Seeing the tide of battle flowing against them, Gerrard attempts to rally the crew, calling, “Fight for your brothers, Dwarves of the Soul of Winter! We are with you!” And leaps into action!
Slicing and stabbing with his glowing Elegant Rapier in a dizzying blur of motion, Gerrard expends maximum effort, cutting down the sahuagin around Kei and advancing on the Baron!
OOC: Order 2, 5, 6, stepping up each time and trying to form a wall between the Baron and Kei. If he actually gets lucky and lands a strike on the Baron, he will try to disarm him, then prepare to parry the counterattack.

Kei
Close to unconsciousness, Kei's thoughts turn to self preservation. His selfish past returning for just a moment. His god provides another burst of energy, again targeting those targeting him. As the wave eminates outward he asks Mask to help protect him.
In an incredible offensive burst, Gerrard fells three sahuagin with three blows, and lands another on the Baron himself. The baron grips his trident with a powerful hold - Strength save:9 ...
...but he is caught off-guard, and his trident goes flying with a clatter.
Just as Kei tries to (weakly) irradiate his opponents, he realizes they have all been killed. (He may choose another action!)
((OoC in keeping somewhat with the other post, he will still cast Shield of Faith, but instead of Word of Radiance he will cast Toll the Dead))
Once again, Gerrard steps in to protect him. Kei's self centred thoughts quickly shift. We are a team. We fight together. Snap out of it man.
He refocuses when he hears the sound of a weapon hitting the floor. Looking for its owner he see the Baron bloodied by Gerrard's attack. That'll do!He slings his magic at the head fish.

The baron scowls at the strange bell. Wis save: 19
...and shrugs it off with a snear. "ပြီးပြီ ဆုတ်ခွာ!" he shouts.
Oceanus groans quietly. Death Save: 16
Many of the sahuagin begin to disengage and file back upstairs; others go into a defensive stance and form a column around the stairway.
The Baron, however, has his sights on Gerrard. Weaponless, he engages with his four clawed arms and tooth-filled maw: Bite Attack: 24 Piercing damage: 12 Claws Attack #1: 15 Slashing damage: 12 Claws Attack #2: 26 Slashing damage: 10
His companion speaks an arcane word, resulting in the closure of wounds on the baron and some of the remaining wounded sahuagin. (Healing: 3 ) She then also retreats upstairs.
(Edit: Crit damage on Gerrard: +3. He is in poor shape.)
The dwarves go after the remaining (dodging) sahuagin:
Sailor #12 Spear attack vs Sahuagin#8: 10 Piercing damage: 6 Sailor #15 Spear attack vs Sahuagin#8: 9 Piercing damage: 8 Sailor #6 Spear attack vs Sahuagin#10: 4 Piercing damage: 5
One sailor manages to wound one of the sea devils with her spear.
Bjorn attempts to sting the Baron: Sting Attack: 14 Piercing damage: 6
Bjorn doesn't connect. Everyone may act (resolved in order: Dwal/Peri, Kei, then Gerrard.) (Gerrard: update me on any defensive moves you may have taken while being savaged by this looming horror.)
It took every bit of Ki he had, but the battle is turning in their favor. Gerrard's flashing blades have finished off the last of the boarders at their end of the ship and it's time to take the fight to the enemy. Then the craven fiends start running away. "Oh no you don't, ya fish-faced ghouls! This party ain't over yet!" Peri gestures and faerie fire lights the hold around the four sahuagin remaining in the hold. He darts to the stairs leading out of the hold and takes a defensive stance, blocking their retreat."No one's leavin' til all this mess is picked up!"
(I'd like to position Peri halfway up the stairs so that only one attacker at a time (or maybe one from below and one from above) can reach him.)

(Peri can skirt the Baron, but this would trigger opportunity attacks from three of the Sahuagin, by my estimation, unless you have a trick up your sleeve. You sure?)
Everyone may act (resolved in order: Dwal/Peri, Kei, then Gerrard.) (I'll resolve Peri's move once he confirms or denies. The dim, glittery light around Kei has faded.)
((I didn't realize Peri was adjacent to the Baron. The smallest details derail the best of plans. I'll do everything in the previous post, but position Peri just forward of the Baron. This should also place him diagonally adjacent to the top-right sahuagin, so Peri should get an Opportunity Attack if that guy tries to run.))
Blood pouring from his wounds, Kei watches as Gerrard is mauled by the Baron. "You aren't the only one who has help!" he shouts at the Baron. His mouth continues to move but none of his companions can hear what he is saying. His whisper is for the Baron alone.
The passion in his outburst so evident that it inspires Gerrard in the heat of battle. (Take a Bardic Inspiration d6 Scott)

Kei whispers something silent and deadly to the Baron. Wisdom Save: 21
The Baron screams, turns, and races for the stairs. Peri and Gerrard may have an immediate opportunity attack (with advantage, due to the faerie fire; Gerrard with bardic inspiration if he wishes.)
Gerrard gets in a hit on the fleeing horror; Peri's spear does not penetrate his purple breastplate. The Baron shakes them off and disappears past his underlings and up the stairs, out of view.
Dwal and Gerrard may act. (They may engage the sahuagin soldiers; but if they chase the baron to attack him, they risk opportunity attacks by at least two of his underlings.)
Counterclockwise from Peri:

#10 seriously wounded; advantage on attacks due to faerie fire
#8 (less) seriously wounded; advantage on attacks due to faerie fire
