Still having his hands on his hips he turns as he hears Thia cast her spell and his eyes widen as he knows they need to act now before the raiders do.
Smoke quickly draws his rapier twisting it around in his hand to get a good grip on it while moving his other hand in the air for balance. He steps forward to lunge his rapier forward into one of the raiders before they get a chance to go for their weapons.
He turns his head slightly Yevele dont let them get their weapons!
Action: Rapier vs raider Attack: 21 Damage: 7 Bonus action: Bardic inspiration on Yevele (1d6 For 10 minutes, the creature can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome) Movement: None or only minimum movement to get in range to attack

Scimitar vs. Smoke: 14
As the party bursts into action, the kobolds scatter in every direction, running for the hills in literal fashion. Leaving their three slumbering companions behind, they flee before Rogram can cut any of them down. Before any of them have reached the hillside, Thrax and Smoke strike through a raider's armor with spear and rapier. Yevele strikes the skull of another with her staff, killing him instantly.
The remaining pair of raiders dive for their weapons, but Yevele is already mid-spin to heel kick one of them in the stomach, doubling them over and providing an easy target for her staff to close in and finish the job. Only one of the raiders reaches his scimitar; he attempts to rush Smoke, but the bard is quicker, and parries the strike aside.
Round 2 Order: Players <===== Enemies
Placement: Rogram and Thia are 150 feet away, near three sleeping kobolds. The other five kobolds are between 30-60 feet further away, fleeing. The remaining raider is engaged in melee combat with Smoke. Thrax and Yevele are within movement range.
Yevele will leave the last raider to Thrax and Smoke, instead taking off after the kobolds. She will use the dash to chase after the kobolds, and will then expend her last ki point to use step of the wind.
As the monk nears (or passes) Rogram, she will try to track the kobolds and head toward the most distant one that she can see.
ooc Not sure if that gets her 120 ft or 160 ft of movement.
Thrax turns to the remaining raider and calls down holy fire upon him. He motions with his shield upward, the emblem of Gond glows as sacred flame bursts forth.

As the raider attacks Smoke with his scimitar Smoke spins around pushing the blade out of the way with his rapier. I dont think so!
During the turn Smoke raises his rapier high still twirling around in one elegant move untill he plants his foot on the ground firmly but continues the swing with his arm and tries to slash the raider.
Thats for the innocent people you attacked
If the raider falls Smoke will use his movement to get closer to the others.
Movement: If the raider falls his full movement towards Thia/Rogram Action: rapier Attack: 18 Damage: 12

Thrax's searing light falls upon the raider as Smoke ends the man with a swift slash across the chest. While he falls, Yevele sprints past Thia as she looses a crossbow bolt into the distance. Rogram hurls a javelin that lands near a kobold, causing it to stumble as it flees.
The shrieking of kobolds fades as they continue their flight through the foothills.
OOC: The party can give chase to the kobolds if you wish, but they are fleeing, around 120 feet from Rogram and Thia, 150 feet from Yevele, and 270 feet from Smoke and Thrax.
Three kobolds are still asleep near Rogram and Thia. The humans have all fallen.
I'm not interested in the bloody work which I suspect will come of these three sleepers, Thia thinks as she looks down at the three kobolds nearby. Instead, she moves back towards the main camp area where the humans were killed. Once there she will start searching the bodies - specifically looking for any cultist items which the party could use to enhance their disguises.
OOC: A 16 did hit, but the damage wasn't enough to kill the kobold - I don't always describe a hit as a weapon hitting, sometimes it just means it knocks the target off balance or harries them. I felt in this case that it would be mighty goofy for a kobold to be running away while impaled by a javelin.
The kobolds aren't fleeing in the same direction, they are scattering to the winds. The nearest is now 120 feet away from Rogram and 130 feet away from Yevele while the others grow further away in different directions.
Thia begins making her way toward Smoke, Thrax, and the raider bodies while Yevele and Rogram crest the foothill with the kobolds, continuing to charge off into the distance. Rogram, unable to fully keep up with the monk, reaches his javelin and picks it up.
Smoke wont chase Yevele and Rogram, the kobolds are almost out of sight from where he is standing. But to avoid losing the group Smoke pulls his rapier away and searches in a small bag on his belt. Pulling out a Whistle-Stick he removes the scarf from his face and uses the whistle stick to create several sharp tones, two short and one long before taking his lips of it looking in the distance to see if they heard him.
If they continue running we might have to go after them, who knows what they might run into. he says to the others.
Smoke looks around the camp now that its somewhat safe. But then looks towards Yevele and Rogram again unsure if he should try to follow them.
Does Rogram hear? If he doesn't, and Yevele keeps running, so will Rogram. If he hears, he'll stop and look, and if he can tell Smoke is encouraging him to return, Rogram will try to get Yevele's attention as well. If Yevele stops to return, Rogram will also return with her (if he didn't hear Smoke).
Yevele will take a couple more steps after hearing Smoke's whistle. The monk thinks that she might have been able to track down the kobolds, but, if she got into any trouble she might have been out of range of any help.
Reluctantly, she turns back toward the rest of the party, heading toward the sleeping kobolds.
OOC: Yes, the whistle would be loud enough for both Yevele and Rogram to hear, if just barely.
Screaming, shouting, and hollering, the remaining kobolds scatter like leaves in the wind, taking the opportunity to put distance between themselves and their sudden enemies.
Yevele and Rogram return to the sleeping kobolds while the others regroup with Smoke near the cookfire.
Thrax watches as the Kobolds flee into the night. He does not give chase.
“I do not think they’re organized well enough to do us much harm. With our disguises, even if they do regroup with the main army, they will not be able to tell their superiors anything useful about us. They certainly were not able to tell us anything useful about the people they for.”
He calmly looked into the sky and meditated. He hummed some soft chants in draconian and waited in silent contemplation as the party reformed near the camp. “They said they were only a mile behind the main force, we could reach them tonight. Do know know what we want to do when we arrive?”
OOC: How long does the Thrax the terrible disguise last?

Are the kobolds running in the direction we suspect the army to be or in another direction?
OOC: You approached from the army's path, and the kobolds are fleeing away from you, so they're running away from the army's path.
