The door to the west contains tattered wool curtains that conceal three neglected privies, each with a wooden bench set against the back wall.
You peek your head into the southern door. Standing before two blackened hearths are a pair of rusty anvils, which dwarves once used to fashion and repair their armor and weapons. You can hear the sound of something fluttering in the southernmost fireplace.
As Andrømedaapproaches, she sticks her head into the fireplace to look up to see if she can catch a glimpse of what's making the fluttering noise, and as she does, this creature flies out right at her face.
Attack (vs AC14): 22 Damage: 5
The creature flies straight for Andrømedaand impacts her on her face, attaching itself and causing 5 damage.
Sael is going to toss her boomerang at the face hugger:

The boomerang flies through the air, whizzing by Rush and Kwiz seemingly trying to reach out and stop her from throwing a boomerang at their party member's face, and it strikes the creature right in it's body. With a squeal, it releases its grip on Andrømedaand falls, motionless, to the ground.

Andrømedaand Sael hear a commotion coming from inside the foyer you all just came in from. ((Based on character positioning on the map, I realized I made a mistake and I deleted an attack roll, so this will say there is a manipulated roll. It is because I retconned it.))
The ghoul, taking Kwizats by surprise, slashes at him from behind:
Attack (vs AC15): 15 Damage: 7
The attack hits, causing Kwisatz 7 points of slashing damage. ((The rolls are re-rolling themselves, again...))
The ghoul is simply going to take the place of the stirge that Sael just killed. So, the ghoul just used their turn to attack, we are still in combat, and Rushis up, now.
Rush walks north to open the door and peek in. He sees dozens of meager cots that lie scattered about the floor. A pair of fireplaces stand cold and dark, their rubble-choked chimneys rising 120 feet through the mountain.
Sael is also following along quietly, listening for anything strange.
