Lanarial moves next to one of the arrow slits looking out over the roof so he can shoot at the dragon and still retain some cover. He smiles a little as a plan enters his mind, and he prepares his arrow. First, he doses the tip with some of his poison, to add a little extra pain. Then, he nocks it and waits, nodding to the others to indicate that he is ready.
(Obviously looking for a surprise shot to start things off. Maybe? Rolling initiative anyways! 6)

Vi prepares for the battle carefully. The elf closes her eyes and breathes in, and out, silver fire beginning to run across her body, giving her extra vitality. The fire streams off her in three channels, forming three more Vis that move through her space back and forth, confusing the eye. "Who wants to turn invisible?" the four Vis ask with identical raised eyebrows.
Casting false life at third level to gain 16 temporary hp.
On the signal from his group, Lanarial will fire a poisoned arrow at the neck of the sleeping dragon, aiming for a spot just behind the jaw but avoiding bone. His intention was to make the arrow embed itself in the neck of the beast as deeply as he could get it without it burying itself completely. Taking a steadying breath and letting it partially out, he steps out to line up his shot from the arrow slit, then ducks back behind the protection of the stone wall.
Surprise Attack: 29 Sneak attack Damage: 41 + 3 poison on DC10 CON fail. Also due to his assassin training, any hit he scores against a creature that is surprised is a critical hit. Add another 18 damage!
On his next action (Round 1), assuming the arrow hits, the drow will summon forth his ancestral magic and cast darkness on the shaft of the arrow now embedded near the dragon's head. The dragon's head and neck are covered in darkness! (If the dragon only had darkvision, then it would be blinded for the next 10 minutes or it managed to figure out and break the arrow!)
If, however, the arrow did NOT stick in the dragon near its head, then instead of casting darkness, Lanarial will cast faerie fire and cause the dragon to glow with a purple light! (DC13 Dex save to avoid that spell...)
Round 2 action (in case you get to it tonight!)
Doing as much as he can for the group, he proceeds to use the dragon as a mobile target for his shortbow, staying hidden as much as possible behind the walls of the tower and shooting through the arrow slits.
Iri runs for cover behind one of the pillars (hopefully that grants some amount of cover from the dragon). She aims her wand and hurls nine magic missiles at the dragon (Roll to not destroy the wand: 16) Damage: 35.
Her spirit companion will then rush forward and maul the dragon Attack: 17 Damage: 12 and Attack: 19 Damage: 12
Cryovain latches to the ground and beats his wings. Each player within melee range must succeed on a DC19 Dexterity saving throw (at disadvantage, because the ground is super slick) or take 10 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
Cryovain roars and inhales! He breathes on as many players as he can get in a 60 foot cone, (so, at least Tex and Gareth? Maybe Iri, too?) doing 60 cold damage, DC19 DEX for half. He then lands on the roof of H6.

Vi smirks as Cryovain flies off, the hum of her bladesong low and deadly. "You're not getting away that easy." The half-elf and her mirrors raises their blades and points them at the dragon in a clear challenge, and five balls of spectral silver fire fly at him, impacting one after the other against the dragon's head.

Gareth-Wyn shrugs some of the damage with Stone's Endurance: 9
Partially frozen to the ground, Gareth-Wyn watches in horror as an enormous icicle falls from on high, impaling him to the frozen earth. He falls unconscious...
Cryovain belches up more massive ice torpedoes, aimed right at our heroic champions. Fire in the hole! Tex Attack: 18 Damage: 33 Vi Attack: 13 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Tex rushes over to Iri, "Can you help our giant friend? I'll cover you!" Tex casting Warding Bond.
This spell wards a willing creature you touch and creates a mystic connection between you and the target until the spell ends. While the target is within 60 feet of you, it gains a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws, and it has resistance to all damage. Also, each time it takes damage, you take the same amount of damage.
