creature is seriously injured, but far from down.
Bjorn dives at Dwal's attacker (#2) and attempts to pierce it with his stinger: Sting attack: 20. Piercing damage: 4
The teenagers pounce upon the little guard's attacker (#1) with their batons: Baton attack #1: 7 Bludgeoning damage: 4 Baton attack #2: 4 Bludgeoning damage: 1

Gerrard:
In the middle of his own fight for his life, Gerrard keeps up the pressure on the wounded southern gnoll, striking twice with his weapons in the hope of taking it down so he only has to suffer one retaliatory strike.
Elegant Rapier: Attack: 15 Damage: 11
Main Gauche: Attack: 23 Damage: 9
(If that first shot takes down the southern gnoll, the second one will go against his other opponent).
Kei's whip strikes the fleeing gnoll with a serious wound across the back of the neck. It falls face first into the stony ground, and doesn't get back up. Another one down.
Gerrard cleanly impales the wounded gnoll, killing it on the spot. Spinning, he manages to do precisely the same to his other attacker. But incredibly, unlike the first, the second gnoll manages to back itself off the main gauche and continue its assault, albeit seriously wounded with a puncture wound nearly clear through it.
It swings its spear at Gerrard, undeterred. Spear attack vs Gerrard: 10. Piercing damage: 3
Peri's attacker does likewise: Spear attack vs Peri: 18. Piercing damage: 3
As does Dwal's (although poisoned and baned, it is quite a weak attempt): Spear attack vs Dwal: 3. Piercing damage: 6
The gnoll in the north snaps at one of the teenaged sisters: Bite attack vs Commoner: 24. Piercing damage: 6
"That's about enough of that!" he tells the gnoll, beginning to feel a bit worried by the wounds he's accumulated. He stabs the gnoll again (19 for 9 damage) and leaps up for a flying kick at its throat (10 for 23).
The diminutive halfling keeps getting hit. His fondness of the small man cements his next course of action. Tracing sigils in the air whilst reciting his payer to Mask, he lets loose four translucent projectiles. 3 at Peri's attacker and 1 at Dwals.
3 Peri
5 Peri
2 Peri
5 Dwal
(Of course, if Peri's blow ends the gnoll, he sends them towards Gerrard's foe if in range. )
((I didn't know that a flying kick had a damage roll of D20. Nice! ;) ))
(Fortunately, Peri didn't need a d20 kick to take this one down, but he did need a d4 kick...)
Peri punctures his attacker clean through with his spear, then uses it as leverage to deliver a savage kick to its neck. It goes down with a broken neck and a sizable hole.
Kei blasts Dwal's attacker with a glowing dart of arcane force - it is seared, but not yet down. It grunts and howls.
He directs the other three at Gerrard's attacker, which he can see enough through the scrub to send it unerringly to their marks. They obliterate the wounded gnoll.
Bjorn dives Dwal's attacker and attempts to bite the howling thing: Bite attack: 13. Piercing damage: 5
The crazed old man somehow fights his way through the underbrush close enough to jab a dagger at the rampaging gnoll to the north: Dagger attack: 5. Piercing damage: 4
Neither Bjorn nor the old man connect with their targets. Bjorn shrieks with anger.
A man crawls out of the shrubbery not far from Gerrard. He is badly wounded. It looks like the jailer, Kraddok Stonehorn, who led the western attack force.
Dwal and Gerrard may act. Only two left standing: the baned, poisoned one attacking Dwal; the other attacking Lankus' gang.
Seeing the Gnoll in front of him go down and hearing the struggles of the militia with the remaining gnoll to the northeast, Gerrard is about to run off to help when he sees Kraddok emerge nearby. Sparing a quick word for the man, Gerrard calls, "I'll be right back, Master Stonehorn," and dashes off to the northeast to help the militia.
(Move + Dash to get 60 feet towards the gnoll attacking the militia. Bonus Action Second Wind to restore hit points: 7 )

Dwal fires a trio of glowing darts into his attacker. It staggers, and nearly collapses. It is barely on its feet.
Gerrard sprints northeast. He's about 25 feet from the melee to the north, although he doesn't yet see the enemy, as the mound of scrub-covered boulders blocks his view. (Some difficult terrain lies ahead.)
Dwal's attacker disengages and flees to the south (30 feet away now, still within sight, but at the edge of thick scrub and approaching the edge of the cliff.)
The gnoll to the north attempts to bite the little guard again: Bite attack: 13. Piercing damage: 5
The guard successfully holds it at bay. In response, three guards try to pin down the foul gnoll. Longsword attack vs. Gnoll: 17. Slashing damage: 7 Spear attack #1 vs. Gnoll: 23 Piercing damage: 5 Spear attack #2 vs. Gnoll: 12 Piercing damage: 2

Kei
(Assuming that the 10 is a miss)
Watching the streak of magical energy fly wide, Kei summons his own bolts once more. This time only 3, but all headed for the fleeing for. "I've got it Peri"he shouts as the missiles speed towards their target.
Peri's magical beam misses, but Kei's does not. Just as the fleeing gnoll is about to disappear into the brush, Kei's darts flatten it. It goes down, emitting a thin steam of grey smoke, onto the ground.
Coming crashing through the underbrush to get the Gnoll fighting the militia, Gerrard sees it fall to their weapons. Skidding to a halt when he sees the damage it did to the young ladies, he pulls out his healers kit and hands it to the nearest militia member, saying, “Work together and stabilize them if you can. I will check on the others.”
(Move and Dash if needed, then interact with an object to hand over the healer’s kit as combat closes.)
Rushing back out of the undergrowth, Gerrard sees all the Gnolls dead, so he slows to a walk and wipes off his weapons, sheathing them as he returns to the jailer’s side. “What news of the battle, Master Stonehorn?” asks Gerrard gently, looking him over to see how bad his wounds are.

Kei's attacker (#4) flees north, staggering desperately to the north, barely on its feet. (Kei may get an opportunity attack if he chooses.)
Bjorn's victim (#2) takes a full dose of pseudodragon poison, and tries to fight off its effects. Constitution save: 9
Dwal hurls a mote of fire at Kei's recent attacker, but misses the fleeing monster.
The teenagers manage to land a couple of blows on their opponent, but they do little but bruise the beast.
Gerrard may act next (plus Kei, if he wants an AOO.) Dwal's attacker (#2) is both baned and poisoned.

Uncoiling the whip at his side he cracks it at the fleeing gnoll.
14 for 7 damage.

As does Dwal's (although poisoned and baned, it is quite a weak attempt):
Spear attack vs Dwal: 3. Piercing damage: 6
The gnoll in the north snaps at one of the teenaged sisters:
Bite attack vs Commoner: 24. Piercing damage: 6
Peri's attacker manages to graze his arm. It stings. Gerrard and Dwal dodge their attackers.
One of the girls is down in a pool of blood. (Crit damage: +4 )
Boosted by its kill, the bloodthirsty gnoll gets an extra snap of its jaws at her sister as well:
Bite attack vs Commoner: 21. Piercing damage: 6
Three guards encircle the rampaging gnoll and engage it:
Guard 1: Longsword attack: 18. Slashing damage: 4
Guard 3: Spear attack: 7. Piercing damage: 7
Guard 4: Spear attack: 9. Piercing damage: 4
The other sister is now down as well. The chainmailed guard managed to injure it with his sword, but it is still attacking.
Kei and Peri may act next.
Peri:

Dwal
DWal will focus on the one facing him. Dwal will cast Magic Missile
1st missile damage: 4
2nd missile damage: 5
3rd missile damage: 3
Dwal fires a trio of glowing darts into his attacker. It staggers, and nearly collapses. It is barely on its feet.

Spear attack #2 vs. Gnoll: 12 Piercing damage: 2
The guards take down their attacker. (Not sure if it posted properly...)
Kei and Peri may act next. The only opponent remaining is a single, badly-wounded gnoll fleeing to the south.
Peri:
Spotting the fleeing gnoll, Peri fires off an eldritch blast at it. (23 for 5 damage) (Let's just reroll that Nat 1 using Halfling Luck: 17)
Kei
