((I'm going to change something, here, because I feel like it's a little off - I don't think the ghouls would have taken the time to close the doors behind them, so you would be able to see into the adjacent rooms. So, I'm going to post a map update with this and describe it as such.))
Sael saw them as they fled. They rushed through the doors to the west, south, and east. From her current position, she can see two ghouls through the southern pair of doors. They're pacing back and forth a certain distance from you all, snarling, growling, and shuffling their feet. It's as if there is an invisible wall preventing them from coming any closer.
On his turn, Kwisatz steps forward just inside the entrance, readies another ice blast, and says to Rush “How long will your fear hold? Will they be back?”
“Not long. And some may overcome their fear sooner than others. Stay put, and use the range to our benefit. Let them come to us.” Rush keeps his shield high and stays near the door still watching for ghouls

With the ghouls being just barely within range of her weapon, the boomerang makes contact with Ghoul 2, doing 2 damage (only the attack roll can be rolled with Advantage/Inspiration, so we're going with the original damage roll), then the boomerang clanks to the ground after bouncing off of the ghoul's hide.
Kwisatz walks down to just behind Andromeda/Rush (whichever to get a better angle), shoots a Ray of Frost at the Ghoul just past the S door, and steps back north a spot or two to keep distance.
Kwisatz steps forward, looking around Andrømeda to blast Ghoul 11 with ray of frost. The biting cold slams into the ghoul, slowing it down by 10'/round until Kwisatz's next round and sending a damaging shiver up its spine.
Rushis next. (No map update this time. The only change to the map is that Kwiz moved down 15 and then back up 10 and is therefore only one square lower now than he was at the beginning.)

G2 makes a DC15 WIS save: 8 Since it doesn't look like the target takes even half damage on a successful save, the Ghoul takes no damage and Rush has moved over to just in front of the western doorway.
