If we go by Initiative order still, then once the tree was down, it is Leon - Ramious - Bernard - Alyssa. Leon is indeed free to disengage and run, Alyssa is safe, but Bernard would be the one to get hit before he can do anything.
Good thing it was a miss anyway and he could safely fly away. Hope he cared to close the door behind, if so - Ramious is alone in the room again.
Ramious roars, swinging his mighty axe around and slamming it into the seaweed at his feet. Then slowly light returns to his eyes. Gasping for breath, he slowly looks around. He tosses the axe into the water in disgust.....and then quickly bends down to pick it up again. "Guys? Hey...guys....I think there might be something wrong with me....and I might be this axe....I can't seem to leave it alone, and.....keep losing track of things in our fights..." He waits a few moments, "Guys?"

Bernard waits a few moments after the "hey guys," before opening the door and heading inside. "Ramious, you done with your temper-tantrum?" Bernard calls down from the top of the steps.
After the pile of seaweed was chopped a few time, a few sparkles revealed, that tree was not completely empty. Within the its gut you found twelve pieces of blue jasper (worth 10 gp each) and a silvery rod, actually a copper-nickel alloy, which after prolonged magical examination proved to be a wand of lightning bolts.
Bernard claps Ramious on the shoulder and gives him a little nod. "Yeah, that axe gives you some real rage issues. Not terrible when there is a monster to fight but once it drops, you come after us."
Ramious holds up the wand and instinctively passes it to Alyssa. "I guess....any of us could probably use that....but...seems like something that might be best for you." He passes 3 pieces of blue jasper to each person.
He sits down heavily, checking some pretty terrible wounds on his body...his fluids still leaking from several puncture wounds. "Say...I could probably use a little rest here. I'm feelin pretty off. We should talk 'bout the whole 'kill the evil thing from the hallway plan'.....that went out the window pretty quick. Bugs...you were not supposed to get dragged into the room like that. Next time follow the plan and don't let the thing grab you. Speakin of plans, anyone know how to rid me of this axe problem?"
Alyssa wouldn’t accept anything at the moment and she’d just wait. When Ramious would finally settle and ask the question, the elf would take a seat across from him. “Are you ready to listen now?” She’d look to him.
"Yeah, this fight is my fault. I didn't plan to get grabbed. Just to hig the edge of the wall so we could have more than one fire at a time but its reach was further than I would have guessed."
He dropped his pack and fiddled around until he could get the healer kit out. "A short break might be okay, I can help patch you up while we think about that axe."
Ramious shrugs to Bernard, “I was just jokin man! Don’t sweat it.”
Then he looks over at Alyssa, “Uh sure, I can try to listen.” He grips the axe tightly as if he’s afraid she’ll try to pull it from his grasp and walks up. “Alright, here’s me....listening.”

Leon sits down on the stairs, waiting to hear what the others have for ideas to get Ramious's situation with the axe figured out. It is out of his wheelhouse, so he just listens to what they suggest.
She was reaching her hands out, but not for the axe. Alyssa was going to offer healing with her cleric magic, but would retreat her hands back to herself as her eyes would watch Ramious grip the axe as if he didn’t trust her not to try to take it. “Rami,” She’d let out an exhale and glance away. Her voice was soft. There was no malice. ”There’s nothing I want from you... Keep your precious treasures...” She’d turn her body then walk away to give room for Bernard, the real healer to mend his wounds. “I won’t ask anything of you either.” She’d say simply before pausing.
Rami had to be willing to accept the information. She had to wait until he was ready to listen. Alyssa tried to tell Ramious, and all of them, straight up from the moment she knew for certain, that he was cursed, the axe was cursed and that the axe passed it on to him (Post #1662). The only truth she’s witheld was the detail that she shares a curse with him. And that detail wouldn’t matter anyways. She even tried hinting to it with humour in an attempt to address the curses again (Post #1861). Additionally, she even tried work around it, in an attempt to spare the tiefling’s decent into madness with the axe (Post #1959). The archaeologist had been nothing but focused on studying the curses and trying to find a way to neutralize them. But to no avail. She feels as thought she’s so close to learning the skills to abolish the curses, but just not there yet... Alyssa fell short. And has felt like every effort she’s made in this place has gone unrecognized. Instead, she’s been fighting internally with herself, refusing to run from or fear Rami. But in doing so, she come to the harrowing realization that when she refused to run, she resulted to controlling efforts like her commands or manipulation like bets... That ate at her... Surrendering to it was her final option. But even then, her hand was forced to jump.
”Like myself, you bare multiple curses Ramious.” Alyssa would look back to him with a wiped neutral expression. “The axe itself is cursed, passing on a curse of its own. One in which enrages you during battle and refuses to allow you to part with it. Now do you understand?” She’d pause for a moment before continuing. “Reading and connecting with the axe as w-you have, not only bestowed this possessive curse on you, but also condemns souls to forever wander these tunnels once the Master has come to kill us after 3 days. Dasa awaits for you, for that day.” The elf would tear a page from her journal and offer it to Rami. It was a picture she had sketched of the flawless Dasa. It obviously didn’t do her justice, but Alyssa wrote out everything the maiden had said in translation, along with the details of the curse. On the back of it were Alyssa’s notes and observations of Ramious’ behaviour since wielding the axe, along with her attempts at studying a way to remove curses. But there was no solution at this time. Alyssa was not experienced enough in her studies... inadequate for her role to be here.
Ramious, seemingly now more relaxed, scratches his head....confused, "Well, why don't you guys just knock me unconscious and take the axe away and go hide it somewhere. I'm sure...I won't...go...." he grips the axe with a flexing forearm "....crazy. Ok...maybe I might go crazy. I don't know. Can't we just leave then? Let's get out of this damned place. Wait, 3 days, we got time then. Dasa? Is Dasa that mermaid girl? She's going to kill me?" He scoffs a bit, but obviously looks worried. "Ok....ok, so...what do we do then? Keep wandering around aimlessly, or do we just go confront her, or try to leave or...what? This axe can make passages. I could try to make one just straight up and get us out of here...."

Alyssa would pinch the bridge of her nose for a moment. She really needed to work on her explanations. “You have now two-and-three days (oh maybe it’s 23 days?) to destroy the Dark One or The Master will kill you, and make you forever wander the tunnels. Come and play with me when he does.” Alyssa would point to the quote, not sure if it’ll clarify anything. “The Dark One is to be destroyed or we will be hunted and killed, wandering the tunnels in what ever afterlife, forever.” She’d say her interpretation of it out loud. “I’ve been trying to decipher who the Dark One or this Master could be, while trying to study a cure for a curse, while trying to keep us moving to hopefully find our way out.” That’s why she was so restless.
"Short of knowing some spell to lift a curse, seems our only option is to press on and kill the progenitor of the curse." Bernard says. He shrugs, "Info is always helpful but lacking that, I think killing the guy at the end is the only option."
Bernard will spend a hit die to recover and save his healing kit use for him for later on.
Ramious scratches his head, then tries to look over Alyssa's shoulder, "You wrote all that stuff down? From just readin it on the walls and stuff?" He grins at her proudly, "It's nice havin a brain 'round! Good stuff. Well....whether 2 and 3 is 5, or....23, or whatever, I think Bugs is right. Lets just go find whoever runs this joint and return 'is axe to him.....if you know what I mean."
He grins and starts walking in a random direction, then stops, and looks back, "I mean, I'll hit him with it..."
He then looks around and with a "oh yes, it's this way" sort of attitude, he'll cross the weird tree room and boldly open the door on the far side without so much as a peek for traps.
Alyssa appears to be just outside the entrance so she should be the safest of us all.
Yeah I didn’t move her as I anticipated this was coming and figured it would be easiest once again.

With this being the 3rd or 4th time this happened, Bernard would close the door hoping that them out of sight breaks that raging madness.
