With Ramious's big form covering the creature. Bugs forgoes his usual range attacks and rushes forward. He draws his shortsword and casts a spell as he does so. Vines appear upon the blade and he attempts to stab the creature with it.
Move: move to the creature
Bonus action: cast ensaring strike, if he hits with a melee attack then creature needs a dc 13 str save or be restrained by the vines. It takes 1d6 piercing at the start of its turn. It can take an action to try and break free of the vines on it's turn.

Tloques save: 24 for Flame and 15 for snare
The corpse did not fight Ramious (it was pointless anyway) but instead waved his still forming hand, as if waving tiefling off (Attack: 14 Damage: 8 ), and said a few words (you heard his voice for the first time - harsh and dry like a desert sand) and a distant feint very high pitched sound answered him (5 in 1 ).
The flame from Alyssa's hand burned the renewing skin and muscles on the monstrous creature, but the vines on Bernard's blade, when it pinned Tloques' arm to the coffin, grew and die as they touched decaying flesh.
Leon's sword run the creature through but it was still moving, like a giant disgusting insect on a dagger.
Thunder damage is only if it "moves", aka, changes the square it's in. Standing in one place and doing the hokey pokey doesn't count as 'moving' for this spell. Booming Blade Which, though doesn't say so in the spell, description, has been clarified by the Crawford. As well, apparently, standing up from prone doesn't even count as movement for the purposes of this spell. Just leaving the square you're in, of your own volition.
((That what I thought, but Den adds double damage from the sword and defines it as Thunder, while adds "if he moves" - and then indicates expected 1d8 from Booming Blade. I feel like I am missing something))
(Oh ya. Hunh. So.... I looked into it, Booming Blade adds damage to both your hit and after, when you get to 5th level : At 5th level, the melee attack deals an extra 1d8 thunder damage to the target, and the damage the target takes for moving increases to 2d8. Both damage rolls increase by 1d8 at 11th level and 17th level.)

(Trade off from other attacker is that booming blade is a spell so only one attack in a round. Other attack classes get the two at 5th maybe more higher so it keeps it fairly balanced.)

Disappointed the spell didn't hold. Bugs continued to stab, twice more, at the creature.
I didn't see anything about him standing up so assuming he's still seated prone and advantage with melee attacks.
Bonus action aggitste swarm
Attack: 27 Damage: 13
Attack: 22 Damage: 8
If one attack hits it deals an additional 2 force damage from the fey bugs
If the thing does get up before Leon's turn it takes the previous damage from thunder.
Leon's turn...
booming blade
Attack: 23 Damage: 13 Thunder Damage: 3
Extra thunder if he moves before Leon's next turn: 12
(Lmao Leon you beast! These nat 20s (Bugs too!) and max damage!)
Still choosing to reserve her magics, Alyssa would give the boys their space for their brute force tactics and call upon another crash of light.

Ramious, still keeping the guy pinned down with one hand and a knee, pulls out his own rapier and slashes down at the thing.
