Turning from Dog and his newly rescued companion, Tristan follows Gash into the room to the north, into an immediate swirl of feathers and noise. “Jackpot, Gash has the Fang. Come quickly” Tristan calls over his shoulder to the others, then steps forward and slashes at one of the falcons twice with his rapier.

Kulloda bellows at the man holding up his hands.
"Fang? Where Fang?" Kulloda yells, deciding that no one who was the Fang would shriek like that.
But before he can stop himself to wait long enough for an answer, his impatience at its peak from not finding anything through all of these rooms and hallways, Kulloda swings his great sword around in an arc at the shrieking man, then pivots and brings the sword back down for a second blow.
Action: Attack: 14 Damage: 17
Second AttacK: Attack: 20 Damage: 15
If one of those hits, additional damage from Divine Fury of: 12
"Tell where Fang is," Kulloda yells again after attacking.
Before the poor servant can answer, he is struck down by Kulloda's fury.
Dog follows Tristan through the door - is Althus following along?
He does follow, although at a distance. He croaks a thank you for the healing potion, which noticeably helps, but the man is clearly still dehydrated and possibly sick. His wounds open wounds are closed now, at least.

Both falcons are struck down in rapid succession. The Fang snarls in his forcecage. In accented common, he says, "A thousand ravens will feast on your entrails!"
Martin takes 6 pts of damage in his rat swarm shape as some of the rats are picked off by the dogs, a truly bizarre sensation to the ranger/druid.
The dogs chase down the swarm, snapping at the writhing rats.
Bite Attack: 23 Damage: 5
Bite Attack: 22 Damage: 6
One barbarian races out of the northern door into the hall to cut Martin off, making it the swarm of rats in time to start swinging recklessly at them.
Greataxe Attack: 22 Damage: 9
The other barbarian lines up behind the dogs but is unable to reach Martin.
The Fang, meanwhile, fires his shortbow at Tristan three times.

Summary:
The duplicate disappears in a flash of magic, causing the swarm of ravens to flutter chaotically around the missing goblin.
Tristan takes two arrow hits for a total of 14 damage. (Concentration 1: 8, Concentration 2: 9)
Martin feels further pulled apart as more rats are picked off by the dogs and barbarian strikes. With the barbarian's reckless blow, he reverts to his normal form again and suffers 2 damage.
(Dog has entered the rookery but Althus has not, remaining outside clutching the weapon Dog has given him.)
And the charm spell has dropped. Things are about to get interesting...
The charmed men in the feast hall shake out of their stupor. Hearing the clamor coming from the rookery, they gather their weapons and head for the door. (Only movement action is given as they orient themselves to the new situation.
But as soon as the question is yelled at the poor dead man, Kulloda hears Martin's shout that Gash has found the Fang. He whips around, looking for doorways, only finding the way he came in. He back tracks quickly through the short hall and into the next room, following the sounds of fighting. While he can hear dogs barking at something to the southwest, he hears voices and birds to the north.
(I think 30' movement gets him into the hallway outside of the rookery).
From the corner of his eye he sees two or three of the Fang's men entering the hallway from the dining room. He roars his outrage at them and charges down the hall to block their way in.
(Believe full 40' of moment gets him within 5' of #21)
"Kill them all." Kulloda roars so fiercely and savagely that his companions can feel it in their core.
He then swings his great sword around in an arc, swinging straight for the soldier's (#21) neck. Without pausing, he continues the arc, down and at an angle, looking to catch the same man in the side.
Movement: Full 40' to engage #21
Bonus Action: Zealous Presence - Kulloda unleashes a battle cry and up to 10 other creatures of your choice within 60 feet (I think that brings in everyone except Martin but including Kulloda) of you that can hear you gain advantage on attack rolls and saving throws until the start of your next turn
Action: Attack 1: Attack: 29 Damage: 17
Attack 2: Attack: 28 Damage: 19
Divine Fury Damage: 12 radiant damage added to first attack that hits

Tristan hisses as he pulls the arrows out of his side. “Why does everyone here shoot arrows at me when I walk into a room? What is wrong with you people!”
Tristan makes a series of gestures with his off hand and with a short song releases a burst of psychic energy targeting the Fang.
(Targeting the back wall of the room to just get the only the Fang in the radius with no other party members included. 35 psychic damage or DC 18 Int save for half.
After a failed save, a target has muddled thoughts for 1 minute. During that time, it rolls a d6 and subtracts the number rolled from all its attack rolls and ability checks)

Martin determines that he's going to have to hold this bunch at bay, and changes tactics. He calls for Animal Assistance, to bring 3 urban animals to Help undermine the defenses of A and 9, as Martin fires at A twice, and then 9 before running north

Martin continues as a mass of rats, running north and then back into the kennel, now across the room from the dogs. One of the barbarians gets an AoO on Martinswarm.
Greataxe Attack: 14 Damage: 4
In the rookery, Kulloda charges in swinging brutally at The Fang for two heavy blows. The leader is bloodied but far from death.
Martin's rat swarm form now has 5 HP left. He actually ends up in the prison where Althus was found, just inside the room about 5 feet from Althus. The dogs and the barbarians pursuing him sprint to keep up but don't manage to get an attack in.
Enraged, The Fang attacks Kulloda once (at the end of Kulloda's turn.) He also commands his ravens to attack Dog (at the end of Martin's turn.)
Greatsword Attack: 23 Damage: 23
Raven swarm Attack: 10 Damage: 3
On his turn, the Fang uses his bonus action to try and knock Kulloda prone: 28 vs. 27
I forgot the psychic attack from Tristan: INT(18) save - 8
Kulloda takes 23 damage but Dog avoids the beaks of the raven swarm. Kulloda is forcefully pushed to the ground, after which The Fang hacks at the barbarian three times with his greatsword.

Martin as a swarm of rats dashes out to the hallway, still searching for Fang

The two dogs and one barbarian all take shots at the knot of rats swarming around them and between their legs.
(Pack tactics negates the disadvantage. They should have had advantage on their last turn. Oh well!)
