The young bachelor looks up from his work at Nimue, then around the general vicinity to make sure no one is watching. "Yea...okay. I guess you guys aren't regular patrons after all..."
Cloak of Many Fashions
Wondrous item, minor tier, common While wearing this cloak, you can use a bonus action to change the style, color, and apparent quality of the garment. The cloak's weight doesn't change. Regardless of its appearance, the cloak can't be anything but a cloak. Although it can duplicate the appearance of other magic cloaks, it doesn't gain their magical properties.
"Umm..." the young man looks around again. "The retail asking price is around 85 gp....but these items are usually reserved for special patrons. Like I said, I need Linene's permission to sell any of this stuff. Probably shouldn't have even shown it to you..." He shuts the box again.
"Well I AM a special patron. Did you not hear of the goblin plot that I prevented last night. Tempus know what would of happened if I did not stop it." Nimue looks the man in the eyes and smiles before saying "I'll make you a deal, you let me buy it and if Linene has any issues, she knows where to find me."
Nimue will try to persuade him. If she senses the persuasion is not working, she will offer to pay 100g for the cloak trying to bribe him with an extra 15g for himself.
The man is absorbed in Nimue's stare for a moment, before he shifts his gaze away. "Yea....yea you're right! I'm sure she won't mind...yea..."

Nimue makes her transaction. From the corner of her eye, she believes she can see the little girl from the previous night across the street at the Shrine of Luck. However, when she turns her head to look, no one is there.
"ADVENTURERS! DON-JON IS HERE! I'D LIKE TO MEET SOME OF YOU FINE FOLK. GET OUT OF BED AND COME MEET ME NOW, WILL YA?" a shout can be heard coming from the direction of the Townmaster's hall.
Nimue meets up with the group adorning her new cloak to obscure her studded leather armor. She gives gives everyone 300g, from the pack, keeping the other 300g for Facebreaker if she ever sees him again...
"Good day to ya fine folk. Name's Don-Jon Raskin. I heard from ole' Halia that you all were helping out around these parts. Look, I'd love to hear your stories and I'll tell ya mine, but we can do that on the way to the Mountain's Toe Gold Mine. I scouted it out a few days ago after hearing about some trouble with some of the staff down there. Turns out we got a wererat infestation to deal with. Much more than what I bargained for, I tell ya what. Get on the wagon and we'll work out the details on the way." He motions to his horse-drawn vehicle.
(ooc: If all immediate business is done in town, you will be along the Triboar Trail on Don-Jon's wagon en route to the mine.)
”Wererats... There is something more going on here. There must be a nest of weres close by infecting folks. A companion of ours has fallen to the curse and needs healing. We need to find the leader of this nest that is causing this curse to be spread.”
Dusty looks to Don-Jon.
”Our friend was taken by the locals. If we agree to help with these were’s can you arrange for a healer for to go our friend and break the curse? The curse killed those people not our friend. He was not in the right mind.”

"Haha....hey man, if it was me of course I'd agree to help. Not many people around here with the balls to ask something that direct to ole' Linene Graywind though. I only heard a little bit, but it sounds like Phandalin had one hell of a night."
After some brief discussions with others in the town, Don-Jon gives the okay signal to the adventurers. With that, they start to make their way down the Triboar Trail via Don-Jon's wagon. After a few minutes on the road, they approach two orcs on horseback. "Ah, dangum orcs!" Don-Jon shouts. "We ain't got no time to stop fellas. Anybody know how to use a gun in here?" Don-Jon opens a compartment and throws two hunting rifles to the party. The wagon is currently moving too fast for one to jump out of safely.
