Brakkis blocks the first strike but Kazri's second strike hits. She then moves to the door of the castle and both Runa and Brakkis take advantage of her movement and make an attack of opportunity
Runa Attack: 9 Damage: 14
Brakkis Attack: 6 Damage: 11
The remaining fanatic moves forward and reaches out to touch Chill while uttering the words of a spell.
(I believe Branding Smite is spent after the first hit. I was hoping to one shot Brakkis. Oh well.)

Rhogar chuffed as he stormed his way over to the door. "The time for duplicity and fleeing has passed, Kadoth! Produce the speaker now, or Reveal thyself and surrender, least you pay much more dearly for all that you've done."He calls out as he tried to open the western door. And when that more than likely fails, he then kneels down to check and see if he could see into the room via any cracks in the door, before then uttering a soft word of power that would turn his body into golden mist sparking with electricity that swiftly flows to the other side prior to his reforming once more. From there, his next actions would depend...
If no obvious or useable cracks is found and the door is locked, Rhogar again enlists Gorrah's aid in trying to knock it down, before sending her off to Chill's side to assist the soft-footed tabaxi.
Movement: Over to western-most door.
Bonus Action(if possible): Cast (2nd level)Celestial Step to teleport into western room.
Action(if above isn't possible and door is locked/barred):Attempt to Muscle Door Open with a 10. Otherwise Action Pending.

Chill- I thought as much and gave you half damage in anticipation.
Kazri- quite right, it was a one time deal so you are not concentrating on that spell any more.
Rhogar moves to the door and finds it locked. In looking for cracks he has to stoop down to see there is space at the bottom if the door. He then melts into a golden mist and slides under the door to appear on the other side.
He finds himself in a well-appointed sitting room. A man cowers in the corner. Kadroth stands near a door on the far side of the room.
"Get up you fool!" Kadroth yells at the man "defend me!"
He then turns to Rhogar and utters the words to spells
A flamelike radiance falls on Rhogar
Make a DC13 Dex save or 7 radiant damage
A moment later a black sword appears next to Rhogar and slashes at him
Attack: 6 Damage: 16
Meanwhile outside the cultists on the ramparts continue to fire arrows

(@DM: If the summoned sword is a spell, then the following happens. Also, he still had his action, as the misty step was a bonus. But for the sake of brevity can it be said he unlocked the door if simple enough from the sitting room side?)
Reaction: Cast (3rd level)Unravel on sword spell(if able to see caster). If 4th level or higher, here's the check(DC 14+):16.
Dex Save(DC 13): 20. (No adv. since familiar too far)
Rhogar growls, but before he can act he's forced to try and leap away from the falling flames. Even if ultimately such movement is to little avail, as the sword is forming, he reflexively snatched it out of the air, spoke a sharp word of power, then crushed it, shattering it to pieces that quickly dissipated altogether. "You disappoint me, Kadoth. But if pain is what you seek, then... so be it."

Reroll one of the 1d6 3
Piercer: Reroll Damage (Special)
Once per turn, when you hit a creature with an attack that deals piercing damage, you can reroll one of the attack’s damage dice, and you must use the new roll.
(WOW, so Chill is going to tank. I thought that Krom and Kazri would hold the door.)

When you stepped out of melee with Runa and Brakkis I thought you were going in after Rhogar. Chill can help stop the nuisance of the bowman on the walls.
(Kazri was just getting into position, and make sure to give you guys some privacy. I rather Chill go inside to give Rhogar a hand. Besides, Kazri still has a score to settle with Brakkis and Runa.)

"Do not worry Chill, I have got things covered." Krom slamming down his blessed hammer chants an hymn of [Tooltip Not Found]. As the hammer touches the ground, a small fissure begins to open all around the door creeping under the feet of the fanatic fighting Chill and in front of Brakkis and Runa. A split second after an immese wall of flames erupts from the ground burning through the Knights. As the wall hides the dwarf's movements he takes a step back towards Kazri and whispers to her "Help Rhogar, we will join you in a few moments."
Action Wall of Fire22 Fire damage to the Fanatic, Brakkis and Runa as the wall appears. DC 15 Dex.
25 additional fire damage without save to each creature that ends its turn within 10 feet of that side or inside the wall. A creature takes the same damage when it enters the wall for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there.
Movement 5ft back toward Kazri (since the wall is opaque it should block vision completely, this hopefully should avoid AoO)
Even with Rhogar not exactly being the quietest, so long as Gorrah could ride along Chill's shoulder, she'd point towards the western door and send Chill the feeling of righteous anger.

When an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attack’s damage against you.
