Too far away to do anything to help Boko himself, Gerrard decides not to chance the treacherous walkway, given the efficacy of his magical arrows. From his perch, he sends another trio of the +1 arrows at the grotesque foe!

Kerric Brightblade - Elven Warrior in "Apocalypse"
Boko gets flung from yhe deck a mere 15ft away. Unaware of what magic she may have in reserve, Kei whips a sliver of shadow in her direction in an attempt to arrest her decent. The shadow swirls around Boko and seems to do its job. Satisfied the lady druid wouldn't fall to her death he turns his attention to the sea-thing. "No you don't! But you did. So now you pay" he says matter of factly. 3 more shadow projectiles fly from Kei's outstretched hand. He then moves back another 10ft before commanding his tentacle to attack.
Kei arcanely slows Boko's fall, as both Kei and Gerrard unleash a barrage of magical projectiles at the stumbling horror on the deck, before Kei's tentacles reach up again.
They all hit, and the stitched-together abomination is torn to pieces.
Boko may act before she lands (softly) in the gray-green pit of mud below. Otherwise, combat is paused once again. There are no immediate threats visible.
Keeping an eye on the ship hatch, Gerrard carefully gets down from his perch and prepares to lower a rope for Boko (unless she has some other easy way up)...

He breathes a sigh as the sea creature falls. As Gerrard descends from his vantage point Kei asks. "Well, if that one went down easy enough, maybe we finish clearing this ship. By my count there's only 2 skum and that see-through being." He looks over the gunwale before continuing. "We should see about retrieving Boko first though, huh. My only concern is that I'm running low on energy for my magics, as is Boko I imagine." He mentally sends his inky tentacle to stand guard within 10ft of the hatch. "Even that thing will only last a few moments more" he points to his summon.
Boko impacts the soft, deep, filthy mud, sixty feet below. She is uninjured from the fall, but is now immersed in foul-spelling, disgusting (and polluted) ooze. (Boko will need to make a CON Save.)
(Does Gerrard have 60 feet of rope? Otherwise, she may be able to sort of swim/crawl to the shore.)
Lowering his rope with the grappling hook attached, Gerrard realizes it it 10 feet too short. He leaves it dangling for a moment in case Boko has something on her end to use to grab the grapnel.

Can Boko cast conjure animals before she hits the ground and summon two giant eagles, one to catch her and one to perch on the wreck, readying attacks for anything bad that comes near?
Watching Boko fall slowly towards the pit it doesn't surprise him to see two giant raptors appear and save her. "Her control over natural magic is superb" he mutters to himself. He glances at Gerrard and says "Remind me never to get on her bad side".
"Do you have much in reserve? Enough to take on what's below deck?" he shouts when Boko is within earshot. The tentacle standing guard over the hatch melts back into shadow almost as if scared by the birds.
Gerrard's rope unneeded, Boko returns to the others atop a giant eagle. (Does Boko want to remain on the eagle, or dismount somewhere. And if the latter, where?)
The other eagle perches nearby on the rusty crane, warily watching.
The ship remains quiet, other than the water slowly leaning out of the bottom of its hull.
”If we can lure them out and attack from a distance it would be much safer,” suggests Gerrard, “Though I am game to enter and resume the attack if we wish to do so.”

(Ahoy, everyone! We are on page 177 of a 185-page published WotC adventure. In more than 4½ years of PBP play here, we have successfully traversed Ghosts of Saltmarsh Chapters 1-7, together with two additional side-quest adventures, and we are a little more than halfway through the last chapter, "The Styes". ...We are almost at the end!
That said, we have lost two beloved players in recent months, and our pace has slowed quite a bit in recent weeks. But I'm not interested in throwing in the towel! I reckon we have just a few months of normal-paced play left, depending on how many loose ends you may want to chase and wrap up.
I hope to start a new campaign after this one ends - sometime after the new rules are released (and subsequently shared with you.) Perhaps by the end of 2024? You guys will obviously be my first invitees to the new campaign. I'm still shopping for a good published adventure to run. (Have any suggestions? Craig and I have been discussing this a little.)
But I'd first love to finish this one! Would it be helpful to recruit an additional player to get us to the finish line? Or what might help us along? Feel free to take this conversation over to Discord if you prefer.)
"I'll see if I can't get one of these skum to stick its ugly head out. Be ready." Kei shuffles back along the deck towards the hatch. When he is about 15ft from the opening he draws the shadows together and shapes them into a copy of his own legs descending the ladder. The illusory legs stepping on only the first rung he watches for signs of movement, ready to signal Gerrard.
Kei: Make a Perception or Investigation check as you watch your illusory legs for signs of movement.
Water continues to naturally drain from the bottom of the hull of the ship, but it will be many long minutes or hours before it is empty. (I believe Boko's concentration was broken.)

Gerrard:
Finally noticing his regular arrows are doing no damage, he switches to magic ones, sending a trio of +1 missiles at the abomination!
Longbow with +1 Arrows: Attack: 14 Damage: 14
Longbow with +1 Arrows: Attack: 14 Damage: 7
Longbow with +1 Arrows: Attack: 28 Damage: 7
He then puts away the bow and prepares to move forward to engage the creature next round.

Punctured with three sharp arrows, the badly-damaged golem flies into a rage.
It pounds its fishy appendage upon Boko, and then attempts to Grapple her, to throw her off the ship:
Slam Attack vs. Boko: 17. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage.
Contested grapple check vs. Boko: 6.
Boko: make a contesting Athletics or Acrobatics check.
Then, everyone may act.
Boko attempts to hold her ground. DC14 contesting Athletics check or be tossed off the ship: 9
Then, everyone may act!

(Very sorry for the inability to post.)
Can Boko cast conjure animals before she hits the ground and summon two giant eagles, one to catch her and one to perch on the wreck, readying attacks for anything bad that comes near?
Yes, she can! With Feather Fall still active, Boko has just enough time to conjure a pair of eagles and climb atop one of them.
Above, the ship remains quiet.
