Gulin takes a single step into the gusting wind and realizes that this is not the path of least resistance. The dwarf changes approach and circle around to the north, jumping down onto the main deck with a flourish before running at the witch, his shoulder stretched out in an attempt to knock her overboard.
The woman is lifted over the railing and promptly deposited into the sea below.
Reynnar's arrow embeds deep into Captain Sigurd's neck. The man grimaces back at Reynnar before pulling the arrow out. "You've got some nerve I'll give you that."

As Caspia slashes the captain's arm with her shortsword, her body continues to throb in extreme pain from the acid.
Melf's Acid Arrow Additional Damage: 3
Zi, sensing that Caspia is in danger, begins to channel a spell through the holy symbol on her shield. "By Procan's will, ward this triton from further harm!"
With her bonus action Zi casts sanctuary on Caspia.
She then looks down on Captain Sigurd, "Stop picking on my friend you bully!" A loud bell tolls.
Pirate Captain Wisdom Saving Throw (DC 13): 16
But nothing happens. Captain Sigurd, shouts up towards the crow's nest, "Your feeble attempts will not save your friend from my wrath!" before attempting to finish off Caspia.
Pirate Captain Wisdom Saving Throw (DC 13): 13
Through pure mental fortitude, Captain Sigurd wills himself past the holy defenses surrounding Caspia and attempts to hit her with his longsword.
Pirate Captain Longsword Attack: 21 Damage: 8
With the wind died down, and the triton lying bleeding out near his feet, Captain Sigurd turns his attention towards Gulin, firing off a bolt from his concealed hand crossbow.
Pirate Captain Hand Crossbow Attack: 18 Damage: 6
The crossbow deflects off a magical shield protecting Gulin, mere inches from his body. Captain Sigurd snarls in disgust. "Your time will come dwarf, magic can't save you forever!" The man shouts as he stomps off towards Reynnar, stepping over Caspia's unconscious body, and closing into melee range with the half-elf.
Suddenly, a silvery mist appears just to the east of Gulin a few feet above deck. Out of it the pirate's wizard's body appears. She attempts to land feet first on the deck from her former position of treading water.
Pirate Deck Wizard Acrobatics Check (w/ Advantage due to traits): 21
She easily sticks the landing. "You won't be done with me so simply dwarf!" With caution the lady steps five feet away from the railing. Gulin feels the wind return slightly to his north and also in front of him. The witch moves her hand in the air and summons a small frigid beam of blue-white light which streaks towards Gulin.
Pirate Deck Wizard Ray of Frost Attack: 18 Damage: 6
Gulin activates a magical shield to block the attack.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gulin raises his free hand at the spell, a visible circle of white energy disappating the ray of frost. Ice particles fall from his energy shield, and the faint bubble around him absorbs some of the abjuration magic.

Everyone is super lucky. I was almost done with the baddies stomping everyone to death, and got slapped with a manipulated dice that changed every single roll after I went back to add in a concentration check I missed. Every single roll changed so I have opted to repost it.
Starday Night, Goodmonth 14th, 591 CY
Both Gulin's hammer blow and Reynnar's shortbow shot land on their respective targets. Meanwhile, Caspia begins to bleed on on the ground next to where Reynnar ends.
Pirate Deck Wizard Concentration Check: 21
Despite the dwarf's hard hitting blow, the witch remains in control of the wind she has summoned.
Caspia Death Saving Throw: 16
Critical Success!
The triton's eyes imminently come awake. She is laying on the deck with rain falling down upon her, but she is still alive, and the bleeding feels like it may have stopped.
Zi is unable to notice that Caspia is already stirring alive, and the cleric shouts out from the Crow's nest, "No Caspia! You can't die! Procan save this dweller of the deep!"
Zi Cast's Healing Word on Caspia: 6
Additional divine energy surges through Caspia as she is healed by Zi.
Recalling Gulin's plee for help with the wizard, Zi then turns her eyes to the arcane battle ranging below. A loud bell rings.
Pirate Deck Wizard Wisdom Save (DC 13): 3
But nothing happens.
Captain Sigurd turns to follow Reynnar, joining him near the railing of the poop deck. "You can't run forever elf!" He takes a swipe at Reynnar with his longsword while simultaneously loosening a crossbow bolt at Gulin on the main deck below.
Pirate Captain Longsword Attack: 6 Damage: 10
Pirate Captain Hand Crossbow Attack: 20 Damage: 4
Both blows miss, with the longsword slashing at Reynnar's exposed neck missing by inches, and the bolt being slightly deflected by Gulin's arcane shield.
The witch reorients the wind directly towards Gulin.
Gulin Strength Check (DC 13): 18
Gulin stands his ground. The witch is becoming visibly annoyed, unwilling to move due to the arcane energy crackling around her, yet stuck in melee where her magic is less effective. She twirls around and attempts to smack Gulin with her quarterstaff.
The quarterstaff finds it's way past Gulin's defenses and lightly taps him upon the head.
So recreating this entire post was an absolute mess. I think everything is accurate, but if the text is confusing or conflicting, just know that the dice rolls and the map are correct. I've everyone's hitpoints tracked in Roll20.
Reynnar sees that Caspia is stirring and doesn't want to leave the captain alone to stop her from recovering, so he pulls a dagger out of his belt to use in his off-hand. He then presses the attack, leading with his rapier and following up with a slash of his dagger.
As Reynnar drives his blades deep into Captain Sigurd, the man begins coughing up significant blood upon the deck. Despite the wounds, somehow the man is still standing, though it looks like he may be near death.
Gulin's hammer likewise batters the witch, she is fairing slightly better, though she also looks like she has been grievously wounded. Arcane energy from Gulin's cantrip begins to encase the witch.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Talked to Tiffany, she had two bonus actions in the post above, offhand attack and drinking a potion. Talked to her in real life, she wants to forgo the offhand attack for drinking the potion. Also, it should have been a normal healing potion not a greater healing potion.
Caspia gets to her feat while Sigurd's attention is turned on Reynnar. With this opening the triton is easily able to stab Sigurd through the heart. The captain collapses, dead on the moist deck of the Sea Ghost.
Caspia Healing Potion: 5
With a swig of the healing potion, Caspia feels more strength returning to her.
Zi, seeing only one enemy left sticks her head down the open hole leading into the Crow's nest and casts toll the dead.
Pirate Deck Wizard Wisdom Saving Throw: 11
You hear loud screams coming from the crow's nest. Though you have never heard Zi swear before, and the storm makes sounds a little difficult to make out, it almost sounds like a series of foul curses.
Gulin Strength Saving Throw (DC 13): 19
The wind continues to beat down upon Gulin, but the dwarf is able to stand his ground.
Sensing her soon approaching demise unless something incredible happens, the pirate wizard attempts to back up to cast a ranged spell. A loud thunder echos around her as the arcane energy that had built up assaults her. Additionally, Gulin swipes at her with her hammer as she retreats.
Gulin Hammer Attack of Opportunity: 25 Damage: 9
She easily dodges out of the way, though she looks weak panting. Gulin feels the wind drop, and hears the watch cackle, "And now you die dwarf!"
Pirate Deck Wizard Witch Bolt Attack: 6 Damage: 4
Electric energy arcs throughout Gulin's body as it begins to spasm uncontrollable. It takes a few moments, but control of his sore muscles return.
Gulin's blow fells the Sea Ghost's deck wizard. Silence comes across the members of the party on the deck as they lick their wounds and inspect the carnage. The normal pirates collectively had 18 gold, 21 silver, and 17 copper on them.
Apart from a small key on the half-orc first mate, and another but dissimilar small key on Captain Sigurd's corpse, the three officers do not appear to have anything of particular note past their fighting equipment.
You see four doors lining the east under the poopdeck and three doors lining the west under the forecastle.

Gulin pops the top off a vial of a healing potion, chugging the red liquid.

He quickly scribbles a note on a piece of parchment, which reads: "Sea Ghost assaulted. Officers and deck crew killed. Clearing the hold, ship is ours. Send your sailors to return ship to Saltmarsh. -Gulin Runehammer"
He holds out his arm, and Avalloc lands gently. "Good bird. Well done today. Now, fly this to where those sailors were holed up." Gulin hands the bird the rolled up parchment, and Avalloc grips it in a talon and takes flight.
While the others gather themselves and loot the bodies, he will take a look around for any nice looking planking, including popping his head over the side railing to see if there is a painted name on the side of the hull.
Looking to the others, Gulin makes an assessment. He hoists his hammer over his shoulder. "Everyone alright? Caspia, you took a pretty heavy blow. I don't know what to expect down in the holds, so stay sharp."
"Nothing that a quick sip of this can't fix,"Reynnar says while drinking a healing potion, "Zi, you alright, need help getting down?"
