At the Lionshield Coster, Linene Graywind, is more than happy to oblige.
"We are still sorting out the supplies you recovered from the Manor. In the meantime, while I have stock, I will give you fifty percent more credit on anything you trade in and sell or trade you out stock at a fifty percent discount. Ammunition though, I will have to sell at cost until I know what we actually have."
(( OOC: Check the PHB. e.g. Light Crossbow, PHB 25 gp; trade-in at 37 gp, 5 sp or sell for 25 gp and 12 gp, 5 sp credit; Heavy Crossbow PHB 50 gp; your cost here 25 gp. ))
"There you are Wolfsong, a Heavy Crossbow and twelve gold five silver credit. And two nets for a gold. The Crossbow bolts are a gold per bundle of twenty. I'll gladly take that from your credit if you like. How much do you want? Do you need any Bolt cases?"
(( @DM to PCs: Even in the group OOC chat you should get feedback from the other PCs before taking action if its truly group property. Or prepare for in-game character discussions... could definitely see a cleric asking for incents they thought were on someone's person in the party; LOL! ))
"Thank you," Wolfsong nods. "Taking from the credit will be fine, I will take two bundles of bolts, I have a case these will be for later."
After gathering up his new gear Wolfsong looks to Linene Graywind, "We will be leaving soon, heading south, but will be back once we finish what is needed, is there anything you need or anything to be worried about that way?"
Linene Graywind thinks for a bit, "Well, I know both Thistle and M'aiq have reported seeing that Manticore on their order runs to Leilon. They go cross country, so it puts them just northwest of the mountains and canyons those Dwarven ruins are in. Thistle thinks there are two of them. They also said Leilon had reports from Gnomengarde of more Orc bands traveling the mountains. Tribal families, not raiding parties, but it doesn't mean they wouldn't turn violent in a moment. Ya'all be careful."
Robwin stashes any of the group’s spare gear ((the contents of the group loot thread, aside for his paper and ink which is at Barthen’s)) at the old redbrand hideout/barracks.

(( OOC-semi-Meta:
Ms. Halia Thornton has made it clear that the Wizard's workshop and Office/Bedchamber under the Tresendar Manor are absolutely the party's safe haven. Whatever discussion Ms. Thornton had with Hallwinter and the new guard on the matter, everyone seems to be in agreement. You each have gathered this to various degrees over the past few days from statements made by Ms. Thornton, Lady Endure, Sir Hallwinter, Miner's Exchange personnel, Eli, Blaire and Elsa.
The party also heard from Elsa this morning that the other contents of the complex at and under the Manor where being cataloged. Ms. Thornton and Endure eluded to as much at the gathering the night before.
Lastly, Rinn and Wolfsong learned from Linene Graywind, and Robwin from Elmar Barthen, that at least at the Lionshield Coster and Barthen’s Provisions respectively, your party has gained considerable status or favor shown in way of fair or even favored business transactions. ))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Robwin will let the party know he has some preparations to make at Barthen’s Provisions, and then spend the next 4 hours attempting to scribe the spider climb scroll he found at the ranch.
He will head to Barthen’s, where his paper is held, “Ah, hello there. Would it be possible for me to access the paper and inks you very kindly hold for me?… And I wonder, could I impose for a short while to sit and write in the back room? I just need a small desk and chair if you have such space available?”.
If so, Robwin takes 4h and uses 100gp worth of his supplies to attempt to scribe the spell…
"I might take two bundles, Miss Graywind," Rinn says as he places two gold onto the counter.
"Simple enough Rinn. You be careful out there. You're probably one of the best archers I've seen outside Cinnaess and she's been around for ages.", Linene Graywind says.

TT per your stated purpose, you approach the Dendrar workshop and home, climb the exterior steps and knock.
Nilsa, the eldest of the two daughters answers the door and lets you in.
As you listen and console the family, listening nearly always being the key, you learn many things.
==== ==== ==== ==== ==== ====
Nilsa is eighteen-year-old. She'd been planning on partnership with her father and eventually taking over the business. She's determined to find a way to do so even after all of this.
Narelle, "call me Nars", is thirteen-year-old. They're interested in nature and herbalism. She's been taking lessons from gramps Alderleaf and Adabra Gwynn whenever she's in town. She also has a few precious books from her mother's parents.
Mirna Dendrar grew up in Thundertree, a town to the north of Phandalin and south of Neverwinter. She was very young when her family fled the town as it was overrun by undead. You can see new and old trauma mingling in her mind as she shares stories with you. Her family had an herb and alchemy shop in Thundertree but were only able to take what they could carry when they fled. "My grandmother used to say I have a beautifully exquisite dowry my darling Thel never got to see."
When Thel and Mirna first came to Phandalin their home was barely a workshop and a bedroom. They slowly built their business and their home. To what it is now.
They nearly lost Nilsa her first winter and Mirna when Narelle was born.
They, Thel and Mirna, are so proud of their girls.
