OOC: Removed 1 scroll of owlbear summoning from Garu's inventory.
Spike growth states that a creature only needs to roll to see the spikes if they can't see the area at the time the spell is cast, so they do see the spikes automatically in this case.
As stated before, Abraxas was waiting 250 feet away from the clearing, so he is out of range for the Slow spell (120 feet). I'll assume that he is closing the distance this round, but let me know if you would prefer he hold his ground and I will adjust.

Suddenly, Aisha has shifted the ground surrounding the bugbears into gnarled and barbed spikes. The creatures stop in their tracks as Harmony gains some distance on them. Panting from the exertion of the chase, they grip their axes, heads spinning left and right. Gradually, they switch out their axes for bows as they scan the trees, seeing their assailants. As Garu speaks the words of a scroll, the page disintegrates into her hand, trailing into the wind like ash, and a hulking spectral owlbear appears at her side.
"Dar delaagec an den?" "Tuul ogaal'daan, Rhuul Don, o shuulkhar!"
For Harmony:
"What trickery is this?" "You are such cowards, Blood Tusk, that you hire others?"
Round 2 Order: Bugbears Players <=====
Placement: The bugbears are 90 feet away from Harmony, 150 feet away from Aisha and Garu, and 190 feet away from Abraxas, all in half cover from the trees.
Harmony looked back, surprised to see the spikes and then hearing them as she smiled. She felt like she was at a safe enough distance and that these bugbears were far away enough from the statues. "Sorry, but this is for the good of the worlds!" Harmony says back before she casts Hypnotic Pattern on the bugbears, hoping to knock all or almost all of them out like she had planned.
Action: Hypnotic Pattern on the Bugbears - 16 WIS Save or they become charmed and incapacitated with a speed of 0

Realizing he is out of range and seeing Harmony casting Hypnotic Pattern, Abraxas will Dash toward the Bugbears instead of casting Sleep. He intends to move close enough to cast Ray of Frost.
He also, if possible, watches for the rest of the bugbears: Perception 14.
The owlbear will follow your verbal commands for 1 minute, unless it falls to 0 hit points. If no verbal commands are given, it will only defend itself by dodging.
Since Hypnotic Pattern is also a WIS Save, using the rolls from the previous post that I mistakenly made for Slow.

As Harmony extends her hands, a wave of colors washes over the ensnared bugbears. Their arms relax, lowering their bows as they stare transfixed at the pattern. Garu's spectral owlbear stands stoically as the paladin moves forward and brings a pillar of light down upon the frontmost bugbear. Its scream rends the silent forest as it grasps for and shouts desperately at its nearest companion. Snarling as it emerges from its stupor, the second bugbear raises its bow and places a shot almost perfectly toward Aisha, nicking her arm through the trees and disrupting her focus. The spikes retract into the forest floor, and this bugbear flees, leaving its companions in their waking slumber while Abraxas moves closer.
Round 3 Order: Bugbears Players <=====
Placement: Three bugbears are 90 feet away from Harmony, 120 feet away from Garu, 130 feet away from Abraxas, and 150 feet away from Aisha and the spectral owlbear, all in half cover from the trees. Two of these bugbears are incapacitated and charmed by Harmony. One bugbear is fleeing, 30 feet further away.
Health: One bugbear is grievously wounded, still encompassed by moonbeam.

Abraxas really doesn't want the fleeing bugbear to escape. He uses all of his movement to run toward it, casts Misty Step to teleport in the same direction, and then Magic Missile: 10.
He worries that the spell won't be powerful enough, but wants to save his mental energies for the mob of upcoming bugbears.
Aisha moves forward as her arm bleeds out, growling a bit from the pain of the perfect shot, that was only weakened due to some defect in the arrow itself.
She moves close enough to 'center' another spike growth on the fleeing bugbear, and if possible moving behind a tree for full cover from the one she is trying to, once more, entrap.
Harmony saw that she got three of the bugbears with it, glad but was annoyed as the one woke up another one. Now it was fleeing, thinking that they can't let it get back to the statues. She will move closer and cast Vicious Mockery on it before telling everyone to keep these ones from escaping.
Movement: 30 feet toward the fleeing bugbear
Action: Vicious Mockery at the fleeing bugbear
Bonus Action: If anyone else in the party is within range, Bardic Inspiration to them
Garu will look over at her spectral ally and state, "Dash" sending the Owlbear will use its action to dash ahead.
Garu will use her Feline Agility to double her speed and will run up to stay within range of the fleeing bugbear and use her Action to move the Moonbeam to stay atop the bugbear.

OOC: Harmony is 120 feet away from the fleeing bugbear, so she does not have the movement required to get into the 60 foot range of Vicious Mockery and cast it in the same turn.
In addition, the rules on spellcasting with a bonus action prevent Abraxas from using both Misty Step and Magic Missile in the same turn:
A spell cast with a Bonus Action is especially swift. You must use a Bonus Action on Your Turn to cast the spell, provided that you haven’t already taken a Bonus Action this turn. You can’t cast another spell during the same turn, except for a cantrip with a Casting Time of 1 action.
A new spike growth will appear around the fleeing bugbear, and Garu has moved her moonbeam to center on it. I'll give some more time for Abraxas and Harmony to adjust their actions before I resolve the round. As always, feel free to correct me if I've missed an ability or something that does allow you to do those things.

Garu's moonbeam leaves the injured bugbear to instead surround its fleeing companion, but Harmony's mockery is too much for the wounded creature to overcome. It falls dead next to its dazed companions. The running bugbear grits its teeth as Aisha brings more spikes out of the ground; already on the run, the creature leaps forward, its powerful legs hurtling it fifteen feet through the air where it takes the pain of the last five feet of the spikes as it continues to hobble quickly into the clearing. Its shouts of warning to its companions at the statues echo through the trees. Abraxas continues to close some distance to the ensnared bugbears alongside Garu's spectral owlbear.

Garu attenuates the Moonbeam on the fleeing bugbear.
OOC: How did the owlbear get further away from the bugbears? If my math is right after his walking then his dash, he should be within 30' of the bugbears.

Abraxas moves another thirty feet closer to the charmed bugbears. He watches them, not yet attacking. He looks back toward the statues, trying to perceive whether or not the group of bugbears there have heard the fleeing wounded bugbear (OOC: I understand it may just be impossible, no matter how good the roll is): 13.

Aisha's first shot weaves its way past the foliage. The fleeing bugbear's arms fly above its head as the arrow lodges in its back, dropping it to the earth.
For Abraxas:
It would be nearly impossible for the bugbears at the clearing to not have heard the fleeing bugbear. Where it fell, it is also likely that they saw its death.
As soon as Garu sees the bugbears, she will read the command word on a Scroll of Owlbear.
