"I've been working on a new move recently," Iri whispers, "tap me on the shoulder when we want to attack and I'll lead the charge". She murmurers a quick prayer to Selune before her form warps and shifts into a large reptile that stands on two legs with large claws. An appropriately named clawfoot raptor. When everyone else is ready, she rushes forwards and pounces 20 for 12, if that hits DC13 Strength check or it is knocked prone and I get a bite attack for 25 and deals 9
Advantage on the 2nd attack cause it will be prone if I get it, 8
After Lanarial and raptor Iri tear the mega ghoul apart, Tex slings his crossbow, stretches his arms, cracking his neck.
I have an idea, team. But, it does involve a certain amount of risk. Do y’all trust me? My experience with ghouls is not exactly extensive, but usually where there are some ghouls, there’s usually some kind of nest. I believe we might save ourselves a fright from having to risk a surprise room by room. If we set up positions, we could then make a huge noise and draw the whole nest to us, where we could ambush and kill em all at once. What do y’all say?

"It would work better if we had a fresh corpse to use as bait. And the dead ghouls aren't as effective as one of us - but since none of us are dying, we'll have to do the best we can. I did smell this same stench of death and decay when I came downstairs in the collapsed tunnels. We should go there next if this plan doesn't work."
Once everyone is ready, Iri will start shrieking as loud as her little raptor form can to try and draw the ghouls in. She will ready an attack against the first foe that comes in, if she can pace back and forth and charge to get a pounce attack she will.
After about a tense minute, you can hear the gradually increasing noise of creatures running, panting, and screeching. Here they come. Reroll for initiative.
As Lanariel's arrow strikes the first ghoul, Iri will pounce on the second one. Attempting to tear into it with her claws and drive it to the ground. 13 claw attack for 12 damage and a DC13 strength save or be knocked prone, if knocked prone she attempts to bite into the ghoul 24 for 6
The flurry of destruction is barely a whisper to the rogue's ear, the flying ghoul parts not even distracting him as he draws a second arrow and shoots it at the next standing creature (ghoul 6).
