Brace's eyes grow big at the sight of the more expensive fire and ice blades wishing he could afford them. "I will need to come back another time when money is not as tight and buy one of your upgrades. But alas for now I will have to settle for the 20gp version." He hands over the 20 gp. He appreciates the blade and looks forward, as much as a good elf can, to using it. It feels even and slices the air cleanly. "Thank you this will do well!" He bows and looks to listen as Keth and Livly make inquiries about the roads.
"There's no shortage of thieves on the Gold Road dears," the old woman says wrinkling her nose is disgust! "Glad to see some of the....new citizens care enough to defend our fair city," she adds taking Brace's coin after setting down the enchanted blades. She then hands Brace a finely crafted sword with a tough leather hilt with leaf like braid work on the grip. "Are....they well-known these bandits you seek," she then asks with what seems like idle curiosity as the party readies to move on. "We've never been effected ourselves. Rare for ore needed in this work to be stolen. Metal ore isn't worth stealing, is it unless you can craft it yourself I would think," she adds. "We rarely sell outside the city either and what fine goods we have such as those enchanted blades come from within the city itself," she explains.
At the Knight Volkher reemerges from his room and stops at the table where Landrae and Ulfgar are holding court.
"I've decided to venture on but on my own. I wish you all and the others good luck and good fortune," and bows to them before leaving the Knight and disappearing into the city.
Pats Brace on the back and smiles as the elf takes his new weapon. Responding to the woman, "I guess they have done a good job of eluding whomever the city sends out to stop them. Along those line sI would assume they are just lucky raiders. We will find them however, and thank you for helping with the sword. You can be sure we will return as we grow in glory and riches. Good day." He bows his head and steps away to the pack mule that is waiting. He takes the reins and begins leading it toward any grouping of food market stalls.

His and Livly's original shopping list had three tents which should be fairly easy to find and the usual rations on them but I believe they both planned to spend a little extra on good spices. Keth in particular prefers meat rubs and other seasonings he can add to a plain ration to make it both more appetizing and more savory. Along those lines he looks first to fulfill his ration needs (Five days worth of rations for six people) and then the spices and broths. He would also keep an eye out for anyone selling casks of ale or mead to buy but it is not a huge priority for him.
Brace follows Keth and Livly while he scans the surroundings for any Elf in the market that looks like he might have news. He is more comfortable speaking with his own kind: (can roll insight and/or perception if needed)
Brace notices plenty of elves as they more from the street shops to an open air market. Livly and Keth notice a couple of halflings and a half-elf running a stall with large crates of green leafy vegetables and hung dried meats. They have several signs written in their lands from of slang. It reminds all of home. The market is large with plenty of other shops too.

In the market Skip wanders through noticing a lot of Wastelanders are running the stalls and shopping here. He would hustle his own people so he moves forward looking for the odd Talamhain to lift a purse or two when he spots a troupe of gnomes selling all manner of wares. He also spots an elf, a half-orc (the only one he's seen since the ship), and a redhaired halfling standing in the middle of the chaos debating something.

Back at the tavern Ulfgar and Landrae listen to Rosie spinning his tales whilst day drinking, one pint down do either of you take another?
Eman finally emerges again from his offices freshly shaven in scarlet colored clothes and looking even more handsome than before.
"Now Eman my dear friend. You don't have to get so gussied up for us plain and simple folk..." Rosie announces whilst strumming his lute quickly and waggling his eyebrows as Eman blushes slightly patting down himself before waving Rosie off. "He's a dark horse that one," the bard then whispers to Ulfgar and Landrae. "He doesn't leave this place for a reason and I'm keen to discover why..," he trails off downing his pint!
Eman gathers a hat, cloak, and gloves picking up a chest from the bar where Tali's placed it.
"We all must pay our dues," Eman calls out before leaving the tavern with the small chest under his arm.
Landrae offers Rosie a drink as she covers a second round for Ulfgar and herself.
Sitting back down with the requested beverages, Landrae picks up the conspiratorial tone from Rosie."He strikes me as a reclusive man, though his family history is certainly not the most pleasant. You know he lost his parents in questionable circumstances?"Landrae directs the question to Rosie, suspecting that this is new information to Ulgar.
As Eman makes to leave she offers "Safe travels with your dues, Eman. Not wanting to sound forward, or weirdly interested in your business, I'd feel remiss if I didn't offer to lend an extra pair of eyes to help make sure you arrive safely." Aware that she barely knows the man and that were the roles reversed she would think it odd that a new face to the tavern offer to escort the coin chest, Landrae realizes almost as soon as she opens her mouth that she may have just made the situation awkward. She quickly adds "Not to worry if you'd rather keep patrons spending coin here!"
(OoC: let me know the damage to Landrae's purse when we're leaving. I've already deducted the 68Gp for transport.)
Skip will make his way through the market, leading his horse and looking around. Occasionally he would move his shaggy brown hair away from his dark green eyes. "I wonder where they got off to... " He would say to himself as he makes his way among the crowd. He instinctively will keep glancing down to his fine clothes.. making sure that his coin purse is still intact. After a few moments, he would through the crowd and spot a familiar face. "Hey! Hey guys! I am glad I could finally catch up to you! I think I lost ya when we were getting off the ship' He would shout as he scrambled through the crowd, leading his horse beside him. With shortswords on his belt and a very finely crafted shortbow on his back he would struggle to tug the mount faster. "Did... Did you guys.. ugghh!.. Did you get all your shopping done?" He would say inbetween grunts as the mount decides that it is tired of being pulled around by the scrawny young boy.
"Oh, Skip!" enthusiastically greeted him little halfling. "Glad to see you you did not loose your grip - already with the horse! Perfect. You might not believe it but we found a job. Well paying too - you will see. Consider yourself hired too, unless you plan to stay in the city for some reason".
"Really!? Thanks!" He would reply with a large grin as he still struggles to hold on to the animal. Occasionally his fine brown leather vest opens as he is bumped into by members of the crowd to reveal a wide array of tools and daggers tucked inside before it comes to rest upon his very well crafted while shirt. "I am ready to get out of here... I'm not real fond of big crowds..." He would say while looking down the the halfling with a nervous smile before glancing around and patting his clothing to make sure everything is still attached. "You'll have to let me know what kind of job we signed up for! Depending on what ya need done... I might actually be useful even!" He would finish with a laugh as his voice cracks a bit.
Ulfgar is a responsible day drinker... so he definitely has another pint. "To drink to beauty. Both the people we've encountered and the beauty of the day. Goddess is surely shining down upon us."He says as he finishes his first pint and signals for another. "I wonder how our friends are faring in the search for supplies and if they've managed to also comes across such beautiful people."

"Skipper," exclaimed Keth! "I didn't think I would see you again. Wait what?" He looks to Livly, "Hey, this fella has a lot of spunk I will give you that but are you sure?" He looks between Skip and Livly, clearly wrestling with the idea of hiring the boy man. His tongue visibly pushes against one of his larger canines, a sign he is worried.
"Alright well listen, I will agree to it on a few conditions. One, while we travel you have to practice with those weapons you seem to be touting all around and B, you secure us three well made tents from those gnomes over there for under ten gold." He crosses his arms in challenge.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Oh.. OK Mr. Keth!.. here... Hold Muffin for me." He would say as he struggles to move the horse towards the half-orc and pass over the reigns. The moment he was freed of the horse, the young man would let out a sigh. "Thanks.... I'm not great with horses. Muffin here has a mind of her own." He would add with a smile before zipping through the crowd much more nimbly than when he had the horse. Weaving in and out of the crowd as he approaches the gnomes... managing to avoid actually touching any of the moving members of the crowd. Once in front of the gnomes he would quickly adjust the collar on his vest and shirt before shooting a smile to the merchants. "Hi! Hello... Umm.... I was hoping you could help me out. I was hoping to get three of your wonderful tents.." He would say as he nervously gestures to the nearby tents. "I am a bit of a craftsman myself and can appreciate fine work when I see it... but I also appreciate a nice deal... Do you think i you could work with me a bit on the price? Maybe we could work out a bundle deal? buy two get one free? Buy two get one half off? Anything?" He would ask as he leans on to the counter... locking eyes with the gnome as he lowers to his level. "Anything you could do would really help me out... Please?" He would add as he as gives the gnome some sad puppy dog eyes.
Keth turns to Brace and Livly with a smile, "Come on, let's go grab the provisions. Make the kids work to find us again." He gestures to the small group to follow him as he grabs the reins of Muffin and begins to work his way to the food stalls.
Skip easily attains the tents. Three tents at 3 gp a piece at 9 gp total. Fine canvas that will repel water and keep those inside dry and warm. Keth and the others are able to attain the rations for 5 days for six people from the half-elven co-op farmers for 10 gp and spices for another gold piece. All together the party finishes at noon.
OOC: Y'all now have 6 horses, pony, and a mule. Three 2 person tents, rations for 6 people for 5 days, and herbs/spices to cook game/wild plants you collect near your campsite. 14 gp in total spent.
Gathering again they return to the Knight.
