2 pounds of meat a day, at 1 gp per pound. You bought 50 pounds from the butcher before leaving for Wave Echo Cave.
Edit, actually I think 5 pounds of meat a day is more accurate. You spent 2 days in Wave Echo Cave, and have been in town for 2 days, so thats 20 pounds. Do you want to buy another 50 pounds from the butcher? When traveling, Owlbear will be able to forage.
The 23rd passes quietly, with everyone resting up.
Whistler, do you want to put a day towards working with Owlbear to teach it a command? If so, make an Animal Handling check.
Another Long Rest is had in the Stonehill Inn (another 3 gold for all rooms and meals, Droop pays 1 electrum).
The 24th dawns. Baeshra, your shield is no longer enchanted. Ireniana, your second Longsword is no longer enchanted. Droop's armor and shortsword are no longer +1, and Lyngheid's armor is no longer +1.
At breakfast a message arrives from Linene. "The package has arrived. Come by when ready."
Before heading to the Coster, Umbriel would like to head up to the Manor, to see how repairs are going. Nothing involved, just a progress check, then he'll meet the group when they're ready.
Phillip greets you at the manor. "Hi there, good morning. You'll be happy to know that we've got the bodies and mess cleaned up. We're now working on reinforcing the walls in the basement. They're going to take the majority of the load once we start working on the upper floors, so we've got to get them in tip-top shape, ya know?"
"Another day or two and it will be ready for you to move in. To the basement at least."
He pauses, then continues. "Did you want me to line up some Chefs for you to interview? Or were you not interested in a full-time Chef and housekeeper?"
Umbriel says to Phillip, "That would be excellent, thank you - we're going out of town for a couple of weeks, but when we return we'll definitely need a staff. Take this 20 gold to cover expenses as you search for suitable candidates."
"I have a set of lucky cards we can use any time Whistler."
Nyx also pays the Stonehill inn keeper the remaining 2 gold, 1 electrum for the groups stay.
"So then. Are we ready to journey on, a house is nice but you can not become to tied down. My hooves are getting restless and the horizon is calling to me."

Bought another 50lbs of meat, Whistler would speak to the butcher to have orders delivered on a semi-regular basis to the new Manor, possibly on a tab and that he'll make sure the newly appointed Head Chef is fully briefed.
"Whistler not like Dragons, feathers and fire make KENKU dinner," he mimics to no one in particular. He is still upset that Rosie has left but then cocks his head at Nyx at the mention of lucky cards, "Nyx have lucky cards? Maybe teach Whistler to play?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"More than happy to Whistler. It a great way to pass time by the campfire at night, which will be a lot of our nights from here on in."
As she talks she takes out her deck and starts to shuffle the cards, flicking the occasional one through her fingers as she does so and works a little card dealer magic. The deck itself seems to have ornate depictions of Faye creatures, from elves, to satyr, to faeries and centaurs in a very stylistic art style on the card faces.
Umbriel says to Phillip, "That would be excellent, thank you - we're going out of town for a couple of weeks, but when we return we'll definitely need a staff. Take this 20 gold to cover expenses as you search for suitable candidates."
Phillip nods. "Certainly!"
When you arrive at the Lionshield Coster, Linene greets you with a cheery and excited "Hello!" "It came in overnight, and I've got it ready to go. It's out back, already on a cart with a few other supplies for our Triboar branch. I've written a letter of introduction for you to Alaestra Ulgar. She runs the Triboar Lionshield Coster with her business partner. Remember, this is a very important shipment, it must get there safely."
Linene holds out an envelope with the symbol of the Lionshield Coster stamped in sealing wax holding it shut. Who takes the letter?
Linene directs you to the alley behind the Coster where a horse and cart await. Two large human males stand on either side of the cart. One of them looks at you. "There you are, just as Linene described. Here's the goods." They hand you the reigns and go into the store.
The cart is fully loaded with several sacks of feed, a keg of water, two crates and one ornate locked chest that is about 5 or 6 feet long, 2 feet wide and a foot high.
Remember the rules for traveling:
It's about 100 miles to Triboar if you stay on the trail. That will take about 4 days at a normal pace. Normal pace gives you Disadvantage on Foraging.
It will take 6 days at a Slow pace, which gives you Advantage on perception checks, and hostile creaturse have disadvantage to detect the party.
It will take 3 days at a fast pace, which gives you disadvantage on Perception, hostile creatures have advantage to detect you, and there is no foraging, you have to live off rations and water kegs.
What pace do you want to go at? And straight to Triboar? Or are you going to be looking for the other quests along the way? No need for Navigation checks when you are on the Triboar Trail.

Umbriel will accept the letter. As he looks over the shipment, he'll do a quick Detect Magic as he glances at the chest, but will not otherwise disturb it. "I agree with Baeshra, a normal pace would be fine. It'll certainly be better than staying cooped up underground or getting fat on Toblen's pies. Let's go straight to Triboar and then tackle our remaining mysteries on the way back."Before the journey, Umbriel will hand the Spider Staff to Baeshra."You may have some use for this, and it's a little difficult for me to be wading into combat holding two staves."
Umbriel, your spell picks up something from the ornate chest. Not the chest itself, something inside, and it is Evocation school.
Make sure your equipment is equipped, and anything that is on the cart has 0 weight so it doesn't count towards your encumbrance. Lyngheid, are you still at 15' of movement from being encumbered? If so, that will probably slow the group down to a Slow pace.
Everyone ready to head out? If so, everyone roll a Survival check for foraging.
Yup.

Good catch on the scale mail armor.
Baeshra, You were only able to procure enough components for 1 potion. Phandalin is sold out. You can probably find more components in other towns.
Whistler, it costs 5 SP per day for housing for Owlbear, and that's on top of the food cost.
How much for food per day?

Oh! You see Nyx manipulating the cards. You're not sure how she is doing it, but you can tell something is going on.
Baeshra would help Whistler with the owlbear that last day. As for the journey, Baeshra is good with a normal pace.
