Fianna can re-roll her spell attack for Disadvantage from Mirica's Fighting Style: Protection

As free action consider Mirica yelling "Fianna, stop it!"

Jezun, you're up. Toc is on deck. 

Note, you're allowed to "speak out of turn" if you want to say something in particular. 

That reaction with Disadvantage on attack roll goes to the first one attacking.

"Stop this madness! Ezhia - don't! You will just die for nothing, and you," Mirica looked at Fianna now, "by all hells, why did you even bothered to get the team if you care nothing for people around you? You could stay in Hillsfar if you needed target practice so badly."

"I will not let anyone kill that man now," finished the priest her little speech.

     Fianna looks at Mirica with a confused and offended look upon her...  "He had his options."

Jezun's staff hasn't moved, but it is ready to hit Ezhia very hard in the forehead in a blur. The trigger is if the man runs, attacks, or casts a spell.

"Let's chill out. Ezhia. Deep breaths. We've come this far."

Readied Attack: 20 Damage: 14

With Stunning Strike prepared for either being a hit, CON 18 save

Toc raises an eyebrow, and then, holding his staff, seems to focus for a moment and then vanishes, becoming invisible. 

Jahren's action. Mirica seems to have stepped up to defend any further attacks on Ezhia, while Jezun seems primed to strike if Ezhia makes any moves. It's almost impossible to know what Ezhia will do. 

"He is not your personal pet or a property. It's not for you to decide what to do with him!" Spitted Mirica still with the full intention to defend the snake-man.

     “Nor were the Displacer Beasts.  Where was your outrage when I put them elsewhere?  Nor are the dragons we seek to slay, where is your defense of them?” Fianna asks, curiously.  “It is because I care for those near me that I prefer not to leave a viper at our back.”

"Saving beasts or fighting dragons was our choice - all of us. Killing that man without so much as letting him speak - is your whim. He is not your personal prisoner. I want to hear what he has to say, did you care about that?"

     “But he did speak.  After being given terms he spoke in refusal of them. I offered two clear paths where he wouldn’t be subject to possible immediate harm, he rejected them.  And even still I attempted no damage to his person, merely to send him away from being able to harm us.  I do not see offense in that...”

(I take it back no more conversation please, lets wait for Jahren to take his action.)

Resisting the urge to include Fianna in the spell, Jahren silently moves between Fianna and Ezhia and casts Mass Suggestion on the latter.  (DC18 WIS)

"You REALLY should do your very best to serve me and aid me in my objectives to the best of your ability without trying to betray or harm our group in any way for the next 24 hours so that we can then come to terms that are agreeable to all of us before we depart."

     Seeing the glint of consideration in Jahren's eye, Fianna casts Counterspell in order to defend herself against whatever the bard has in mind!

Fianna quickly flashes her hands and begins unleashes a counterspell at your spell Jahren.  If you'd like to counter your counter, you may.  But, let me know what level slot you use, and let me have a counterspell check along with it.
