The cave to the southwest has uneven ceilings that range in height from 15 to 30 feet. As you enter a deep sigh issues from the darkness. A voice steeped in malevolence and hatred whispers to you in a language reminiscent of Elvish. But none of you understand the language spoken.
A dark malevolent spirit comes out of the darkness and attacks!

As the dark spirit manifests, Krom aims his hammer at the undead, uttering a hymn of evocation. The head of the blessed hammer glows as a beam of radiant light streaks towards the dark spirit. "Return to your icy grave and bother us no more!" bellows the dwarf. Krom then, prepares himself to guard his companions.

But at the points in which they might've collided with its form, flames explode into being, threatening to overwhelm the creature! A follow-up sharp word in both draconic and of power sees a ring of heavenly flame down upon the creature for good measure!
Action: Cast (Cantrip)Scorching Grace on Dark Spirit. Dex Save(DC 16) or take 12 of Radiant damage.

When you realize you're doing too much: Signature.
The creature had materialized out of the darkness, but the party was wary, and powerful. A range of attacks from Rhogar's magic, and Kazri's blade weaken the creature. But a very well placed bolt from Chill nearly ends its life. But that bolt didn't seem to to as much as Chill had hoped. But 4 glowing darts of magical force slam into the creature and it dissipates into nothing.
Vellynne stands with a wand in her hand, a smile on her face. "I'm not sure if you saw it but that wraith came out of the wall on the North West side of the cavern."
Right that a bit muffled, but clear enough to be heard the Professor Orb can be heard speaking.
"You do know I speak that language right? Of course you don't, but I do. Whatever that was, because I can't see stuffed in this dwarf's bag, it said:"
“Cursed be those who gaze upon the horror that Drakareth has become. Such promise wasted, lost in this cold sepulcher! Where were you centuries years ago when he was in the prime of life? Where were you when the frigid darkness consumed him? You are no good to Drakareth now! Nothing remains of him but frozen bones, ancient treasures, and me.”

Krom shakes his head as the bolt of radiant light misses the undead. "My aim is not that good, I should focus on getting close to our enemies and smash them with my hammer instead" mutters the dwarf.
"It was an undead, a shadow like creature Professor" explains Krom "Did he mention ancient treasures? We should search for his tomb, what do you say?" asks to the group while he moves towards the part of the wall indicated by Vellyne and begins to examine it.

"Agreed. I certainty heard ancient treasure. If it came out of this wall then perhaps it can pass through it." Chill says moving with Krom to the wall.
He checks the wall, searching for deformities or any indication something might be behind it.
Rhogar bowed his head and cupped a hand about the chin. An action Gorrah loosely mirrored after braving the elements once more to crawl upon the Bronze's shoulder. "I'd say if the goal is to collect treasure simply to line our pockets, then it can and should wait. Especially when we have not found the blasted city yet; only remnants scattered about this caverns."Rhogar states in frustration. Nevertheless, he seemed to muse over the topic for a moment more while Chill investigated the ice before letting out a sigh in sync with Gorrah's own.
"However, I suppose a case can be made for possibly acquiring some artifact that might prove useful once we reach it. So... Hmph! I'll just leave it to the rest of you to look about I suppose, and focus more on directing the eye down the other tunnels. With any luck, mayhaps I'll find us a direct path or something." With a final shake of his head, Rhogar sat down to follow through on his words. Gorrah, meanwhile, once again ducked into Rhogar's hood, but would continue to keep watch on the passageway the party had came in from just in case.

Ancient Netherese artifacts could be the key to find the city or at least provide us with additional aid, like that Arcane eye." replies Krom while examining the wall with Chill. "The tomb of that shadow could also contain useful information. In any case, it will not take us too much time to explore."
"Well, perhaps we can a moment to rest while Chill investigates the wall." Kazri stays close to Chill as he investigates the wall, in case the wraith comes back. She commands Oli to guard the north east entrance to their current location.

Chill and Krom investigate the wall that the wraith had come out of. Chill is certain that it souds hollower behind this section of wall than the others. It would seem to indicate that there is space behind it. But it is still a solid wall of ice. You would have have to break through to see if there is anything on the other side.
Rhogar moves the arcane eye into an empty cavern that looks like it adjoins with the one you were just in.

"How badly do we want treasure? It's going to be a lot of noise if Krom here starts bashing this wall of ice with his hammer to get to the other side. I mean I like treasure and all but I'm not sure it's worth it. Not that we haven't made enough noise that is known we are here. But we also need to consider that there is no way out of this particular cave if something comes along."
