Rhogar cannot help but grin at the suggestion, but slowly shook his head once. "If only we could spare time for such added leisure. Being a Dragonborn of the Sea myself, I always wanted to do something of the sort someday." He admits before letting out a chuckle. Then the expression turned grim upon looking at the satchel in hand. "... Perhaps once this venture of ours is done, and if I yet live, a will certainly make may way back my noble friend. For now, we need to return to the bell and head inland." He conveys as much, but then looked thoughtful and held his chin for a moment.
"... Actually... Might you know of anything or one that might possess a cure for maladies of the mind? I am not certain you've noticed, but some of my compatriot here paid a hefty price during our time on the island." He asks of Angajuk.

Chill chuckled out loud as Rhogar mentioned his maladies. "Well, I for one do not wish to live under the sea, even if you are a good friend." Chill smiled. "But we have work to do. The bell for me."
As the possibility of living under the sea is being mentioned is enough to shake briefly Krom out of his torpor "No, no take us to the bell. Dwarves were not made by the All-Father for living under the sea."
“We thank you Angajuk, for your help. I agree that we should head to the bell. At the very least so that we are able to properly rest, and decide on our next action.” Kazri turns to Krom. “Master Krom, what have you learned from the book?”

Angajuk laughs. "No, I know no one, though my previous master would likely have been able." he answer in response to Rhogar's question.
Rhogar and Krom can make a Arcane check to see if they might know how to remove the maladies.
Krom sits down and uses his ritual magic to identify the book as Angajuk returns them to the bell. As Rhogar's wand of magic detection showed, there was nothing magical about the book.
Opening the book the first page is a title page with the snowflake symbol of Auril on it. The remaining pages describe various priestly rituals and ceremonies in chilling detail. Nestled among these descriptions is a spell that wizards can learn; Frost Fingers, and a poem called “Rime of the Frostmaiden”. The poem is an incantation, the power of which can be used to split a glacier.
Angajuk delivers you safely to the bell.
Where do you wish to go?
We bow to She who wears the crown; Let the world shiver with dread. Clad in winter’s whitest gown, Her snow enshrouds the dead.
Her fury sheds but frozen tears as gray clouds issue forth. Her wind across the wasteland shears, bringing blizzards from the north.
Ice-kissed flowers caught mid-bloom, beauty kept in all its grace. Summer’s gone to its silent tomb, stilling in Her cold embrace.
All the world in winter’s white, sheathed in sleet and ice. Set upon never-ending night, She conjures paradise.
Behold Her everlasting rime, see how it covers all; Weep not for those She traps in time behind Her glacial wall.
Sovereign of summers lost, general of winter’s war; Long live the queen of cold and frost. May She reign forevermore.
Krom studies the poem "There is an immense power behind those words. We will have to be careful when reciting them in the Caves of Hunger." The dwarf pauses for a moment before saying "Now that we have the means of opening the way to the Netheril city, we should inform Vellynne Harpell. I'll use an hymn of Sending to tell her the news."
After finishing his hymn of Sending, the dwarf turns towards the group and says "The Caves of hunger should be on the far eastern side of the Dale. We could make our way there while visiting Caer-Dineval and Caer-Konig. The emissaries of the Frost maiden may still be in those cities."
As Angajuk informs the group that he does not have knowledge of how to remove or cure the maladies that are affecting the part of the group, Krom says "We could ask Professor Skant if he knows something about how to cure our afflictions. It's getting harder and harder to focus." The dwarf then asks the Professor Orb. "Professor Skant, do you know of remedies for our afflictions?"
"I wonder who wrote that text, it seems the spell out the Frostmaiden's plans." Kazri wonders out loud. "I agree with your plan of visiting the two towns before heading to the caves, Master Krom. Perhaps when we can purchase a faster means of transportation at one of the towns." Kazri acknowledges.

(@Pal54: Believe Rhogar already figured an answer back here. Though still rolling arcana in the event there might be even more to glean for him. If I led you on though, I do apologize, as I forgot myself for a bit there. xD)
The news from Ang -- while not unexpected -- still left Rhogar all the heavier hearted. Still, if only to pass the time that is, the rest of the trip is one of silent contemplation for the Dragonborn. His one hope being to discern or recall alternatives from his time spent under a Kirin's teachings.
Yet even if nothing else should come to mind by the trip's end, he wouldn't let bitter thoughts keep him from thanking Angajuk one last time before the group part ways. "... I actually know of one. Though such divine magic is beyond me or even any of you, or so I suspect. The nature of the miracle being called Il'greshh in the mother tongue, or in closest translation: Greater Restoration."He expressed, but would look to the professor all the same for further confirmation.
"Our first destination should be Bremen. A few days trip south of here, if I remembering correctly. Where's the bloody map -- But either way from there, we can take the roads through the other ten towns on our way to Caer-Dineval." He explain, briefly side-tracked mid-speech trying to recall the map's location. "I need not remind you, but we are in a desperate need of a supply run while we're at anyhow. And if the god's favor us yet, perhaps we might even find a powerful healer in the major settlements the miracle I mentioned before."
Rekuberk rests as they travel once more on the back of their whale friend, taking his own turn to look at the spell before shrugging as his magical knowledge was only the basics. "If there are any of them left then we should clear them all put of the towns.'
"You are right Rhogar, the nearest city is Bremen." replies Krom "I can conjure us some food and drink while we travel, but as you all already know, it will be a bland meal."
Krom thinks for a while as Rhogar reveals the method of curing the maladies affecting the group "Yes, Rhogar, now that you mention that, I know the hymn you are talking about. It requires a costly component, diamond dust, used to write the healing runes on the subject of the hymn."
Drawing out Professor Skant you pose the question of how to cure your companions of their maladies.
"I wondered when you fools would ask, but I mind my own business." He answers as he continues he previous condescending tone.
"One would think with a cleric amongst you you would know this. A Greater Restoration is needed. Of course such a bedraggled group such as you are clearly can't afford the diamonds needed. So good luck there."
You say your goodbyes to Angajuk and collect your gear and Rhogar his axebeak who seems in fine health.
Setting across the open tundra you point your way towards Bremen. Chill's growing knowledge of the area and superior tracking skills easily keeps you pointed the right direction.
You do spend one night camped over night and on Day 5 of the month of Alturiak the village of Breman comes into view.
“I doubt that we will find the material we need for the spell here, but it doesn’t hurt to try. We could get an update on their situation, and the awakened creature Ingo, since we are stopping by.” States Kazri.

Krom, lost within his own mind for most of the time, stays silent as group travels during the day. The dwarf then spends part of the night checking and polishing his weapons and tools.
As the group is within sight of Bremen, Krom replies to Kazri "Indeed, it does not hurt to try." he scratches his beard for a moment before continuing "I'm also trying to find a way to crush properly the diamond that I have." He turns in the direction of the city and the lake "The agents of the Frostmaiden may have returned to Bremen while we were away."
"Very true. We didn't exactly stick around for too long last time to really spread the word now did we?" He commented with a wiry grin. "But a return? .... Ah... right. Ohhh... hmn... Even if they had not, there is the matter of the boy's mother as well. Who I cannot imagine will take kindly to us dragging our feet on the matter, good intentions though we have."He comments and smiled a touch sadly at the point.
Yet despite such thoughts weighing heavily in mind, the Dragonborn hadn't slowed or allow his head to be held low for long during the last leg of the groups return to Bremen. If anything, despite the promise ordeal, the growing sight of civilization brought an ever bigger smile on his face. "Unless the rest of you remember where we might find a shop or trade post, shall we make the local tavern our first stop?"
