(Aha! I knew I was missing something! It is sad, that this "something" is two sentences that I simply did not read, but at least it's clear now :) Thanks!)
Leon - please ignore that save - no need for it.
It was a straggle, but a strange one - a silent battle, with no blood, no screaming. It felt as if swords were hitting old leather sack filled with sand and dust. With a final blow from Bernard, the body suddenly crumbled into dust and Leon's sword went strait through the grey pile - the stone beneath gave a metallic clang. The dust swirled around the sword, and as if pulled by a magnet above, flew up and disappeared in the darkness. Strange noise from the corridor died out as well. Now all what was around you is a quiet darkness.
On the bottom of the stone coffin more treasure could be seen now - gems, coins, jewels, something, that looks like an armor even and a couple of small containers of glazed clay, one fitted with flower-shaped plugs in both ends.
Ramious sits back as his foe turns to dust and the dust flies up in the darkness above. He coughs a bit, wiping his hands on body off... "Well....that was fun."
He looks down at the treasure. Once again he shakes he head, "If people know how much gold and treasure was just....layin around......they'd leave their stupid houses in the city once in a while....but they just can't can they...."
He starts to pull out the stuff for someone to examine.

Bernard pulls his sword back. He steps back as the dust swirls and holds his breath. He grips the sword tight looking back and forth as the fey bugs skitter about his body. After no more threats arise he relaxes a little and sheaves his blade. "That wasn't the big threat right? Felt to easy... but we take the gear or is that sacrilege?"
As Ramious starts digging treasure from the bottom of the coffin, Leon would be detecting magic on anything brought out. He would also move over to the axe that was not as important as the coffin before now, and see if it can be removed from the wall. He uses a mage-hand to try to pull it free.
Leon successfully removed the axe from the wall. There is no doubts that it is magical - it shines with at least two different auras. Ancient, but well crafted, well balanced, light enough but of comfortable weight and give a good grip - all and all it is a weapon made for fighting.
Ramious is right about money - it's a lot. Not the dragon treasure, but all together the treasure would give over a thousand gold. Small containers both had a ring inside (magic) and a potion, though one of the potion dried up, but the other gives the smell of an elixir of health. Whatever you use to identify the items, you have an Axe +2 with unknown magical properties (Atunement is needed), bracers of defense, ring of fire resistance ,ring of animal influence, ring of protection and an elixir of health.
Leon would identify each item as needed as it is possible to do so. he would be most interested in the ring of fire resistance, but would put everyting into a communal pile as they sorted it out.
(OOC: What does the mask and the necklace do? Should we write down 250 gold each then?)
Ramious looks down at the veritable treasure trove of magical items and straight up treasure. "Well. Wow." He pushes the bracers aside, and the ring of fire resistence, and the ring of protection, and the ring of animal influence. He looks at the group, "I'll take the axe if you guys are ok with it...and maybe that elixir. Anyone else wanted either of those things?"

Bugs would let out a low whistle at the loot discovered there. He would poke a bit here and there and then say "The bracers would be nice. It would free me of some weight but if others have use that's fine. I've already got a ring of protection, maybe the animal ring? It might help with scouting but if someone else wants to have fun with animals that's alright."
(It's a Battleaxe, the glyphs on the head form words "Withered Hand". Those who touch it for the first time feel a cold chill run up and down their spine. But the feeling is passing.)
The treasure is not monetary (mostly) at the moment. Alyssa can roughly estimate the price, though.
The mask has a value of 200 gp, and the pendant is worth 50 gp (but the guess that the Pendant is the seal you came here for most likely correct).
The gems and jewels (including small figurines, those painted clay boxes, the armor (non magical, a breastplate made of loops of tubular jade interspersed with bone dividers (protects like studded leather), carved beads and so on) are about 800 gp all together.
Alyssa would watch the dust trickle away as she’d relax her posture. She’d watch the others sift, sort and pick through the newly discovered treasures. As they mused over it all and began hastily identifying them, the elf would let them enjoy the pleasures. Leon, Ramious and Bugs had pretty much angles covered on their own with the exception of a couple estimated appraisal values. A soft smile would tug at her lips as the others consulted and split their loot. There wasn’t much of interest to her there (unless there are jewels for future spell components. She would accept splitting the gold/value of items left over for resale with the intention of saving up for spell copying and stocking up of mending supplies). Instead, in her silence, Alyssa would simply pick up the pendant their tiefling had tossed away prior.
Ramious tucks the potion into a pouch at his waste, then hefts the new axe around as he walks around room. Seemingly satisfied, he sits down, and begins attuning to the axe.

Bernard looks around and the shrugs. "With no objections ill put these on now then," he says. He grabs the the bracers and the animal ring, looks at Alyssa and then walks around to the far side the sarcophagus and gets below eye site level and removes this armor and just remains in his common clothes and cloak. He restraps everything else up and puts on the bracers and ring. With that he will similarly attune the bracers.
Once attuned he will bring himself to fill with a use of the healers kit. Not going to roll, I'm down 9, and its 1d6 +9
(Please, do not forget to add the items to the CS (For Ramious I tried to Homebrew the axe, but did not figure out how to add charges. Added spells and description, though, but tracking is on you))
Attunement is a long process. Not that anyone is rushing the group in any way, of course - if the evil forces were somewhere around, they did not announce themselves and you could spend as much time as needed in that quiet darkness.
Ramious was studying the new weapon. The more he looked - the more he liked it, so much so, that he could leave any of his other weapon here and not notice it. There were more glyphs engraved on the axe blade. Ramious could not read them himself, of course, but once they were read to him, it was if he knew them all his life and would not forget even in a battle.
It's hard to describe the feeling of better protection, but Bernard could feel it anyway - intricate armor piece was not simply decorative, that's for sure.
Leon knew what he was getting and there was no surprise for him here. Still, another layer of magic between his skin and the, no doubt, aggressive monsters in the darkness around was useful.
Ramious walks about the room, swinging the axe in practice. "This axe is really good! Better than anything I've ever used before. A weapon of grace and power. Thank you Alyssa for translating these glyphs for me. Wow. I am a real hero now. Come on, let's go crush our enemies. Everyone ready?" Flexing, he twirls the axe in his hand, then swings it through the air at an invisible enemy, saying "HYA!!". He grins at everyone, then strides forward towards the exit.
Bugs looks at the others worried. "Reminds me of a tale I once heard of. The Folly of Leroy Jenkins..." bugs swallow hard. "Hope he doesn't get us killed...anyways back to the naked lady."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Alyssa would blink for a moment when Bugs would make eye contact before moving away to change. She’d then stifle a soft chuckle realizing the possible discomfort of her seeing. The elf would turn her back to leave Bernard with his privacy. Instead she’d watch Ramious take his time to study his new axe. She’d take a seat with him to help translate the runes along the blade and any others he may point out.
In the last ten minutes of their rest, Alyssa would renew her comprehend languages spell.

”I’ve actually heard that tale...” Alyssa would take a deep inhale before letting out a soft giggle. “It’s not the first time Rami’s run off in haste.” She’d gesture for Bernard to follow behind their excited tiefling. “He’s got a new weapon to show off, and you some new gear to impress her with.” She’d wink to him. “Off you go now.”
Bernard would scratch his head a little with a confused look for a moment and shrugged. He made his way after Ramious. Before his passed Alyssa, he pulls out a clean hanky and hands it to her. "For that dust that was in your eye," he says and then keeps moving.
The short way back to the enchanting underground lagoon was uneventful. The door was still opened and you could again hear the haunting music of the waterfall and the wordless song, sung by Dasa's silvery voice. She was there, visible, as mesmerizing as ever, playing with the beautiful water flowers.
As the group emerged from the tunnel, the song stopped and the girl turned with surprise in her wide open blue eyes. She moved closer (not leaving the pool, though) and looked at each of you intently, as if trying to see inside your soul. Then sung a question, understandable only to Alyssa.
