To enter the place, one must traverse an elevated road, with 100-foot-high cliffs on both sides, and pass through two enormous gates called the Hammer and the Anvil. Two wide parapets with crenellated battlements called North Vigil and South Vigil stand outside these gates on the nearby mountainsides, ready to rain ballista bolts and catapult stones down on would-be invaders. The road ends at the Runegate, the main entrance to the underground city. Deep beneath the mountains are tunnels connecting to Felbarr’s mines, the Underdark, and the distant dwarven bastions of Mithral Hall and Citadel Adbar.
Citadel Felbarr has fallen to orcs twice in its long history, only to be reclaimed and rebuilt by the dwarves each time. Felbarr’s great hero-king, Emerus Warcrown, who restored Felbarr to its former glory during the War of the Silver Marches, died shortly after the war while helping his fellow dwarves reclaim the lost city of Gauntlgrym. Since Emerus’s death, leadership of the Felbarren dwarves has fallen to Emerus’s distant kin, King Morinn and Queen Tithmel.
Delsephine nods, "Yep, we sure do!" and issues the orders to get underway.
Another Long Rest is completed, and then she drops you off in front of the Hammer and the Anvil, the gates that lead down to Citadel Felbarr.
The guards watch with cation as the party disembarks the airship, but then relax a bit when they see Lyngheid, and a pair of dwarven guards are ordered to escort you down into the city.
All the usual adventure supplies, basic weapons and armor are easily found and available at book price. Stock up on what you want there. Droop is going to get plenty of rations, and all new bows and arrows. Armor too, since he lost that.
What sort of fancy items is anyone looking for?
Also, how much did everyone get from the treasure haul after it was divided up?
I was looking back into things, what was the crown? Large, adamantite and detect magic came up with conjuration?
And for the split, I came up with, after selling the rings, 3000 gold each with the remaining 300 held for party funds (otherwise the split is goofy), split includes Droop and Whistler.
Oh yeah, good point. Nyx, with only 7 hitpoints, goes down regardless of the Dex Save. Umbriel swoops in with the healing potion and, ironically, Nyx is back to 7 HP!
Once the smoke clears, and the party gets a look in the chest, you see a giant-sized adamantine crown set with six black opals resting on a bed of ashes.
Under the ashes are 6,300 worth of gold and platinum pieces, a large sea shell about 2.5 feet long that does indeed look like a conch, and a small assortment of potions and items.
I'm going to need five d100 rolls, one from each of you!

One crown, one conch.
Oh right, thank you! Sorry. So, selling the 6 rings at 2500 each, plus the 6300 gold breaks down to 3000 GP each, everyone add that to your inventory, and then subtract the cost of your basic supplies.
Alright, so the party still got a 150 pound adamantine crown with six black opals, and the conch.
Umbriel, you can sell your saddle and riding gear for half price.
Ireniana, you can sell your adamntine splint for half price.
Ireniana, make an Investigation check for where you might be able to buy magical items that increase strength.
Lyngheid, make an Investigation check for where you might be able to find magic shields and armor. And then a separate one for gifts.
Umbriel and Lyngheid, each make Persuasion checks or one at advantage to see how many healing potions you can find.
Baeshra, make an Investigation check for Moon Sickles.
After asking around various shops, and merchants, you are confident that Citadel Felbarr doesn't have any magic items that increase strength. You get the impression that the majority of the inhabitants, dwarves, look down on magical enhancements to their strength...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
For frame of reference, up to date list of party funds: 102 platinum 1629 gold 2 electrum 46 silver 10 copper Ruby pendant worth 1000gp 8 gems 250gp each Electrum Bracers 250 gp
Everyone subtract 5 gold for room and board for a couple of days, except Lyngheid, who was staying at the Temple.
After several days of shopping, Droop shows up decked out in custom-tailored new traveling clothes with a brand new backpack, several pouches, and a quiver.
He does a little twirl and proudly shows off his new bow, sword and daggers, including a brand new bag of ball bearings, from which he offers each of you a ball bearing.
You can see his backpack is stuffed to the brim with healers kits, pots, pans and rations.
"Looking good, Droop," Umbriel says. "And thank you for the gift."
Once everyone has taken care of errands and shopping, he'll ask "Should we present ourselves to the masters of this place and deliver the letter for the defense of Triboar?"
Ireniana smiles at Droop. "Looking good, little brother and thank you for the gift."
Ireniana thinks to herself that if there isn't anything to purchase to strength, she'll seek an item to increase her constitution. Perhaps a belt or a manual.

You know all about Citadel Felbarr.
Since Emerus’s death, leadership of the Felbarren dwarves has fallen to Emerus’s distant kin, King Morinn and Queen Tithmel.
" Felbarr should fit the bill, and we've that letter to bring to there as well. Strong place and stronger under Queen Tithmel."
" You know the way?", she asked the crew.
Delsephine nods, "Yep, we sure do!" and issues the orders to get underway.
Another Long Rest is completed, and then she drops you off in front of the Hammer and the Anvil, the gates that lead down to Citadel Felbarr.

Baeshra is looking for a Moon Sickle for sure.
No crown, that's the Conch.
One crown, one conch.
If Droop isn't going to use the Adamantite Splint Mail, then we could sell that.
As for items, Ireniana is looking for either a gauntlet or a belt to increase her strength, as well as boots that can make her faster, or fly.
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Lyngheids is headed to the temple and spending a few days considering her future...
She's looking to get a magical shield and/or armour.....and probably a bunch of healing potions to spread among the group.
Also a gift for Nyx......she's keeping an eye out for protective items that can bump Nyxs AC and keep her safe...
Umbriel will try to sell his saddle and riding gear, and he'll look for healing potions. He'll also be sure to pick up some more rations.

Ireniana Investigation - 19

Umbriel's Persuasion (since he'd likely be looking around on his own, not following Lyngheid to the temple) : 8
After asking around various shops, and merchants, you are confident that Citadel Felbarr doesn't have any magic items that increase strength. You get the impression that the majority of the inhabitants, dwarves, look down on magical enhancements to their strength...
It takes a while, but after visiting five different merchants, you are able to procure three Potion of Healing for 75GP each, and one Potion of Healing (Superior) for 300GP.
Shields and Armour: 15
Gifts: 14
Potions: 8

Baeshra investigation: 8
Baeshra, after asking around a bit, you discover one shop that caters to Rangers, and has a few Druid specific items, but no magic Moon Sickles.
Lyngheid, and Nyx:
You find plenty of stores specializing in armor, although most is just standard fair, although it is very high quality.
One store seems to be a little less traveled, and the proprietor, after sizing you up for a few moments, reveals several special items:
- Shield, +1 for 1500 GP.
- Studded Leather, +1 for 2000 GP.
- Ring of Protection for 3500 GP.
Everyone subtract 5 gold for room and board for a couple of days, except Lyngheid, who was staying at the Temple.
After several days of shopping, Droop shows up decked out in custom-tailored new traveling clothes with a brand new backpack, several pouches, and a quiver.

You can see his backpack is stuffed to the brim with healers kits, pots, pans and rations.
Droop returns Baeshra's shield and Spider Staff.
"Looking good, Droop," Umbriel says. "And thank you for the gift."
Once everyone has taken care of errands and shopping, he'll ask "Should we present ourselves to the masters of this place and deliver the letter for the defense of Triboar?"
Lyngheid purchases the shield and studded leather not having enough for the ring as well.
She will also sell off her old shield.
Ireniana smiles at Droop. "Looking good, little brother and thank you for the gift."
Ireniana thinks to herself that if there isn't anything to purchase to strength, she'll seek an item to increase her constitution. Perhaps a belt or a manual.
