Krom nods to the goblin as he speaks of the mask and the construct, trying to remember, from his past dealing with goblins and gnomes what kind of symbols of power they usually use and which kind of material they use. (History24)
As Rhogar finishes to speak, the dwarf also says "I too share the same concerns of my dragonborn friend, if there are other tribes of goblins in this vale, they may indeed try to take advantage of the situation."
Krom knows that goblins are ruled by the strongest or smartest among them and that they love symbols of authority, and thus the tribe’s boss often has such trappings wherever he or she goes. Such a symbol can take a typical form, perhaps a crown or a throne, but also can be a more distinctive objects like a high-backed wolf saddle or colorful boots, or a mask.
"There are no other tribes. We all consolidated into one tribe many many years ago. I speak for all goblins in Icewind Dale. Thank you for the information on the food source. I will send a group to collect what the crag cats have not already scavenged. Please hurry back to Bryn Shander so the peace will commence. We will honor the peace until we are attacked."
"Thank you for clarifying that Chief Yarb-Gnock. If my friends do not have anything else to ask, we will begin our journey back to Bryn Shander and inform the Speaker that the treaty is in place." replies Krom while still thinking about the mask and the strange goblin.
Rhogar takes a moment to check in on Gorrah, making sure she and the mount weren't or hadn't been troubled during the meeting. If all is well there, he nods absentmindedly and tuned back to the conversation. "... I do have one question.. er, perhaps two, actually. For one, is there anything else beyond that entreaty you wish to have passed along to someone in Ten Towns. And two, have you or your kin noticed or uncovered.... Oh, I don't know. Just anything unique that was not so before this terrible winter. Or that may have come to be because of it."

Rekuberk nods that he is ready to leave as he looks over the goblin stronghold one last time. "We should leave as soon as we can so that the cold does not grow worse."
Kazri was about to get up when Rhogar said he have more questions. Kazri sat back down. She was intrigued on the chief's answers.

Yarb-Gnock shakes his head. "No, no messages to anyone else. And no, nothing out of the ordinary that we know of beyond the endless dark. We keep to ourselves and are having a harder time than before. But nothing that strikes me as important."
Rhogar checks in with Ghorrah and finds that the mounts are safe and all is well. The goblins are being civil and none have even tried to steal anything.
Rhogar stares at Yarb-Gnock at length, not quite seeming to believe the part about their being noone else. And yet, he is soon bowing his head and sighing softly defeat. "As you wish, brave chief Yarb-Gnock. And make no mistake, if it was not already a thing before, it certainly is now. For it takes a great deal of bravery to make such an entreaty knowing the history of Ten Towns and... your kin. If you and yours also discovery anything strange that might aid in uncovering a means to end this terrible weather -- EVEN if it would be extremely dangerous to do so, I implore you to send word to Bryn Shander's leader. Let them know that the White Cloaks had made this request, and that it should be passed along to us at the earliest convenience."
Rhogar leans back in his seat, breathing another sigh from subconsciously assumed an uncomfortable posture in his fervor. "Just in case, you may also wish to make sure the kin that go out bear the mark of the tribe. Even if you are certain, there may yet be a rogue or two goblins that made their way north, and are unaware of this agreement." He request, and then pulled around his satchel. "You may also wish to summon whoever would be your... I suppose Quartermaster? Whoever handles the supply storing. For, if you would permit it, I would gift your clan twenty days worth of rations. A few of which are of a southern blend at that." He boldly claims.

Krom stands up and says to the rest of the group "As soon as the Quartermaster finishes to collect of Rhogar's rations, we should leave at once. The road to Bryn Shander is long and I am sure that the Sheriff and the Speaker would like to hear the good news as soon as possible."
Kazri also stands to leave. "Perhaps my prayer to Helm were answered." She mutters to her companion, then she looks at the chief. "Chief Yarb-Gnock, I will make sure that we deliver your message to all the folks of Ten-Towns, and I would like to add that you were the most honorable host." Kazri collect her gear and is ready to leave.

Yarb-Gnock eyes Rhogar suspiciously for a moment but the moment passes and he then stands and bows. "I thank you for the food, it is most welcome. If you are ever back in these parts perhaps we will have more to discuss. But for the now the peace treaty is of utmost importance." With that he leaves the room and a moment later a couple of goblins enter. One collects the rations offered by Rhogar. "I am here to escort you out. Please follow me." she says.
You are escorted out of the keep and back to your mounts and brought to the gates.
Rekuberk will mount up and prepare to leave, keeping a close eye out as he does not want to be caught by surprise if th goblins were just putting on an act.
It takes Rhogar a couple of minutes at least, as he had no desire to up end the entire bag, and having to do a whole lot more work. But well prior to then, he inclined his head one last time, bidding the Chief goodbye. "Much appreciated, Miss...?" Rhogar asked of the goblin while gathering himself up to leave. If given a name, he just smiles in thanks, and follows after for the Duchess, and the world beyond the gates.

The goblin looks up at the bronze dragonborn that towers over her. She is certain the smile is more of a hungry grin and she squeals in fright as she tries to gather the rations up as quick as she can.
Krom keeps an eye on the goblin near Rhogar as he gathers his gear readying himself to leave. The dwarf, maintaining a polite demeanour, keeps his war hammer ready in case of a goblins' attack as the group leaves the fortress.
Chill snatches his lucky stone out of the air and deposits it in a pocket as they prepare to leave. He gives the goblin collecting the food a wink as they leave.
Rhogar had opened his mouth wider in a half-abandoned gasp, only to quickly cover his maw and shrink in himself. Even the fin along the back of his neck had folded from shock. Despite trying his best to maybe offer some words to placate the goblin, the first few words come out jumbled enough for the embarrassed Bronze to abandon the effort, and hasten following after the others least something else happens.
