With your immediate mission accomplished you row back to the docks and tie the boats off. You find Tali and Grynsk at the docks waiting for you and you deliver the news of your seeming success to them.
Rhogar for his part is largely content to let the others to tell the tale when it's time. But upon request, he and Gorrah (in her own way) way are more than happy to further expand some points, and maybe even embellish in very, very small ways. Nothing untrue, but certainly enough to be consider a little over the top.

While at the tavern, Krom drinks his share of ale while explaining to Tali and Grynsk how his friend Rhogar managed to persuade Ingo. When the group is alone, the dwarf says "Now that we have dealt with this problem, where do we go from here? Our plan was to deliver the supplies to the Black Cabin before doing anything else." Krom pauses to drink a little bit more of ale before continuing "I think that we should stick to our plan." "We could, before leaving Bremen, try to talk with Speaker Shalescar. He went missing and were brought back just before Cora's son strange finding. He may know something or he may have noticed something out of the ordinary."
"We could follow the Saegarne River North to the Black Cabin orwe could take the roads and pass through Termalaine and Lonleywood or we could boat to Lonelywood or even Termalaine. Passing through the towns would increase our chance of finding the merchant company Torg and this Sephek Kaltro. Let's not take a boat please? Enough boats for now. I say we head back around to the east side of Maer Dualdon." Chill says as he eats his soup and tries to warm up. "I'm not sure the speaker could add anything. Cora would have known if he could."
At the tavern, Kazri approaches Tali. "Mr. Tali. I would like to suggest that perhaps you could accompany a fishing boat one of these days, and if you have a chance to meet Ingo, you could strike a conversation with the creature. He seems that he likes to talk with other people."
"I agree with Master Krom regarding reaching out to the Speaker before departing, and I agree with Chill regarding avoiding the water for our next destination." Kazri tries to find out from Oli if he would rather walk as well.

"Sounds good to me as well! Much as I enjoy being out on the water personally, I doubt Mr. Grynsk here would be too keen on us borrowing boats for a full on crossing now that business can tentatively at least resume without issue." Rhogar said, a smirk playing at the edge of his lips. "And if nothing else, it could not hurt to speak with the Speaker, assuming it possible. Perhaps we can even spread the fair amount of good news about the goblin tribe, assuming it hasn't beaten us here."

"I too would prefer to avoid boats for the time being, Chill." replies Krom finishing his ale "You make a good point Rhogar, we could try to approach the Speaker as bearer of news from the Speaker of Bryn Shander, inform him of the goblin tribe and ask him a few questions about what happened when he went missing."
Tali laughs good-naturedly. "I wish to speak to this Ingo! He could tell me so much more than I could ever learn from observation alone." Tali is so excited at the prospect that he rushes away and can be seen using one of Grynsk's boats and Grynsk hollars at him to come back with his boat. Seeing that Tali is ignoring him he yells one last thing "5 coppers for each trout you bring back ya damn fool!"
"I'll take ya to see the speaker if ya like. But mind you, he's a bit old, even for a dwarf. Over 3 centuries they say he's walked these lands. Even met that drow Drizzt that used to live in these parts."
After you finish up your meal he leads you to the town hall and makes the introduction. "This is Speaker Dorbulgruf Shalescar"
Sitting at a table is the oldest dwarf any of you may have ever seen. He seems to have an unflappable calmness.
Anyone who makes an insight roll of 16+
You judge his unflappable calmness is more like age has addled his mind, and his vacant-eyed stare is because he's not all there. Dementia and age have taken their toll. Dorbulgruf, old even by dwarf standards, isn’t long for this world.

Krom walks towards Speaker Dorbulgruf Shalescar and introduces himself "Greetings Speaker, I'm Krom Firebeard of Axeholm, Smith of Moradin. And this are my friends and companions, the Fellowship of the White Cloaks. We have recently arrived in the Ten Towns and we are trying our best to help the people of this Dale." The dwarf waits a few moment before adding "We were wondering if you could tell us what happened the day you went missing."
"My apologies Speaker, it looks like that we were misinformed." Krom looks a bit puzzled by the old dwarf's reply "I was referring to the events that caused Cora's son disappearance. Do you recall to have even seen a shard of black ice or heard the name of Ravisin?"
After the speaker's initial reaction, Rhogar -- knowing himself well enough -- opened his mouth only to immediately close without a word, and deciding to let the resident dwarf of the group handle the talking. At least until if/when the Bronze is put on the spot.
Kazri remained quiet, and let Master Krom speak for the group. Though, she thought something was not exactly right with the old dwarf, but she could not put her finger on what. Since she was in his presence, and not much to do but listen, she decided to check if there is anything else was happening. She closes her eyes reach out to the Town Hall's room to see if could sense any evil. (Kazri uses her Divine Sense to check out their current place)

Chill watched the old dwarf as he spoke (Insight 18) trying to judge his character. He left the talking to Krom thinking it best that one dwarf could best speak to another.
Kazri senses nothing as she reaches out with her Divine Sense.
The old dwarf looks up. "Ravisin? Nope, don't know no one by that name." He seems to ponder for a bit. "A shard of black ice eh? You mean chardalyn? I seem to recall something about that but I can't quite put my finger on it. Seemed like it might have been important too. Now what was it?" The old dwarf's eyes seem to glaze over as he thinks but after a few minutes he looks disappointed. "Nope can't remember. Maybe one of the other speakers knows. Seems to me it might have to do with them."
"Thank you for your time Speaker, we will be on our way then." Krom, still puzzled by the dwarf's behavior, thanks the Speaker and exits the Townhall.
As soon as he is alone with the rest of the group, Krom says "I was hoping for more useful information. However, I guess that now we have a name for that weird shard. I will inform Speaker Duvessa and asks her if she knows something about it."

Rekuberk raises a brow at the old dwarf but doesn't say much as they listen to what they learn, nodding to Krom. "Yes let us hope that we are able to find something more worthwhile.
Seeing as Krom forgot, unless someone intervenes just as Rhogar opens his mouth to speak, he makes sure to mention the deal with the goblins. And that it should be kept in mind, if nothing else, assuming the Speaker hadn't been briefed on it yet. If after that there was nothing more to speak of however, he promptly follows after Krom and the rest with a thankful smile.
"I... assume you plan to do so magically?"Rhogar inquired, forgetting perhaps in the heat of the moment of such possibilities. When things are cleared up he cannot help but chuckle a little, and try to snap his fingers; only to comically take a second to remember the gloves rendering that quite impossible.
