Oak’s snap opportunity action: He draws his bow and fires at Drokki...
Attack action: Attack: 24 Damage: 10
((since he attacked I think rage doesn’t fade?))
((3x more of our side can take helpful actions))
Yep, you each get an action to do something that you think might help. Rage doesn't fade because you made an attack this turn.
Oak bellows as he charged forward. Despite your best efforts, Drokki lengthens the gap between him and the party by 21 feet. As you chase him, the fleeing crowd parts around him for a moment, revealing his running form. What do you do?
((After everyone does their 'snap opportunity,' we will continue with the athletics checks.))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((A paywall is blocking most of the document for me, so I can only see the first page and not the chase events table or anything that comes after that. Let me know if this doesn't work for the snap opportunity and I'll do something else!))
Caelynn, getting a clear view of Drokki for a moment, casts hunter's mark on him.
((For the next round of athletics checks))
Suddenly feeling invigorated from Trill's encouragement, she sprints forward, trying to make it through the gap in the crowd before it closes.
Aimon sees Drokki looking over his shoulder and in response puts out a burst of speed to try and close the gap between them.
(Dash if allowed for Snap Opportunity).
Not sure if you need to resolve Caelynn's athletics check or not before Aimon rolls. Since her athletics check was even, maybe have to wait and see what Drokki rolls on the event table? So am going to assume you don't want an athletics check from Aimon yet.
((Because Aimon used his opportunity to dash, I'm going to rule that Caelynn can reroll her Athletics check with advantage for her round. Sorry about that document. I can read it all for some reason, so I though everyone else could as well.))
((Do we get a ‘burst of speed’ for Caelynn’s original roll of 15 on the chase table??! C’mon! (I’m really getting in to this!) “Drokki you’ll never escape us!”))
((oh no... we haven’t seen Drokki’s athletics roll for round 2 yet! (fingers crossed it’s lower than 21!). ))

Aimon picks up as much speed as he can, staying light of foot and dodging among the dour denizens of West Cleft, always trying to keep Drokki firmly in sight.
Oak launches an arrow that adds through the air and manages to strike the fleeing Drokki in the back. He stumbles a bit, but keeps running. Aimon barrels ahead and manages to clear a path for the group as Trill's musical magic washes over Caelynn and inspires her. Caelynn calls out an arcane phrase, and Drokki suddenly become a a beacon in her mind.
Caelynn's Turn:
As Trill's music fills you with determination, you tap a reservoir of endurance inside of you that causes you to pick up the pace. The party increases in speed to keep pace with Caelynn.
Drokki is now 65 feet away.
Aimon's Turn:
Drokki athletics check: 11
Aimon wins, party advances!
((Now, you just need to roll 3d10 to determine how far you move. Then, roll a d20 to determine the random chase effect))
((OOC: cool! Oak will take a go!))
Seeing Drokki make a dash for it, Oak flies into a rage (advantage on strength checks) and dashes after him...
Oak’s athletics check: 9
If he wins, he closes the gap by (3d10 feet): 11 feet
If needed, here’s a roll on the chase table: 9
(rage fades)

Sorry about that. I would have rolled those but I thought Aimon was competing against Drokki's prior roll. Happy to see the 11.
