When the first ogre spots the approach of Abraxas, Garu, and Harmony, it immediately raises a cry. "Fode! Anfal!" The others brandish their clubs and javelins, raising them high and shouting in unison, "Slag! Krig!"
The ogres, twelve in all, charge at the trio, apparently disinterested in anything but combat.
(Was waiting for Aisha and Abraxas to do their readied actions first, but this would be after them if they do)
Harmony saw as the orges were aggressive and wanting to fight now, sighing. So much for their plan! She quickly thought of something, casting Hypnotic Pattern on as many of them as possible. Please let this work!!
Action: Cast Hypnotic Pattern on as many of the ogres as possible, without hitting allies (WIS Save 16)
Using {spell} Magical Weapon {/spell} as a bonus action on her Xian, Garu will take the Dodge action, bringing herself low into a crouch, watching what the ogres do.

Abraxas casts Misty Step to the top of the closest statue, if possible. Once there, he will cast Ray of Frost at either the ogre that most looks like a shaman or at any outside Harmony's hypnotic pattern. 17 to hit for 9 damage
If he is not close enough to a statue to land on top of it, he casts Slow (16 WIS DC) moving so that he can target six ogres.

Aisha knocks an arrow and takes aim, aiming specifically for whatever ogre was closest to someone who couldn't just teleport out of the way but aiming specifically to at-least momentarily cripple/topple it by making it fall by aiming for a joint or muscle that would cause it.
Aisha attacks.. I don't know how oyu re4solve these so, I'm unseen, which puts me at ADV, but i'm also using the 'aiming for a specific body part with a specific intent' rule. So take whichever based on how you handle that ruling.
OOC: I don't use any variant or homebrew rules around aiming for specific body parts, mainly because anything that PCs can do, monsters can do as well and that creates a big disadvantage for players in this case. Aisha's first attack is at advantage, however, because she was unseen going into round 1.

At the moment of the ogres' charge, Abraxas fades from view, appearing out of mist atop the nearest Warlord statue, where he sends a chilling beam of cold energy into an ogre's back. The ogre and one of its companions chuck a pair of javelins toward the elf, nearly knocking him from his perch where he suddenly - for a brief moment - takes on the glassy-eyed, daydreaming look that the party had perceived on the ogres.
Harmony displays her hypnotic weave of patterns to great effect; out of the six ogres in front of her, only one continues running to swing its great club toward her head. She maintains her focus on the spell, leaving five of the creatures drooling in place.
Aisha announces her presence by placing an arrow into an ogre's gut. With a shout of "Kotye!" the ogre and a second charge at full speed toward the treeline, nearly reaching the tabaxi.
Garu, remaining cautious, leaps on the balls of her feet as she attempts to dodge the attacks of the remaining two ogres.

Harmony is engaged in melee combat with one ogre. Five ogres are incapacitated and unmoving near the statues.
Aisha will place her bow in her mouth where her hand would normally be to draw, as she Disengagees and climbs the tree, like any good cat would in this situation, using feline agility if nessecary to reach a high enough branch to be near or at the top, wherever the last branch large enough to provide footing enough for her to shoot on her next turn would be, at the very least moving out of melee range of the ogre's if no such branch existed higher, while also tryign to be as straight-above atleast one of them as possible so that a miss.. might just make the javerleen fall back on it's thrower ;). Tsavi waiting, impatiently for the order to strike from the shadows where she still hid.
Abraxas tries to understand what happened to his consciousness when he went glassy-eyed. He is worried about that, but also about the ogres at his feet. He will cast Slow hoping to catch the six ogres not under Harmony's influence but especially interested in those facing her and Garu: WIS DC 16.

The ogre near Harmony is outpaced by her; struck by flame and taunted by the bard, it struggles to see her long enough to strike. Garu remains fleet of foot herself, keeping out of range until she finds the precise moments to strike, nicking and cutting at the pair of ogres bearing down on her. Four of the five ogres that are not affected by Harmony's spell at the statues slow to Abraxas's magic; the wizard barely avoids two javelins flying up toward him, but maintains his concentration.
After fleeing up into the tree, Aisha takes fire from the ogre's javelins herself, but neither finds their mark as they rustle through branches.
For Abraxas:

If possible, to be harder to hit, Abraxas will drop prone on the top of the statue. He will cast Vitriolic Sphere (DEX DC 16 for 34 damage) aiming especially for the ogres under the influence of Slow (due to their worse DEX). He will use his School of Evocation Shape Spell skill to protect his allies from the acid.
He's pondering his vision, wondering if the ogres are daydreaming in similar ways. While they are never friendly, this might explain how quickly they became violent. If the statues are the cause . . .
Aisha finally had a chance to wince from the slight hit she'd taken earlier, now that she wasn't in direct range of melee threats from melee brutes... Standing on her branch, she aims down with a loud whistle, hoping to draw the attention of the Ogre's as Tsavi runs in to strike, finally having her chance, she charges from the brush with lightning speed and pounces on one of the Ogre's attempting to knock it down. Then if that somehow succeeds she will bite the ogre right in the crotch.

From his prone position atop a Warlord, Abraxas unleashes an explosion of acid across the battlefield, miraculously sculpting it away from his companions. The acid washes over each of the conscious ogres aside from one; the brutes stand little chance of escaping it, falling and howling in pain as the acid eats through their flesh, leaving little more than charred husks of ogre behind.
Still backpedaling from the ogre in front of her, Harmony taunts it again, assaulting its psyche. Fully intent on ending the source of its pain, it does not notice Garu slipping her jian into its back. The ogre falls dead and limp in front of the pair.
For Abraxas:
