Feeling his blood pounding in his ears and the rush of adrenaline, Rogram plunges his sword into the chest of one of the sleeping raiders, his face looking a little crazed.

Yevele will continue onto the keep. As she gets closer to the keep, the monk will slow down and begin to check around for any raiders (perception: 10) .
If she doesn't notice any raiders, Yevele will stealthily approach the grate (stealth: 15). Once inside, she will look for either the governor or the dwarf and say to them "Don't send troops to the mill. It is a diversion. I think they want to draw troops out of here before making another attack on the keep. The raiders don't seem to interested or intent on burning the building down, they are only milling about outside it. I'd stick around and help here, but, I think I need to get back to my companions to make sure they make it back safely."
If the person she is talking to doesn't have any further questions, she will sneak out the grate and keep an eye out for raiders until she has moved a 100 yards or so from the keep, then she will break into a run to get back to the mill.
Smoke will stand toe to toe with the raider, trying to keep his feet moving to throw the attacker off. Smoke's confidence grows as he notices Thrax stand next to him.
He looks to the side then back at the raider You are done for now!
Smoke then quickly takes a stride forward lunging with his rapier to poke a hole into the raider. Take that!

Raider DEX Save: 3Damage: 3
Already on the precipice of death, the only conscious raider is washed by a sheet of white light that Thrax calls down upon him. He is dead before Smoke pierces his flesh for the final time. The other two never awaken, dealt with swiftly by Thia and Rogram.
The raiders fall before Yevele has reached a third of the way to the keep, still moving swiftly through the stream.
OOC: I will resolve Yevele's actions once some more time has passed with the group at the mill.
Rogram's eyes seem to clear as looks down on the dead raiders. He blinks and looks around. Clearing his throat, he comments, "I'm not sure why they were here, but ... good job, everyone." He looks at the mill. "Perhaps we should make sure nothing else is awry here before returning to the keep." The half-dwarf will carefully pick his way around the whole mill, looking for any other raiders, any traps, any bombs, anything that is amiss. If there's nothing outside, he'll also look inside, half scared he'll find his uncle in a pool of his own blood.
Thrax will join Rogram and Smoke to quickly investigate the mill, and he will specifically look on the body of the woman who had seemed to be the leader
Though if they linger for more than a minute he will caution them “Let’s not stay here until more of them wonder what happened and come looking. Also, if this was a distraction there may be other assaults being planned on the opposite wall. We should get back.”

The long side of the building, away from the stream, has barn doors and a two-part door, and the two short walls have windows. All of the openings are currently closed. After circling the perimeter of the mill, you do not find any further sign of raiders nearby.
Smoke tries the door, and finds that it is not locked or barred. Rogram opens the door to look inside while Thrax searches over the body of the unarmored raider, who only possesses a symbol she wears upon her neck, that of a multi-colored pinwheel with five spokes.
Inside, the main floor of the mill is dominated by a massive stone grinding wheel driven by a water wheel on the opposite side near the stream. The wheel still turns noisily. The upper half of the barn is a loft, where milled flour would be stored. There are wooden stairs along the east wall that access the upper area, and ropes and pulleys that hoist bags of flour up and down through large openings in the loft floor appear to be in operation.
Yevele reaches the tunnel that leads into the keep, rushing within to find Nighthill or Escobert in the courtyard.
Smoke will call out again Is anyone here? We are sent by Governor Nighthill to help you.
If he hears nothing he will try and see if there is an exit on the 2nd floor or roof. Once everyone is done inside Smoke will say Go on out, ill be out soon. to Rogram and Thrax if they entered the building.
Smoke will bar or lock the mill doors from the inside and make it to the roof/2nd floor to climb out and down to rejoin Rogram and Thrax. With a smug look he adds There, now they will have a harder time entering should the raiders actually try. Shall we go back to the governor?
“It mussst be a distraction or a trap. They wanted to draw out Nighthill’s force, but they didn’t count on us taking care of it ssso quickly. Let’s find the others, even with Gond protecting us we are ssstill vulnerable when we are so few in number.”

Whichever one that Yevele sees first, she will say to them "The mill is a trap! Don't send your troops to the mill. They don't look like they really want to burn the mill down. They want to draw your troops out of the keep, I don't know if it is to ambush them on the way to the mill, or so that they can attack the keep while the door is open."
She'll answer any questions they have and then start making her way back to the mill.
Thia will watch on as her able companions search and secure the mill. Once they are done she'll meekly follow along, presuming they are ready to return to the keep.

The call rings out, echoing from the loft above. The faces of leering raiders peer down through the holes in the loft floor, brandishing spears as they launch their ambush. Their sudden appearance catches everyone but Smoke by surprise.

(ooc assuming Smoke sees them before they start to attack since Smoke is the one climbing up to the 2nd floor while the others are downstairs or outside)
As Smoke moves to the loft to see if there are windows to climb out of he spots the first raiders, as their eyes meet Smoke's facial expression drops into shock and horror as he realizes it is still an ambush.
His mental gears start spinning as he wastes no time to burst into action start to shout HELP ambush!!To count the group huddled up on the loft Smoke jolts to the wall of the stairway leading to the loft using all fours to grab onto the wall speaking some words while he does this If we cannot leave..he jumps higher in the building making sure to stay clear of their reach but moving to the wall, his paws creating bigger and bigger vibrations with each leap then you cannot either! The vibrations shake the loft of the building as small strands of dust falls down in several places.
After the vibrations take hold he sprints rapidly down towards the others hoping they have some strenght in numbers standing together.
Movement: Using Feline Agility to double movement this turn and moving as close as Smoke can without getting into striking range then back down to stand next to the others who are inside the Mill on the bottom floor. Action: Casting Earth Tremor hoping to bring down part of the roof on them and perhaps drop some from the loft to the bottom or at least drop them to their feet to negate some of the initial ambush. DC 14 On a failed save, a creature takes 4 bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone. If the ground in that area is loose earth or stone, it becomes difficult terrain until cleared, with each 5-foot-diameter portion requiring at least 1 minute to clear by hand.
