Ramious was obviously just getting his bearings. "Hey....at least it's a pleasant floor we get to look at...right guys? Anyone see the big bad thing around here? Probably up front right!"
Ramious uses a new talent to get away from this statue trying to claw at him. He uses Misty Step to vanish and appear just at the edge of the raised mosaic floor, and then moves forward 30 feet towards the back of the room...eyes still cast down, looking for the feet of something he can grab onto.....
(If he spots the feet of the robed dude or some other target...then he attacks with a grapple :

What's the difference between a Wizard and a Sorcerer? Class.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
First arrow from Bernard's bow only glanced over the shining shoulder of the statue, but the next one hit like a hammer would hit a porcelain figurine, shattering it, breaking to the thousands pieces and sending those pieces flying in every direction.
From where Ramious landed he could see no feet and the "big bad thing" was quiet and not that big to be noticeable right away. The only feet Ramious could see while moving were the feet of the statue on the throne he would have to go around it to continue moving. (1 - left, 2 - right: 1 )
Carefully moving to the left, while trying to avoid the open flame, Ramious indeed stumbled over something - someone! - covered in robes and immediately grabbed it. He smelt the faint smell of decay, felt the silky - surprisingly smooth for the clothes that spent hundreds of years in the tumb - robe under his fingers, sensed the rocky-hard flesh under it (as if the robe was covering a stone statue), was absolutely sure that he grabbed it - and yet, somehow, the creature slipped from his grasp. Instead, he suddenly felt sick - a momentary sensation, that left him a bit weakened (5 necrotic damage). Then statue talked. Ramious did not understand the language, but Alyssa did "Look at me!" An expected demand was said in raspy scratchy voice, dry like sand. When Ramious did not comply, the creature attacked:
Ramious did not see it but could hear - hissing of numerous snakes, and then as if tens of needles tried to pierce his skin:
Attack: 11 Damage: 6 (+ 16 poison if hit)
The sword strikes, following the attack, were mild distraction in comparison:
Attack: 16 Damage: 5
Attack: 25 Damage: 6
Then the creature stepped out of the Ramious's view (AoO with disadvantage?)
That was not all, though. The statue ahead of Leon came to life and shambled to him, getting close enough to try and claw him:
vs Leon: Attack: 25 Damage: 24 (if hit - DC 12 Constitution saving throw)
If there were more of the animated statues so far they did not show themselves.
Alyssa would take a step forward, reaching her hand out towards the voice, scanning for it's feet. "Look at me!" The elf would mimic the raspy voice in it's own language, hopefully to hear it shuffle to face her direction. With a flick of her wrist, she'd release four force darts in succession.
(No-no, that was clear, I did not explain well - you are considered "blind" in regards to close enough attacks here. Guess, the whole point of this medusa's ability is to complicate use of magic. But only to complicate, not to exclude!)
Leon stroke twice, crashing the glass with every strike, but the creature did not fall right away and with last bits of magical life in it tried to claw the warrior again:
Attack: 9 Damage: 16 (if hit - DC 12 Constitution saving throw)
It did attempted to move after Leon and the booming sound of the spell resonated with the sound of the shattered glass - all what was left of the creature. Not that anyone looked, but the noise also covered quiet cracking of the stone and hairline cracks run across wall.
Ramious missed his strike, but listened intently and moved after the smelly snake-haired figure (5more necrotic damage) to grapple the stone hard flesh again - and again, for the second time (!) the creature escaped. The snakes hissed loudly but another hissing - the one of the flying arrow - added a nice note to this cacophony of death.
It was hard to shoot at the dark figure, hiding behind the statues, but Bernard's aim was true. The body of medusa (of course it was medusa) banged against the stone wall with a loud thud.
But it seemed the creature itself was not made of glass - it did not break. Both arrows were stuck in its flesh now, but the sound if made was the one of frustration, not pain. It did not jump after Bernard, but again attacked the closest target - Ramious. Snakes' fangs glanced against his skin again:
Attack: 21 Damage: 5 (+ 21 poison if hit)
Then tow swords stroke:
Attack: 16 Damage: 8
Attack: 11 Damage: 5
And the creature tried to escape again (another AoO, still with disadvantage?)
Though, this time medusa was not alone. Another attack came from the nearby statue - sudden and brutal:
Attack: 25 Damage: 31 (if hit - DC 12 Constitution saving throw)
"ARRRGG!!! The thing greased itself up before I got here!" The snakes lunge out, biting Ramious, sneaking past his armor, their bites doing little to hurt him, but send poison coursing through his veins. He makes a mumbled sound and wavers a bit.....though the other two blows slam off of his armor. He swings his blade as it moves away again...
Attack: 18 Damage: 15
Then from out of nowhere a blow crashes into him. Luckily he was raging and in his rage manages to deflect much of the damage.....but even so...he's suddenly stumbling and wavering....
(Con save: 15 )
Suddenly reeling and on his heels, he switches to defence....he regains his focus, letting his rage drop away, and casts a spell, sending him flitting to near Bernard and Alyssa, and then stumbles a bit as he makes his way to the door they came through, putting his back to the wall....
"Ug....stupid snakes.... and statues...."
(Bonus action: Drop his rage.) (Action: Cast Misty step to just near Bernard.) (Movement: Move to door)
With a growl of frustration, Leon disregards safety and strides forward. He moves directly towards the throne and lifts his sword towards the medusa. He doesn't care about looking at her any longer, staring directly into her eyes as he approaches. He holds his great sword in one hand, muscle flexing greatly as he strides forward. In his other hand, held at his side and kept low out of view if possible, is the mirror. What save does he need again?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Alyssa would walk up to Ramious as she'd quietly begin to sing her elven melody. She'd reach a hand out, placing it over a snake bite for her magic to mend his wounds.
(Everyone always forget about Bless - even when their life depends on it. And on that note - is it me or "controlled rage" does sound unnatural? As RAW as it is)
Medusa is not on the throne, but Bernard coul spot the direction the creature moved (interestingly enough, not leaving any blood on the floor) and point it out. It is outside the light circles, but Leon can manage to get close enough - how close does he want to get? Though any movement in that direction with eyes up would make you to roll a DC 14 Constitution saving throw.

Leon would move the flaming sphere in first, in front of him, then move straight towards the thing. As soon as it looks at him he lifts up the mirror. and forces it to see itself in it. Wis save: 21 Bless: 4

On the failure he uses arcane deflection, adding +4 to his save. He continues striding towards the Medusa with the mirror held up high.

"She's being difficult..." Bernard growls out and fires out two more shots at the creature. He begins to walk toward Leon to back him up. He finishes it up by saying, "Ya know, you don't look bad but you're attitude sucks."
Action 2 attacks. With my sharpshooter feat I ignore 1/2 and 3/4 cover.
Houston, we have a problem! First, Leon does not have a "Flaming Sphere" in his list. Second, positions of that non-existent sphere, him and the medusa? Distance in feet, please. Third - handheld mirror would not cut it - how do you forse someone to look at the small object in your hand?
I can replace the initial sphere with one more torch, thrown there, but the rest remains a question.
Guess I must have removed flaming sphere at some point, he had it at one point, sorry about that.
As for the rest, maybe you should have mentioned the size of the mirror when Leon first mentioned this was his plan. I was expecting something a bit bigger than a small tiny mirror that would not work for what he already mentioned he was going to do with it.
Doesn't really matter then, as the only reason, at all, for the sphere was for him to use the mirror. If the mirror is not going to work, then no reason to have the sphere, and he wouldn't even have taken the mirror from Bugs.
Leon strides straight to the medusa, with his greatsword out and his eyes fully upon her. The save was made above, so he is going to simply attack at this point...
To hit: 11 (Bless: 3) Damage: 13 plus 3 thunder. If she moves before his turn she takes an extra 10 thunder.

He then moves away from the statue, letting it have an attack of opportunity. If it moves before his next turn though it takes an extra 7 damage.
