Does the balcony have a railing? Like, a proper one, kinda like TTTTT, with columns and a hand rail, or is that something I need to roll for?
The balcony does, indeed, have a railing like you describe. The columns (I don't know the correct term for them) look to be made of the same stone as most everything else. The handrail is made of a solid-looking wood.
Andrømeda takes her rope out and ties it around one of her handaxes, tossing it up and over the railing, then gives it a tug to swing the axe between the columns(only word I could think of for them. Posts maybe?) letting the weight of the axe drag the rope back down to her. "Kom Rush, grab de end and Am vil pull du up."
(Not sure if I need a roll for that, but if so, what would it be?)
Fun fact: you can lift, carry, or push up to 30 times your Strength score. For Andrømeda, that's 480lbs. Rush is carrying about 200lbs worth of gear and likely weighs about 150? So, you're only ~50 away from your limit, but because you're under your limit, we'll just say that you can do it if he decides to grab the end of your rope.
Sael dusts herself off and goes to also retrieve her Boomerang. Then she watches as Andrømeda and Rush try to climb the wall.
"Hey!" she calls out softly in case anything else is around "there's open passages down here ya' know..."

"Fair enough." Andrømeda says with a shrug, pulling the rope down and winding it with practiced efficiency, stowing it back in her pack and moving toward the Southern hallway to retrieve her Javelins. "Am vil just pick up meg veapons, den vi go, ja?"

If you think my puns are bad, I'll remind you, my profile pic says otherwise.
When Andrømeda goes to get her javelins, she is in a corridor with four arrow slits that line the walls.
Then, the group heads back in the direction that Sael indicated. Now that all of you are able to take in your surroundings a bit more, the earthquake that hit Axeholm triggered a ceiling collapse that left this hall in ruins. The eastern half of the hall is strewn with debris and is difficult terrain. The stench of death hangs heavy here, becoming stronger as the characters move further east. You can tell that the stench is coming from the southern pathway.
You also notice that there is a hallway leading north as soon as you walk into this room and a doorway to the south, opposite of the hallway.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sael brings up the rear, watching their back and taking a close look at everything they pass.

As everyone enters the room, you see an empty room. This 15-foot-square room was cleaned out. Only dust remains. ((I'll update the map when I get to a computer. I'm on my phone right now.))
“Maybe. But I think the intact portions will tell us more than the broken ones. We’ll come back. I won’t leave anyone to be abandoned just because we didn’t search hard enough.” Rush continues on, shield up and ready.
As the group begins to move up the hallway, you can see that on the right is another tunnel with debris, on the left are more arrow slits, and at the end of the hallway appears to be a door.

“Doors might hold survivors safe inside.” Rush opens the door south

Rush will move to the arrow slits and put his shield right up against them as he makes his way towards the door. Then he’ll open it.
