Prior to leaving the temple area, Dain takes time to cast alarm on his pack, so it alerts him if anyone but himself opens it. As he does so, the air around him shimmers as a magical ward comes into being around him. (Arcane Ward.)
Early in the morning you get up, full of new found strength and a bit wiser then before. You make a quick breakfast and then break camp and depart. The brothers use some magic to move enough dirt to block the entrance to the cave. It takes them a few minutes and you don’t think that you would need much time to clear it again, but for someone who doesn’t know, it would look like a lot of work. Everyone takes there luggage and you get on your way.
Relgalyn has a little trouble, but it is an easy journey and the sun guides your way. Everyone seams to enjoy the beautiful weather and no one pays attention, because suddenly you are surrounded by a group of angry baboons. They only scream at you and fling dirt at you, but otherwise keep their distance. Otherwise it is a very uneventful journey and you reach Phandalin in the early afternoon.
“We should head back to the sheriff, Sildar, I think. I wonder how that old herbalist fares?” Otrov reflects on the herbalist and the manticore fight, running her hand over the smooth spike she took from the fallen beast. “We also have some gems to appraise, I believe?”
[did the dwarves find anything in the collapsed tunnel?]
You reach Phandalin from the south, following the Miners Trail. Since it is already on your way, you stop by Halia who has a look at gems and the golden dagger. She estimates that the dagger is worth 5 gems, so you decide to split them 10 for you and 5 plus the dagger for the dwarfs. Halia will offer you (1) 80 gold for the gems.
The Brothers stay longer at the Miners Exchange, because they need to talk buisness with Halia, so they thank you for your help and say there goodbyes.
When you enter the Stonehill Inn, you see Sildar sitting in the corner, together with several other people. It looks like they are studdieing a map of the Neverwinter woods.
Relgalyn will take the map, I'll give it a go."
Survival: 15
(I don't suppose we hit level 3 last night?)
Yes you actually did.
In that case...

Once they return, Relgalyn will look around, “Who were we supposed to report to where now?”

They didn’t had the time to dig up the tunnel, so whatever is hidden behind it, is still there.
If you want to apraise the gems, Halia would be the best bet.
Don’t get to used to the lvl ups, this will be the last one for a long time here.
"Yep, off to find that sheriff I believe." Dain concurs.
Okay. I updated it as much as I could on D&D Beyond. I chose archetype from XGE. It's in the notes. https://ddb.ac/characters/21226747/j9aybu
