(Stealth up to the intersection and look in the direction that Rac went. Hoping to stay hidden and watch the combat between him and Ushala, that I don't know about yet, until there is a winner.)

Continues to circle Ushala, growling deep in his throat....grinning at the attack, which while it draws blood, seems not to bother him as much as expected....with a roar he launches an attack
Ushala is growing wary. The cold damage from the door earlier had taken his toll and he was ill prepared for this fight. He snarls shaking away thoughts of fear or retreat, if he should die this day it will be a warriors death. He stokes the fires of his rage to keep the pain at bay and slashes into his foe once more.
Apart from the flowers and vines, which look strange, and the frozen northern door there is nothing else in the room. Yeldor enters through the other exit and into another room. In this room you see a tabaxi on the floor unconscious and bleeding. There is also some sort of hybrid here as well as a shifter.

As Dofando turns to leave he sees a bugbear standing by the eastern door.

Rac has not noticed the bugbear by the eastern door, instead his attention is drawn to the direction that the arrow flew from.

If close enough, Yeldor will drop the food, stealthily move into the shadows, and approach with his sword in reverse grip to attack the closest opponent.

If either are surprised, then Bugbear surprise attack damage - 2d6: 8
Rac manages to dodge the attack...and turns to the bugbear......Pointing and Uttering a curse "Feel the Cold...Feel the Cold of Ubaste, there can be only one."
Turning back, Dofando sees his previous target now engaged with yet another challenger. Uncertain of what to do, he decides to try to soften the newest challenger to make it most likely that whoever survives he will most likely be able to finish.
Movement: Get back to where I can see both other combatants, but keep as much distance as I can. (max 80', but I think I have to be closer than that given all the different twists and turns of the tunnels.
Action: Aim and fire at Yeldor with Sneak Attack damage: Attack: 18 Damage: 19
Bonus Action: Hide: 23

With a barbaric howl, Yeldor blocks high the first attack by Rac (AC 13), but takes the second hit, low and inside (1/2 damage for Rage; 5down to2 + 3 Cold)
Yeldor cries out, "You shall not prevail!" He brings his sword down and around in a sweeping circle, intent on a heavy downward blow upon Rac... but is stopped cold with an arrow in his chest. "Ubaste... how have I failed you?" Yeldor drops his greatsword, falls to his knees, and collapses unconscious on the floor.
Ushala is thrown back, blood spraying from his mouth. Wild eyed he pounces forward once more with a claw attack Attack: 6 Damage: 4

Ushala takes each blow with a guttural snarl until the last takes away his breath and he falls to the ground unconscious and bleeding.

Not waiting to see if the arrow felled his foe, he turns and moves back up the corridor to his initial room.

Briefly, Rac's eyes fill with rage....but he manages to control it....and he will dash at full speed towards where the arrow came from....
60' in direction of fleeing archer.....to stand next to him...
