Umbriel bought 14 days of rations and 10 says of feed for Pale, plus a set of fishing tackle from Barthens Provisions, and he paid an extra gold to have it all delivered to the Manor. He'll then go with Nyx and Droop to the Coster, but he'll just go for moral support, he doesn't need anything.
Droop gives Umbriel a silver piece for the feed.
At the Lionshield Coster, Linene says "So, 1 extra quiver with 20 arrows for the goblin, 20 arrows to refill his current quiver. 20 arrows for Ireniana. And what's this about crossbow bolts? Anything else?"
Umbriel sees Whistler staring at a set of splint armor and sadly jingling his coin purse. He takes a moment, and makes eye contact with Ireniana. Then he goes up to Linene and says "I think we'll take that armor as well. Here's 200 gold pieces."

"Oh, that's a mighty nice piece of armor and I'd love to sell it to you. But the little Kenku that was gazing at it longingly doesn't look like he knows how to use this heavy of armor. Maybe some scale mail would work better for him?"
You are able to flex in your new armor quite well, and everyone is duly impressed.
Linene takes your gold, and tells Ireniana "That will be 1 gold for the arrows."
Then she looks off in the distance for a moment as if in thought. She turns to the group and says "Say, I've got a very important shipment coming in soon, and it needs to get to our Lionshield Coster store in Triboar. We are still losing a few supply loads every now and then, and this shipment is simply too valuable to lose. Could I ask you folks to ensure it's safe arrival in Triboar? I could offer you some gold, or perhaps the first pick when some of our...nicer, magical weaponry and armor comes in?"
Baeshra would top off his ration supply, though his hunting has been more than sufficient. But he would spend most of his time working with the builders, learning about what is involved in building a permanent structure for a home, especially out of stone, and discussing how the structure would be laid out.
(Finally did the math, party fund is 285 gold, 1 silver in total, how much of that did we want to put into construction and what would that get us?)
(Also, @KestrellKestrell, did Baeshra get a response from Sildar?)
Lyngheid still has rations remaining so she just waits for the others.
Since she wasn't doing anything else, Baeshra would invite her to help with their renovations, even his people had heard of the dwarves legendary gifts for working in stone.
"Why thank you. I thought that the group needed a little flair and beauty so... here i am. Yes bolts. Well I need a quiver refilled and maybe I'll take a second as well. Some extra rations and I was talking to the others about a crossbow I had been told about. A hand Crossbow that holds a magazine of bolts so you don't have to keep on reloading it. Is that something you may have?"

Phillip answers Baeshra's questions. "We can pretty much do whatever you want on the inside, as long as we stay with the basic shell that already exists. It will take me awhile to go over the exterior and weather proof it. There's a fair bit of damage to the roof and some of the load bearing walls. Once that is done, we can start with the interior renovations. Add rooms, modify rooms, etc."

Linene nods and brings out a crossbow bolt case, not correcting your calling it a 'quiver'. "That will be 2 gold for a full case, and another gold for an additional 20 bolts." She thinks about the hand crossbow you are describing. "We certainly don't have one here, but I can ask our other stores and find out if we have any like that. Ensuring that my previously mentioned shipment gets to Triboar would go a long way towards incentivizing our procurement team to find such a thing."
Umbriel takes a look at the map, and furrows his brow as he asks Linene, "I've been a little preoccupied as of late, but I'm not sure if I can find Triboar on this map - can you help me get a sense of where it is? We have a few things to take care of, but I think we can assist in guarding your shipment - that is, after all, how we all met in the first place."
Linene responds to Umbriel. "Yes, Triboar is east along the Triboar trail. It looks like your map cuts off before getting there. I'll get you a new map."
Linene shows you a new map (I'll post it tonight) with the Triboar Trail and the town of Triboar.
"Well it does seem that we are not wanting for things to do around here. Do these lands have no militia or standing army to speach of? See lands like Cormyr to the south near the Sea of Fallen Stars have standing armies to protect there citizens... but to me, being an outsider I will add, it seems that the great cities of the North are like city States, not countries and they do not have much reach beyond there walls. Correct me if I am wrong?"

Linene looks Nyx up and down. "Yes, that's about the size of it. And probably also a contributing factor to why our supplies keep going missing. Especially on the Triboar Trail. Are you from Cormyr?"
"So, you folks will come back and escort my shipment to Triboar in 3-5 days?" She pauses, "maybe a week depending on when it gets here. It should be sometime in the next 3-7 days anyway."
"And in return, I'll put the word out to look for one of these self loading hand crossbows?"

I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
(assuming Whistler is there)
Umbriel sees Whistler staring at a set of splint armor and sadly jingling his coin purse. He takes a moment, and makes eye contact with Ireniana. Then he goes up to Linene and says "I think we'll take that armor as well. Here's 200 gold pieces."
"Ah, indeed. Hello there Droop. You shoot a lot of arrows, do you?"
Droop nods.
"Oh, that's a mighty nice piece of armor and I'd love to sell it to you. But the little Kenku that was gazing at it longingly doesn't look like he knows how to use this heavy of armor. Maybe some scale mail would work better for him?"
Whistler tries on the scale mail and tries to flex in it.

"Hrm," Umbriel looks perturbed. "Not to be dismissive, but most armor looks fairly heavy to me. How much for the set he has on now?"
Make an Athletics check, and a Performance check.
" That's 50 gold pieces, and it will provide a nice bit of protection as well."
Athletics: 19
Performance: 15
Whistler cheers up and pays the 50g.

(Completely missed that whole post)
Baeshra would agree on a trial basis for now.
