There is a little off note in the last line that only Hag 2 can hear: Dissonant Whispers , 16 psychic damage, half on DC 15 WIS save, if she fails she has to use her reaction to move away from Del (though not into the fire). Del still has his reaction to cut some words and ensure she does fail

What have the gnome curriers and sprite harvesters been doing during Del's concert the big fight? 

Unlikely to survive that long, but to save time if they do, the surviving elk give Hag 1 a nudge

Hag 1 easily shrugs aside the tentative antlers of the nervous elk.

Hag 2 wisdom save: 22 She sneers off your tuneful attack.

Gnoll soldiers swarm Elwin with their spears!  The first is annihilated by his Booming Blade, but the spot is quickly filled by another, all of them slavering at the thought of blood. In spite of their wounds, the slowed gnolls look bitter and disappointed, assuming that Elwin will be ripped to shreds before they ever get a chance at him.

Raven growls in pain at the touch attack, taking damage. She then grips her rapier and strikes back. When done she takes a breath, regaining some of her determination.

Once again Quentin attempts to flatten more Gnoll soldiers, aiming to hit as many as possible without hurting Elwin, probably only able to get the slowed ones in the sphere this time but hopefully it'll be enough. (Magnify Gravity Again. DC 14 Con ST, same deal except only 1st level this time. Also you forgot to move Q closer to Elwin from his last turn.)

Hag 2 goes down in a vile splatter of gore under Raven's mighty blade!

Quentin can hit about 7 gnolls without hitting Elwin, including all that failed their saves last time. Those six don' t need to save, because there is no hope for them. (Only 2hp left.) One more gnoll save: 7 6 gnolls killed, one wounded more.

Mindartis and Elwin still to go.

Snarling at the surrounding soldiers, Elwin began lashing out, his spear moving faster and faster as he spun and dodged strikes between lunges.

Growling still Mindartis runs around the wall of fire, stopping short of the hag that was still alive. Seeing her, he grins coldly at her, vanishes from sight and reappears in front of her, fire swirling at his feet as he does so that tickles her legs. He brings his greatsword down on her twice.

Eggric, not liking being all by himself in the middle of the floor, scampers to Raven's side and fires an arrow at one of the gnolls by Elwin:

With a shriek of rage, the hag attacks Mindartis with two Nightmare touches:

It's tiny bit of a stretch, but Del manages to get his spell in the right place, and a loud ringing noise splits the air!

Soldier 13 clutches his ears and bursts in a splatter of gore.

The hag is looking is pretty bad, but is still alive, the same for the archer.

The three remaining foot soldiers attack Elwin:

Mindartis has enough clarity of mind that 4 on one is probably not a great idea. He moves around both the gnolls and stays away from the wall of fire and continues his attack on the hag.

His frost armor now shattered, Elwin spun on the last standing gnoll soldier, and attacked with a vengeance.

Satisfied with the results, the warlock turned and glared at the last hag through the line of fire. He sneered, then spoke another spell: "Eisiger-Schritt!" In two simultaneous bursts of icy mist, he disappeared from his location, and appeared just five feet from the hag, in his defensive stance.

BONUS: Cast Misty Step to teleport past the fire and to the last hag.
