"But that ain't us," Fianna points out when the man produces the sketches. She looked around at the others, the Seeming still held...
"Whatever," she suddenly hisses. She looks to the others. "There were more watchers outside. I'd say a definite two others but likely a couple more than that. We must move..."
We're all disguised as normal Hillsfarians ((antitheses of Rastafarians, I am sure)) so if we exit unseens there should be no reasons we cannot blend in amongst the city. To all except perhaps those in this room. And maybe anyone who was magically spying inside the house...
"Ya, that's true....I guess, but....maybe we panicked....and then stuff seemed to happen real fast.....so...."
"Hunh...geez...sorry, I guess maybe we attacked the wrong lot."
"How many people come through this ******* house?"
"Probably also worth something....you lot....but ya...sorry...our bad."
"Well, to be honest, i never really looked at these drawin's that close..."
(It's past midnight, so a group of 6 people is a touch noteworthy in this quiet part of town, but, once you get into a busier area, completely common.)
"Wait! Fianna, can we talk for a second?" Mirica takes Fianna to the corner where the gangsters would not hear them. "Can you use your disguise again? On all of us? Including the bandits? If you make them look like real us and us - like them, we can "escort" them to the warehouse mentioned. It will be a safe way in, at least."
"I could... Though some may be able to resist the spell..." Fianna whispers. "Though there are more of them than us. I could make duplicates of us and hopefully get a full set. Those not needed can be... Kept quiet and out of sight."
We can then pull the others aside one at a time and fill them in on the plan. Hopefully we get a full set of "us" and bind and gag them. The rest of us will be turned into various of them. We can then escort them to the rendezvous spot....?
"We can just leave the extra one just downstairs, bound and gagged. May be changed to someone completely different? Not even human? After all, we could came accompanied by helpers." "Anyway, if others agree - let's change!"
"I cannot keep changing looks until I get what I want... Just choose and boom. So I'd have to waste yet another spell to try to correct mistakes. Easier to just bind, gag and hide them."

Fianna stands amidst the group of thugs, and casts her spell. With there being 11 thugs, she can make a double of every one of them, except one...so she chooses Toc, since there's already enough of him. chen's 1716 jahrens 714 mirica's 316 fiannas 51 jezun 128 toc 20.
At the same time, the entire group suddenly looks like a handful of the thugs, matching gender.
The thugs look around at each other and the group in wonder, "Woah...what sorta witchery is this!!" A couple of them don't change....and are taken down stairs and tied up, as are several of the duplicates. Soon, 6 "thugs" are escorting 6 "prisoners" through the streets. You've bound the mouths of the prisoners and tied them up. Toc says, "I know a way through the alleys to this place that should avoid attention...."
The group emerges out onto the dark late night streets of Hillsfar. The town seems to be celebrating some sort of festival. Doors are hung with wreaths of pine and holly, trees around the city are decorated with colorful strings of fabric and popped corn. Though it's early summer, the smell of mulled spiced wine with cinnamon and apple wafts through the air as you make your way through the large city. You and your prisoners skulk through alleys, and creep across main streets after looking throughly around for the red plumed guards. You see revellers out late, dressed with funny red hats as they slowly make their way home in the cool night air. Three old men in particular trudge down the main fare of on street carrying what looks a couple small chests.
As you're creeping down one particular alley. you glance up into the clear night sky and see a single star out shining all the others. Unusually bright it sparkles and gleams down upon all of you, and....though you're leading "yourselves" through the street as prisoners, you feel particularly hopeful and joy tingles in your hearts. Even Toc's dark look seems slightly hopeful for the moment...and somewhere nearby...you hear singing...a troupe of singers wandering the street singing a song of holy glory of the gods.
EVERYONE MAY LEVEL UP.
The group continues, a light bounce in their step and eventually arrive at the address in question after waiting several minutes to have a safe crossing of the main Silver street. Jahren knocks on the door. The door opens a crack, and a rough looking fella peeks out. He looks at the group, and their prisoners, and then back at the group. "By Shar's black poisonous blade....you've done it?!?!"
He opens the door and lets the group in. This place is a small warehouse building. You see what look to be about thirty more thugs scattered about the place..hidden...and clearly planning an ambush. Up in the rafters you see more dark shadows moving around. You all shuffle into the room with your prisoners.
From the shadows, a dark shadowy form steps forward. A man with snake eyes. Ezhia. He hisses, "I was led to believe they were more powerful. Had killed a dragon. I....honestly thought I'd sent you to die, cough up this location, and lead them into our trap." He glances apologetically at the group, "Sorry, but...I guess you got the jump on them. Good job...good job." He looks to Mirican and Fianna, "Oh, hello again ladies, nice to see you once more." He grins, "Verdant Cloud will be most pleased when I deliver them to her." Displacer beasts prowl in the shadows behind him.
The prisoners make muffled noises as if trying to talk. Ezhia grins, "Do not ungag them, lest they direct their magic at us."

Chen breathes in the smells of the festive food and drink, hoping the group get a chance to grab a meal before the holiday ends.
After arriving at the rendezvous, Chen does his best to perpetuate the illusion. He attempts to swagger like a street thug and talk with a deeper rougher voice. Pointing to the prisoner disguised as a dragonborn, he says: "That one gave us the most trouble. Mighty strong one he is. Clever too. And handsome. But I took him down".

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
"...the starry heavens above me and the moral law within me..." murmured Mirica more to herself watching the star's descend, then shook her head - focus! The troubles have just begun.
Mirica did not try to do anything, not overestimating her acting abilities. She just casually looked around, making notes of advantageous positioning for attacks in case things will get south. She hoped the welcoming committee will be smaller, and presence of Ezhia with his beasts made it both easier (no remorse on destroying that evil) and harder - he would not hesitate to kill anyone.
Walking into the room and seeing the warm welcome awaiting them, Fianna is immediately on the defensive. She uses her Eldritch Sight to Detect Magic within 30 feet of her as she walked into the room and looked about.
"They was in a sad shape when they showed, they was," Fianna says when Ezhia remarks on his surprise they were able to capture them. "All haggard and half conscious to begin... Some of the others didn't make it, still and all. As you can see there's less of us now." Fianna plays the role and tries to calm any concerns that these street ruffians shouldn't have been able to subdue the adventurers.
"Must say, we wasn't expecting this many 'round when we brought them... Now what?" Fianna asked, almost to herself and her group as to Ezhia.

Ezhia nods, then looks to the prisoners, “Alright fellas, get em into the crates. Check their gags, hand and leg ties and make sure they ain’t got any hidden knives on em. Then in they go.”
Some men head towards the nearest prisoner. Fianna knows her illusion won’t stand up to physical interaction. Other men seem to be prying lids off of long crates.
"We gots this, boys, we gots this..." Fianna says, quick stepping to intercede between the approaching goons and the disguised goons. "Sides, we don't rightly like the idea of yous all touching the goods until we gets the lasts of our pay! 'Cause we're definitely of a mind that we've earned every copper plus some bonus for doing sucha job all success like!"
We should have planned this out more, Fianna thought to herself. We should have had some escape or attack signal or something. Sure, we just expected a couple people to be here at the rendezvous point but we should have thought more tactically about the What If of it all...
Oich, if all else falls I just made a big flashy show of things and we play it by ear... as usual.
Jezun was put in a lovely mood during the festive walk, feeling like he could just talk to anyone (he can now understand anyone or be understood by anyone thanks to Monk Stuff), so much so he almost forgot about the charade. Before knocking he adopts a severe grimace through the illusion, hoping the thug he resembles also has the same look - frowning and permanently keeping one eye shut. He keeps this up through the conversation, and does not speak at all. He simply grunts affirmatively and supportively, backing up Fianna’s performance and helping to take charge of the “prisoners,” and readying an attack against anyone who attacks the party.
Ezhia shrugs, seeming to not care much about you anymore, his attention seems focused on the prisoners. The group moves towards several long crates just the right size for a person. You each help your illusionary prisoner into each box. An extra large box is brought for Chen...the large dragon is moved into the box. Ezhia stops watching too carefully while the last couple or loaded, as he heads off to talk to some other men in low voice. As the group boxes up the 'prisoners', they listen carefully.
Ezhia, "Yeah...turns out we won't need her after all."
Some unshaven guy with wrinkly worn skin and grey sprouts of hair, balding and scruffy looking, "Uhhh, okays. Whaddya want us to do with her then?"
Ezhia shrugs, "No loose ends. Into the harbor with her. And make sure you put enough rock in the sack this time. I don't want the body floatin up like last time."
The guy nods, the nods to the man next to him, and the two of them head for a side door.
The guys here seem to be loading the crates into the back of a couple of wagons...and seem to be expecting you to help.
