Aluzira, seeing your dagger flying through the air towards it (assuming you have thrown your dagger), the great beast instinctively shifts its weight to one side in an attempt to sidestep the blade's sting, giving you disadvantage on your attack. Make another (normal) attack roll to see if the dagger hits anyway.
The dagger pierces the toad’s warty hide and it bellows in terror as it looks around for an avenue of escape. It looks as though it’s about to hop away in a panic.
Fluin, both within about 10 feet in front of you, the center toad, engaged with Tarek, is on the right, and an even bigger toad, in fact the largest of the group, is on the left, half covered in frost like the one Aluzira just tagged. Those are the two closest, but other toads are at varying distances to either side, all of them ready to dodge any attack that might come while they wait for their moment to pounce.
(DM question as I'm trying to prep for my turn and figure out what Anakis is going to do. Can Anakis get line of sight on either/both the toad Tarek is fighting (that looks like it's almost done) and the toad that Aluzira just attacked (as it tries to flee)? Would they be 60ft or less from me? My guess, from roughly sketching it is they're further than 60ft.)
Anakis is 40 feet from the toad Tarek is fighting, and 50 feet from the toad that's about to run away. In fact, all toads are currently within a 60 foot range.
Unfortunately, not only does your attack not have advantage, but it has disadvantage due to the toad dodging out of the way, so the lower of your first two rolls stands, and your attack misses. Luck just hasn't been in Fluin's favor in the battle so far.
Torrent, Anakis is about 10 feet to your left, concealed in the brush, while Aluzira is about 32 feet to your right. A huge mass of giant toads is ahead of you and to the right, the closest being just 15 feet away from you. Three other of the giant toads have been engaged in melee by your companions, while one is on the verge of hopping away, and you can see the one chasing Anakis leaping through the brush about 35 feet directly ahead, behind the nearest one, who seems to be eyeing you for supper.
Anakis, I just realized I didn't answer your question with regard to line of sight. Yes, you can see all the toads on the battlefield, which means you have line of sight to them. The two in the brush are too big to not be seen there. You can see their heads and eyes looming over the tall sedge, but you remain unseen by all. On the other hand, due to the general melee in that direction and the toads being bunched up the way they are, the two toads you mentioned would have three-quarters cover from a ranged attack from your current position, and you might run the risk of hitting Fluin or Tarek.
I would like to move as far away from the one chasing me as possible and also within thirty feet of the one chasing Anakis, if that's possible. I will then attack with Thorn Whip Attack: 7 Damage: 3 (Rolled at disadvantage) If that hits, it pulls the frog 10 feet away toward Torrent (and away from Anakis).
Torrent looks at the frog currently chasing him and says, "Naw, big guy, you don't want me. I taste terrible." He then sees the one closing in on Anakis and mutters, "Welp. Can't have that either. L'il ole thing don't need to get gobbled up, specially since I dragt her out here." The stem in his hand quivers for a second before Torrent makes a whip cracking motion in the direction of the one closing on Anakis. The stem lengthens out to slash in the direction of that Toad.
(RIP to the 19 that got scooped away by disadvantage haha)
Torrent, you can't move away from the toad that's eyeing you for dinner and move within 30 feet of the one chasing Anakis, because they are both in the same direction. Also, pulling the toad towards you will also pull it towards Anakis because she's at most about 12 feet away from you. I'm having trouble making any part of your action declaration make sense within the fictional situation as it has been established so far, so I can only think that I've done a poor job of describing it and try again. I'll limit my description to you, Anakis, and the two toads in question so as not to add any extraneous details.
Assume you are facing the toad that's pursuing Anakis. It's 35 feet directly in front of you. Now, between you and that toad, and just slightly to the right, is the other toad at a distance of 15 feet. Anakis is 12 feet to your left. So you, Anakis, and the toads form a right angle with you at the vertex.
Also, attacks against the toad chasing Anakis do not have disadvantage because it used its action to dash towards her, whereas the other toads took the dodge action.
In light of all this, I think it's best if you reformulate what you're doing on your turn. Feel free to ask me any clarifying questions you might have.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(I'm sorry. I apparently really misunderstood how the field was laid out. Looking back, you described it well, I just misunderstood. I'll start drawing out what you describe.)
Torrent will look at the toad, pocket his focus and stem, then prepare his quarterstaff (two handed) to strike at it once it comes in range of him.
Hold action: Attack when toad comes within five feet. Attack: 4 Damage: 5
Edit: Sorry, that's gonna be one handed. I forgot that I was using a shield and cannot two-hand. In case you want me to reroll on a d6: Damage: 4 This is probably gonna flag manipulated, and I apologize. I just added this d6 without touching anything else.
No worries! I hadn't realized how chaotic the situation was going to get once combat started, or I might have been more careful to better describe things earlier.
I was going to ask if you were wearing your shield. I had thought you were.
For the sake of the action economy, let's say you stowed your mistletoe on your last turn after casting your spell, because putting it away and drawing your quarterstaff would be interacting with more than one object and would cost you your action, which you're using to ready your attack. I'm not worried about the stem because you don't need material components for spells when you have your mistletoe in hand unless they have a listed cost, so at that point we're just getting into how you want to describe your spellcasting. This all may seem a bit nit-picky, but I'd like to be consistent in following the action economy rules.
Which brings us around to Anakis. What is she doing? At this point, she has a clear shot to the two closest toads, the ones following her and Torrent. The others have some degree of cover from other toads, Fluin, and/or Tarek.
Edit: You also have a clear shot to the toad engaged with Fluin, which is behind and to the right of the one fixated on Torrent.
You can get a clear shot on the center toad by moving out into the open.
Anakis is going to focus on the one chasing her for the moment and get herself out of danger. She throws a Ray of Frost at the toad chasing her again to slow it down (Attack: 12 Damage: 1).
(Can she keep moving through the thicket to keep reasonably hidden and distanced from her pursuing toad? & how far will that move her away from the group and toads? & depending on how that spell hit, how bad is my toad looking? Failing options to move and stay hidden, keep some distance from my toad, or getting too far from the group - I'd say Anakis will loop back around Torrent to offer some backup him up.)
The toad gets another icing from your frost-ray but looks like it will doggedly continue its pursuit. Remember that because you are surrounded by tall grass and sedge, it can't see you clearly which gives you advantage on the attack, so you can roll again to see if the hit was critical and, if so, roll another die of damage.
You aren't hidden, but you can't be clearly seen. It's clear, however, that the toad knows where you are from the fact it keeps leaping towards you. It can hear you moving through the brush and casting your spell. By moving along the edge of the thicket of dense sedge-brush, you can remain unseen in this way while distancing yourself from your pursuer and the greater mass of toads. Because both the thicket and the muddy field are difficult terrain, you can only move 15 feet, which will put you 50 feet away from your pursuing toad at the end of your turn. The closest toad is the one moving towards Torrent. It will be 40 feet away. The other toads are as far or farther than the toad that's after you. You'll be a little farther from your party, which is now spread out over a distance of less than 60 feet from end to end. You wouldn't be moving directly away from them, so it would put you about 70 feet from Ulben at the extreme other end of the party. Torrent, the closest of the party, is now only about 12 feet from you, and after you move 15 feet along the edge of the thicket, he'd be 25 feet away.
Lethargic from the beam of coldness, Anakis' pursuer manages to make two more short hops over the brush towards its prey.
Torrent's toad moves forward and takes a blow from his quarterstaff. Unfazed, it opens its huge mouth full of tiny razor sharp teeth, dripping with venom and tries to bite Torrent. Bite: 23
Fluin's toad also tries to bite him. Bite: 13
As does Tarek's. Bite: 15
And Ulben's. Bite: 17
Meanwhile, the toad Aluzira hit with her dagger turns and makes two great leaps back through the trees, landing in the pond, and begins to swim away.
(After hitting her toad, is Anakis able to tell how badly hurt it is? She's not been rolling great damage, but Anakis is keen to get rid of this toad and start helping out the others.)

Still-raging, fluin moves to the attack. He moves straight for the largest of the toads and strikes.
Attack: 20 Damage: 6
(realized I did the above with advantage. Here is one if he doens't have advantage:
Attack: 11 Damage: 9

Ok, here's the extra roll for the advantage (Attack: 24 Damage: 1)
The movement you described sounds good to me. I'll remain in the thicket, moving away from my pursuer but keeping the 25ft from Torrent.
Ah, so close!
Lethargic from the beam of coldness, Anakis' pursuer manages to make two more short hops over the brush towards its prey.

The mouths of Torrent and Tarek's toads are caught by their shields, while the bites of Fluin and Ulben's toads snap in midair.
A reminder to everyone that, except for Aluzira and Tarek (who used his), you all have Inspiration. Let me know when you want to use it.
Also, Fluin, just in case you missed it, you have a bardic inspiration die from Aluzira.
(After hitting her toad, is Anakis able to tell how badly hurt it is? She's not been rolling great damage, but Anakis is keen to get rid of this toad and start helping out the others.)
Tarek will take another thrust at the toad in front of him with his rapier, hopefully finishing it off. (Attack: 9 Damage: 6)
(Is the toad still maintaining the defensive stance? If so, here's the disadvantage roll: 14)
Anakis, your toad shows no visible signs of injury.
Tarek, no, the toads have dropped their defensive stance and have gone into predator mode.
(Oh man, that attack roll!)
