Ban thinks for a moment after hearing more about Tio. Smiling, she responds "Well, you may not be like other living things, you're still a unique and beautiful you. Creatures here and there vary in shape, size, and nature." Flipping a coin as she continues, "And from what it looked, it was a wide variety of emotion from fear, panic, shame. Dark emotions can be strong, but it's always important to keep hope and happiness. Your master lives on through you, in a way, and from what I've seen, I'm certain he's proud of his legacy."
She whistles as she looks at the gates in awe but means to continue in happy fashion.
“What’s that you found?”, Gillain says, and then chuckles, “Ha!.. A bundle of clothes by the gate?… That reminds me of when I lived at home: sneaking out to hunt in the woods! I’d change out of my fancy dress and shoes, into leathers!.. and hide my fine clothes behind a tree, near my window!”. She looks around reminiscing and smiling…
”But who would need to sneak out and change? And where would they be going? Surely it’s not safe in these lands to venture out alone?!… Hmmm…”.
Bob wanders back over to the rest of the group with his discovery, brow knitted in thought. "I don' rightly know, Gillain. But if we come across any young ladies with platinum blonde hair that will likely be the culprit!" He folds the bundle back up in the drab grey cloth and puts it in his pack. "And we can give her back her effects, perhaps."
-continuing-let me know if there is something you wish to do.
Bob places the bundle in his pack and the party continues. The group gets about 15 ft. away from the gate and hears the whine of rusty metal joints grinding against one another. The party looks back and sees the gates close on their own.
An uneasy silence falls over the party as they move on. The road leads to the northeast, into a small clump of trees. Just as the party makes it to where the road turns further east they see a silhouette of a figure coming towards them out of the mist. It only takes a second for the figure to move into full view. It is a young woman. She walks to the opposite side of the road and lowers her head in an attempt to pass the party without looking at them. The girl is naked. Her long white/blond hair hangs down in front of her, obscuring much of her as she stomps through the muddy road. Her hands are folded across her chest. She looks up only once, allowing the party to see her pale blue eyes, then she lowers her head quickly and keeps walking forward.
DM: the location of the encounter is at the turn in the road and is marked on the map by 1.
"Perhaps, placing the clothes back is a better choice. What if she returns here and her clothes are missing?" Tio mentions as Bob returns with clothes in his arms "Well, that's just my suggestion. I think we should keep moving if there's nothing else you found." Hearing Gillain mention her past adventures "It sounds like you had a fun time, did your senses pick anything up?"

Gillain answers Tio with, “It was fun.. ahah… but I couldn’t be myself. I wasn’t free… … Oh, what’s that? No, I don’t sense anything here. I think we’re okay.. …”.
A bit later, when the girl approaches, Gillain hurries over to her, calling out “Bob, the cloak, the shoes, please!…. My gods dear, come here, are you okay?”. She briefly looks over any exposed skin for bite marks or scratches, especially around the neck and wrists…
”Here, let me help you. Cover yourself, you’ll catch your death around here!…”. If Bob allows it, Gillain will at least try to wrap the cloak around the girl.
Gillainmoves close to the girl and she jumps back, turning towards Gillain. "Don't touch me"the girl screams. The girl crouches and backs away from Gillain.
Bob shuffles up with the rest of her clothes and gently places them in a neat pile on the ground in front of him. "'Ere ye go, lass! I, er, found these for ye." He nods at Gimble. "Aye, we're helping our friends Ismark and Ireena, I don' see why we couldn't be of some help to you as well."
Assisting Gimble with his Persuasion check (if possible).
The girl looks to Gimble and seems about to run when Bob produces her clothing. Between Gimble's words and Bob's gesture, she appears to take a more relaxed stance. She quickly grabs her dress and pulls it over her head, pulling her out from underneath the dress and flipping it to her back. She reaches back and fumbles with the clasp, finally buttoning it. She slides her muddy feet into the shoes and stands there for a moment. "Thank you," she says quietly as she does not bring her eyes up to meet any of yours. She appears to be a girl in her middle teens, with pale skin, a mole at the edge of her mouth on the left side. She keeps her head bowed but looks up at the party and it is her eyes that strike you, ice pale blue pools that seem to study and gauge each of you with a glance.
She stands there, seemingly waiting for one of you to speaks.
The girl looks at the party then at Ismark and Ireena. "Thank you for returning my clothing," she says. You notice her eyes never leave Ismark or Ireena. "It was kind of you." She turns and goes to walk away. Ismark whispers something to Ireena then says to the party: "I fear we may have gained some attention we did not want." There is a tremor in his voice.
Just then the sound of a horse naying is heard up the road, the direction the young woman came from. You turn to see to the northwest to see a horse limp out of the Mist and around the bend in the road. It clears the Mist and can see it has a saddle. Hanging from one of the stirrups, being dragged by the horse is a body.
Ban had been standing a bit behind the assembled and watching the events unfold. Frustrated in her silence, "This is what I'm talking about, but there's not really a way of avoiding these things on the only road and dense forests all 'round."
She moves to intercept the horse, calm it down and get it to stop before examining its wounds. The eladrin takes it nice and slowly; patting it gently along the neck while whispering to it in a soft Elvish.
Gillain leaves Bob and the others to deal with the girl since they had a better way with her…
When the horse approaches and Ban attends to the horse, Gillain checks the person. Are they irretrievably dead? She is ready with 1hp of Lay on Hands if there is a chance…
As the girl walks away Gillain and Ban make their way to the horse dragging someone. As the two of you approach the smell hits you, a sweet sickening smell of rotting flesh mingled with an acidic smell. As you get closer, you notice the horse staggers as it walks. It raises its head and snorts. That is when you notice the boils. The horse is covered in them, large green reddish bubbles across the flesh of the horse. The horse shudders as a boil bursts on its chest. A brownish-red liquid spills o the ground. Once the liquid hits the ground, steam rises from the spot.
DM: I will allow you to amend your action if you wish.
Pulling out a small device from his tinker's kit, Gimble quickly modifies it and hands it to the young girl as she begins to leave. "A small token of cheerfulness in this dreary land; travel safely," he says, as the small device begins to play a pretty but melancholy tune.
Recoiling a bit from the scene before him, Gimble says, "Is that horse even...alive?"
