OCC: Sorry I thought Whistler went down the rope around 2 (Nyx is the bottom of the Initiative order) and attacked round 3? If that's not the case, Nyx will shot round 2 as well then and cancel my round 3 post up above (with its nat 20 :( )
Nyx Round2 scurries down Whistler's freshly placed rope, using her Bonus Action dash ability to make it all the way down and then fires a bolt into B2, hitting the bugbear right in the neck! (BB2 is dead; Nyx's attack brought him down enough that BB3's Round 3 attack killed him).
Nyx Round 3 sings her brave little tune and the blades fly as BB2 goes down!
Whistler in Round 4 with both Bugbears in the rift dead thanks to Nyx, can go ahead and use your action and remaining movement to get up top on the western side if you like.
Lyngheid takes a whack at BB1 with her Spiritual weapon and manages to do a little damage.
Baeshra drops from the ceiling and tries to bite BB1, but his fangs pierce only the thick hide armor of the stinky bugbear.
Ireniana lobs a hail of arrows, but they all miss!
Umbriel backs down the hallway, summoning his Shadowy Scimitar (I saw them live back in the 90s, great band!).
BB1 is all that's left, he looks around, sizes up the situation and swings his morningstar into the rope beneath him, trying to cut one of the two ropes dangling down into the rift. Attack: 16. The rope drops into the rift. There is only one rope left on the western side.
Rosie casts light on the top of the rope and then gets 10 feet down the rope.
Droop uses his movement and bonus action to scurry down the rope, and then his action to Dash again and get to the base of the one remaining rope on the western side of the rift.
Umbriel, you hear a familiar skittering sound coming from the hallway that you are backing out of. It sounds just like Spider-Baeshra.
The party is up! Nyx for Round 4, everyone else for Round 5. BB1 is left, he's looking a little hurt.
Umbriel's ears perk up when he hears the sound, knowing that Spider-Baeshra is elsewhere. "We've got incoming, and it's got a lot of legs!"He'll back down the stairs to get closer to the group, and if he gets to a point where he can see BB1, he'll throw an Eldritch Blast at him. Attack: 25 Damage: 13

The adrenaline rush is getting to you and the blood pounding in your ears throws off your estimation. The skittering sounds could be arriving this round, or 10 rounds from now!

Movement and then bonus action Dash up the rope. I assume the Bugbear is now dead so Nyx will swing her hand crossbow up and ready an attack against the first nasty the pops around the corner.
While we're waiting, Umbriel wants to glance southward - does the stream/ravine look like it connects to the big forge room with the flameskull in it? Is it navigable, or is the passageway blocked?

With your passive perception, you can tell that the stream used to come from the big forge room and crash down into the ravine from the east side. That old diverted streambed is navigable and you can get into the big forge room from the south east side of the ravine. And you notice the body of a familiar Zombie at the bottom of the Ravine underneath that section. The missing Zombie must have came in here and the bugbears finished it off.
Now the stream comes from the south west side. It might be navigable, you aren't sure without studying it further.
