Besides the black cloak with a grey ring device and a couple silver pieces, Tafod doesn't find anything particularly interesting on the corpse.

Dapple approaches the woman and nods a greeting, sharing what she hopes is a comforting smile with the teenage boys who are of a height with her. Directing her comment the boy's way, she says You did your mother, and your father, proud today lads. Yer brave ones for standing up to yon bandits and 'member what happens to those who would prey on the weak. 'Ventually, there's bound to be someone stronger and scarier comin' along to put evil right.
Letting Tafod search the bodies, Ursula inquires after Ilyana. Invaded's a strong word, miss. Suggests more than just plain old banditry. You saying these are part of a bigger force? She cracks her knuckles and her neck. Speakin' for myself, I'm willin' to help - not fair that honest families suffer 'n all. What've ye heard?
“That's right, invaded. The Iron Circle came here over a month ago. They're of bunch of bastards, sellswords and cutthroats the lot of them. They’ve got Baron Stockmer imprisoned in his own keep, and they’ve been plundering the land ever since. They say they’re collecting taxes, but it’s robbery, pure and simple.” Ilyana smiles when Dapple offers to help. “The folk of Harkenwold are ready to rebel—we just need a spark to set things off. I think you should talk to old Reithann, the druid, or maybe Dar Gremath. They’ll know what needs doing. Reithann lives in the Druid’s Grove to the southwest; you can find Dar just down the King's Road in Albridge. But go carefully and avoid Harken Town. There are too many Iron Circle bastards there. But Albridge should be safe enough.”

Tafod will check out the other corpses as well. "Might wanna keep the cloaks, may come t' be useful if'n we be tryin' t' sneak round a few o' these scum sometime inna future." He carries on ask he asks, "Who is this Dar Gremeth, what is it he be doin'? I gotta feel fer druids, a wee bit anyway."

Feeling that Dapple is doing a good job talking to the family, better than she could do, Quyst tries to take a look at the corpses too. She's particularly interested in the grey ring thing. What is it exactly? What's it's purpose or use?
(Investigation 15; let me know it any other roll is relevant)
(OOC: Oh yeah, she probably notices it is grey, indeed)

As he sees Illyana come out of the hut, Davner walks over to give a friendly hug. “I’m glad you’re alright.” Then going to the boys to shake their hands. “How are the tools holding up? Should still be sturdy but if you need anything, let my family know.”
As he shakes the older boys hands he slips him 5 gold and slightly nods. sleight of hand for Illyana not to see. - 5
Now rejoining the group he agrees “Our town has suffered long enough, it will be an honor to tear these bandits down.”
The other corpses are equally boring. Some of the cloaks have arrow holes and axe slashes from the recent fight, but they could be repaired.
Ilyana answers Tafod's question. "Dar's the leader of the rebels, at least as much as we have a leader. He stays in Albridge these days, but he’s organized a network of runners and scouts to keep in touch with the elders of the other villages."

Quyst joins the conversation, getting closer again: "That sounds like our guy. I sure would like to hear the wisdom of a druid, but I guess it's more important to know what kind of rebels we have, and what kind of organisation our enemies have. Anyone disagrees?"
Looking at Ilyana, Tafod says, "Would ye be 'avin' any thread 'n' needles ye'd be willin' t' part wit' so's I kin be patchin' these thin' up?" He looks at his stubby fingers. "No that I be threader o' any manner, ye ken, but be seein' 'ows I kin manage."
"Of course, master dwarf!" Ilyana goes into the farmhouse, then comes back out a minute later with thread and needles. "I'm sure you can find someone in Albridge who will do it for you, though."

Bram, listening to the conversation, scratches his head. "For the bandits to have been able to take on the baron himself in his own keep, they must have overcome his guard. That's no small feat - it means they have a leader, I bet. Heard any rumors about who that might be?" he asks Illyana.
Watching the others collect the cloaks, Bram winces. "Ehh... I don't much like the idea of masquerading as one of these bastards. Seems like we have two options right now... find the druid so we can try to free the baron all sneaky-like, or find the leader of the rebellion so we can try to free the baron with a frontal assault with the rest of the rebels." He rubs the back of his head. "At least that's my best guess. We, uh... we are going to try to rescue the baron, right?"
Davner is also standing to the side, not partaking in scavenging the cloaks. “A cool breeze will flow through the Nine Hells before I don the cloak of the bastards that are taking my home from me.” He pats the shoulder of Bram. “I agree we should seek the aid of the Druids in the forest. They may have information or supplies that could help us assault or sneak in. I don’t believe we have enough information yet to decide our plan of action.” Despite the grim scene of the newly made dead. A proud smile stretches across his face. “We can do this...” not really speaking to anyone, maybe just trying to reassure himself. Snapping back to reality he asks the family “How can we assist with the bodies? You would have them buried...”. A cringe shoulder shrugging wince comes across his face “....Pigs will eat anything.”
"Indeed, we don't have enough information. But I don't see why we couldn't talk to both the druid and the rebels. Then we can choose how to help the baron." says Quyst, noding to Bram when talking about the baron, trying to reassure him. "Maybe the best way will be combining the numbers of the rebels, with the information of the druid."
Ursula considers the conversation with a judicious tilt of her head then nods decisively, making up her mind. I agree with the horned one, ousting these Iron Circlers' goin' take as many allies as we can get. Mebbe there's a reason the druid 'n' the rebels ain't working together yet, mebbe not. But we're fresh faces so maybe they'll talk t'us.
To Ilyana and the boys she says, But I'm not sure I like the idea of you three staying out here by your lonesomes. Why don't ye hitch a ride to Allbridge with us, and then we'll seek out the druid after talkin' to your Dar Gemath fella.
Ilyana looks to Bram. "I've heard their leader is called Redthorn. Besides that, don't know much. It would take a bold man indeed to walk into the keep and free the baron. That is of course the ultimate goal, but the Iron Circle is still too strong." Turning to Davner, she says "Reithann is trying to bring western Harkenwold into the rebellion. They have their own problems, so they're not too willing to help us with ours. You'll see her grove on the way to Albridge, it's not far. It would be best to bury the bodies, even though they don't deserve it." She answers Dapple's question. "It's kind of you to worry about me, child, but there ain't no way I'm leaving this place after everything I've lost for it. I'll tell the other farmers around here that the Circle is getting more aggressive, and we'll be ready the next time they come." Ilyana's sons help you dig a simple pit to put the bodies in. The work takes about an hour, and you're all sweating by the end of it. It's around midday when you finish, and Ilyana sends you on your way." “Take care, strangers! With luck, the Iron Circle won’t learn what happened here or about you any time soon, but when they do we'll be ready.”
After a couple miles of walking, you see a grove of dark green trees that stand out from the rolling hills. A large stone menhir stands in a clearing amongst the trees, and two of three figures stand around it. This is surely the druid's grove Ilyana was talking about. You may either go visit the druid, or carry on to Albridge and Dar Gremath.
(Once a majority (3 players) has decided on a course of action, I will assume that is what the party chooses to do.)

"Isn't that the druid Ilyana told us about?" Bram tells the others. "I think it's a druid. I've never seen a druid in person before, but that's what I'd picture them to look like. Why don't we go find out? I say we pay this Reithann a visit!"
